Dollar Tree in Macomb County

I am handicapped and can not praise Rob and Clara enough. They are both EXTRENELY HELPFUL however the other staff members are helpful also.

This store has a lot of selection, was so clean and the employees are so nice. I will drive the extra 3 miles to shop there instead the one near my house.

Great selection, pleasant staff. And they had my favorite wax melt scent.

I just want to thank Madelyn for making my shopping so wonderful. I couldnt find some things and was going to walk out until I saw her. She was so kind and helpful.

Ive always love Dollar Tree. I was surprised they kept it only $1 since the 80s when I remember my first one. Even at $1.25 its still a great bargain.

This store have bully rude Manger her name Bella, she is yelling people and kids if you touch anything on the store, I dont know how dollar tree hired Manger like this manger at 18 mile and Ryan, the Manger will ask you to leave the store with attitude and if you dont leave store the will start threatening you, i feel unsafe over there with my kids over there, she was so rude with me and with my kids.

Nothing is really being done to protect the employees from covid. When an employee asks for 6 feet from a customer with no mask the customer then complains to management and nothing is done. Dollar tree needs to do better to protect the employees who do show up for work!!!

The staff was pleasant. We went there to kill time while waiting for pizza had fun, bought lots. $21

Nothing too great, same as any other but was just half empty....

Got here at 7:55 was told they are close but online it say 9 and door says 8 never coming back

One of the best dollar stores, there is one cashier if I’m not mistaken her name is Noor, the kindest, sweetest and very hard working girl.

Not a great store. The last three times there they were out of many items. Staff not very cheery. I will be shopping elsewhere even though this is the closest one to me.

Clean and well stocked up.

Under staffed most times. Youll find long lines with one register open.But with the new store and location, some of the flaws have been overcome, youll now find more options and variety. More space but not enough people working here!

This isnt the best Dollar Tree in town... There are better ones! This one doesnt supply carts, and do not have many items that the other Dollar Trees have.

This is the new dollar tree in the area , its huge and they have almost everythingBut the have a lot of employees and only one cashier most of the time and line will be so long. I dont understand why its hard to open all cashiers while the store is busy.Other dollar trees is smaller and have less employees and they have at least 2 cashiers while it busy. They have to work on that.P.S. I gave them 5 stars 2 weeks ago. But today switched it to 3 only because if that.

DirtyOldTired, cluttered, carpets disgusting.Understaffed.

I Love our dollar store theres always something different in stock. I have to return tomarrow for my little coke glasses two large and two small ones that will compete my sets.

Not enough cashier ....not very organized...they need to really hire more help to open more registers ..

Use to be a great experience every time I went on 18 & Ryan. But theres a lady working there that asks me questions then calls me a liar.

They say everything here is 1 dolar I go. I buy I BIG BIG snicker bar and they charge me 1.06 why they charge me extra 6 cent I though it suppose to be $1

Unkept store and a rude manager made my experience unpleasant. I was waiting patiently at the register for someone to ring me up and I was left waiting for several minutes. I then waved down the assistant manager and his only response to me was “I saw you standing there”. Really? If you saw me standing there then why aren’t you doing your job and assisting your customers first? Assistant manager there at night is a joke.

I love Dollar Tree; they have so many things even medicine and being cheap and good makes me go there often. Love roaming in there and buying, so good.

This store the past few months has gone down hill since the frieght manager quit. The store is trashed with empty shelves very disorganized never have what Im looking for and when ask for help no one wants to take the time to help a customer.

Adam the store manager is great his assaaint manager rose on the other hand is as rude as they come and the district manager syliva when spoken to about being treated the way I was like talking to a moron she actied like she could care less if I could leave 0 stars I would people get your heads out of your behinds remember the first rule of business customers first
