Dollar Tree in Cochise County

Great selection, good size store much better organized now. They are one of the Dollar Trees that has added things priced at $3, $5 etc. Love the selection. Ill shop there again in the future.

Staff helped store my walker while I shopped. Then offered to help me get my bags to be the car. That was so nice and thoughtful.

Gotta say this is one of my favorite stores where i shop on a regular basis. Yes they have increased there prices to $1.25 but its still cheaper than shopping at other stores. They have also included a $5 isle with decor, towels, rugs, bulk size cleaning products, and other misc. Items. Which still seems to be cheaper than some stores for those products.

Love them , every other tire business in town had over an hour wait . They got me in and out in 20 minutes . I will definitely use them again !

Could be updated/cleaner feeling but the merchandise offered for the price is legendary. Other dollar chains cant compete.

At this store on hwy 90 there is a manager who stocks shelvesAnd puts empty boxes to block people from coming thru. I moved 2 small empty boxes to get by and she got very angryAt me!!! OMG. What a rude person!!! Im phone ing in this Complaint also. Poor employees.....she must be HELL to work under!!!

Everything is a dollar. But the checkout line is super slow. There can be ten or more customers in line and only one person at the register who likes to chit chat. Often I just walk away from my cart, leaving it in line and just exit the store.

Very expensive not a dollar store. Hey just raised their prices. And they just fired their cashiers and put in self checkout. So they are making more money than ever and on top of record-breaking profits they raise their prices. I do come here for stuff from time to time. They have given me a hard time about my small day pack which is smaller than a womans purse. So I have to leave it in the car what an inconvenience they force me to put all my valuables in my shorts pockets yet they allow women with large handbags to enter the store so I would say they discriminate against men. Now that they have raised their rates its not that exciting anymore I might go once or twice a year to get some things that I really need that are still cheaper at Dollar tree. But this is an unpleasant place to shop not customer friendly they probably treat their employees really bad and that shows in the way their employees treat me the customer I dont blame the employees or the cashiers I blame the stockholders who owns stock in this company for treating their employees so terribly.

I said to the cashier that I didnt think the Dollar tree would last with the price hike and a woman popped out of an aisle arguing that it wasnt true, that they had more customers than ever. I asked her if she was trained by the Dollar Tree to argue with customers and she replied that she was the manager and had a Masters in Business Administration. I told her that any Master degree does not entitle her to argue with customer. Another reason why shopping in Sierra Vista is a bad idea.

Best place to go if you want small orntaments for your Christmas tree shop there year round they have the Sea salt that I need they have all the stuff I need for baking the pans at dollar tree work just as well as expensive ones they have a great selection of everythingWOW went to dollar tree and found some great t-shirts for a dollar.

Very well stocked, clean store friendly and helpful staff bigger store than even in Phoenix. Would recommend to anyone.

Cashier was very nice. I specifically denied my receipt so I dont know her name. Long black hair...nice.

Love this place for Holiday decorations and to just browse... You never know what youre going to find and always surprised when theres something you dont expect.

One of my favorite stores. The employees are all so nice and pleasant.

I enjoy our local Dollar Tree but I wish it was larger. Ive been to other Dollar Trees in other cities and their selection is always so much larger than ours. To get to a larger store is like 65 miles away but Ill make the trip for other items.

Very well stock. Found exactly what I came for. Clean, no clutter, easily to get around. Plenty of checkouts open, lines moving smoothly.

I go shopping at Dollar tree because I buy food for our food pantry at our Church in Old Bisbee, it saves us lots of money in the long run. Hurray for Dollar tree.

The manager at this location is very rude! One aisle was taped off halfway down and I didn’t even see it because she stood in front of me with her hands on her hips and said...you aren’t getting through here. Another time she looked right at me and then proceeded to stand right in my way. She is horrible to the cashiers and yells at them in front of customers. She NEVER has a mask on. She’s horrible. Yuck!

I dont think its appropriate to take a customer thats not related to you and put your family in front of her very inappropriate

Manager and another cashier not wearing mask although it is required for anyone entering store. I asked them why it didn’t apply to them and the manager said” I have one” pointing to a mask around her neck. This is Jan 2nd, 2021 for God sake! This is the 3rd time this happens so I asked to see manager and she responded that she was the manager and she remained maskless while leaning against counter with arms crossed... I got the message and left!

Its a dollar store. Everything is a dollar. You have to watch you buy , like how much is in a bottle or bag , but you can get slot of the same major brands for a cheaper price.

A little sad that they didnt have any wire wreath frames that I went there for, but still found a lot of good stuff. The store is clean, the employees are great, carts are sanitized and masks are required.

I love dollar tree, plenty of merchandise, at a reasonable price.You cannot go wrong at any dollar tree.

I enjoy going to Dollar tree the only thing is that theyre certain things that I cant find but I understand why but I do like to buy like walnuts at the dollar store when they have it

For some reason I was feeling nostalgic about deployments to Iraq, and had a hankering for RipIts. Luckily dollar tree had some. Very small selection though of one flavor. Seemed to be the trend of this store, small selections. However, if you have a sweet tooth for Mr. Goodbars they got you covered.

Very rude lady stalking shelves today. She had no name tag and was also publicly arguing over the intercom with employees. Ot wasnt Norma Jean or Tammy they were friendly

The store was clean and well organized. Wish there had been more cashiers to help with getting lines through faster.

2 of the rudest cashiers I have ever met around noon today! I will not be back to this location ever! I walked out & left the items I was going to buy because of this!😞😒😠

I was in and out with the four items I needed quickly. The store was clean, well stocked and organized. And best of all, when I checked out, every item I purchased was $1.

I love to come in when Tracy is working . She is always smiling and welcoming, and respectful . The dollor tree is very lucky to have an employee as her self .

I was at this Dollar Tree today. Very unhappy with what happen today. One of the staff was stocking the shelves. When she seen I was coming down the aisle, she throw boxes out in front of me, so I stopped went the other way. Another customer went by the woman she starting yelling at the woman. Check out was very poor, cashier would not speak. I always liked this store, not now.

Every single time I go into the dollar tree store in Sierra Vista there is always one register open and a line to the back of the store. When you have 3 to 4 people waiting in line another register should be open. Ob and where are you finding all the rude miserable associates?

This dollar tree refused an exchange on items the manager Lupe just got done boxing up. When the receipt clearly states they will exchange ANY unopened item with the original receipt. In the store they are stating they do not have to take back seasonal items that I just bought August 9th and it is now the 12th of August. If I could give negative stars I would. The manager just stated it was policy, yet would not honor corporate policy on their own receipt. Hopefully this is actually read and handled.

I love this place! There are 2 ladies that work there, I think one is named Silvia, who are both so outgoing and fun. Always make me smile!

Super bad customer service. The store manager. Cinthia. Mature red hair lady. Probably tired and sick of her Job.Treated me very poorly when we accidentally run in to each other. Then when the other way Mumbleling. I tried to tell her she was rude but she ignored me and maked it sound like I was out of my mind, then proceed to act courteous to other people with white skin only. Good thing the cashier treated me and everyone very courteous. Bad thing she didnt had a name tag at the moment.

This is one of the best dollar stores I have been to. They have wide variety of stuff. I was able to find very cute Christmas decor for my house. The cashier was very friendly and patience (I have kidsso they can get very talkative and she didnt mind and answer every question they ask. And who doesnt love their price. Going back soon.

Stopped in hoping to avoid a rush of a larger department store, bad idea! They didnt have coffee that I wanted, the value for the paper goods I wanted were not there, the lines were extremely long, and I was hoping for an in and out trip. They did have some small toy animals I was looking for though. Over all, less than par.

Like many places now, customer service is not common; however, whats worse is when you have a clerk make comments to customers about their fellow coworkers and other customers. Great place for balloons & throw away items. Just be mindful of the time as a few times we made the mistake of needing to run in and out 15mins before closing and they had the doors locked.

Friendly helpful staff today. Associate opened extra lane for checkout when one was getting busy. Store was clean, well stocked and had everything I needed in one stop.

Nice friendly place I suggest going early in the morning to beat out the crowd bc it can get very crowded but that should not be surprising being everything is $1 lol but if you choose to go later you could be standing in a very long line bc they dont have very many cashiers working at the same time

Piles of stuff for a dollar, but it is a jumbled mess that makes it difficult sometimes to find what you are looking for. Getting help from employees is kind of hit or miss, but it is nice to get what you want for a dollar.

Lots to choose from, but dont expect miracles. This is a Dollar Tree and it looks like one. Huge variety of seasonal toys and year-round toys. Outdoor, greeting cards and parties, cleaning supplies, household supplies, dishes, cookware, food and grocery items, batteries and energy drinks.

There seems to never be enough cashiers working when you need them. There is one poor lady there working her behind off and store full of customers trying to purchase their items. Its not a bad store just wish they would have more workers available

Recently visited this Dollar Tree location . And my overall experience was awesome very clean and organized store . Cashiers are GREAT ! One very pretty red headed cashier helped me and my husband find everything we needed . She was back and forth from balloons to helping us She was Awesome . I do recommend having more cashiers at the register being that the lines were a bit long . But overall This is one of thee best dollar trees I have came across .

I love my Dollar Tree except for the fact they have four checkout stations and rarely have more than one open. When I go in the minute they open, I dont mind only one as it usually isnt too busy. By 10:00, the line to checkout is ridiculous and frequently I am told they only have one cashier scheduled until 11 or later. One thing that would help the situation immensely is if there was ALWAYS a floor person who could fill balloons rather than the only cashier being pulled away to do it. That is, in my opinion, the most asinine thing they do at this location. Having shopped probably 2 dozen different locations, this is the ONLY one that has the out cashier filling balloons even when it it super busy.

Didnt even want to give it one star. I was in there yesterday with over $100 worth of stuff in my cart. 3 people in front of us, 4 behind us. ONE cashier. We asked if she could call for back up. She said no one was there to help, even though there were at least 2 other employees there. A couple people in line were complaining. Finally another cashier came up, before going to her register she stopped at the 1st cashier and they BOTH stood there and complained. Ended up in the 2nd cashiers lane. I dnt remember all that was said but, I said, "At the DT I worked at if there were more than 3 customers in line we would call for back up, especially if someone had a CART FULL of stuff with other people behind them. This cashier looked at me and said, "Well the manager here doesnt work like that." ??? Seriously?? Youre gonna have at least 8 customers in line and NOT call for help??? Total bs.

They always have new stuff to choose from I like going into the store often. I like how good the greeting cards are without the heavy price. This place was really good until I spent Sunday night and it was 7:42 and the doors were already locked up. Not very happy about that.

I was in the store approximately August 29 and witnessed a woman training and new lady and was treating her so badly I almost wanted to tell the new employee if I was you I would just leave she was degrading and was being very loud so the other customers could hear her a reprimand the new employee so wrong on so many levels it made me dislike the store!! If you look closely you can find the same items and other stores for only a dollar not worth going someplace that treats their employees this way!!
