Dollar Tree in Columbiana County

The Salem Dollar Tree is great. They even have freezers/coolers for items. They always seem to have twice the amount of items that the Calcutta store has. Workers are helpful and friendly also.

They carry litter now, clumping 5lb bags! Although they were out of litter scoopers

I have been shopping at this store as long as it has been open, and I am very disappointed at the lack of respect for me as a customer. I was talking to both managers about the shortages of wet and dry cat food, and asking questions. After our private conversation, one manager started "mocking" me to another customer loudly at the register about our supposedly private conversation. I heard her talking about me. She didnt have enough customer service common sense to realize that was disrespectful and a bad choice. I was standing right there so I addressed it in front of the customer, and she proceeded to talk very loudly arguing that she wasnt mocking me like that was the only issue. What she said did mock me, and she then proceeded to defend herself that he, the customer, was talking about me first so she then added to what he said. (He was listening to our private conversation, which I thought was strange, and even when I moved to have privacy to talk to the girls, he followed us and still listened!!! (Creepy and weirdI wasnt unkind to the girls, I was inquiring about cat food shortage and wondered if it was someone buying lots at one time. A fair question to ask when there are bare shelves. Back when we went through the bare shelves it was hording that caused it. She was loud and obnoxious the whole time even when I was trying to inquire but I tolerated that but to talk about me loudly was too much. She never apologized. Finally the other manager had the courage to speak up and say I had never caused any problems in there before. 11 years of shopping there I deserve better. I am sorry but if a customer tries to talk about another customer it shouldnt be allowed. I am an important too. Each customer deserves respect. The whole time she was talking really loudly.

Well kept store. Very clean and well stocked. Staff were friendly.

Great place good for t money

As usual there was a good selection of stuff, but mostly the same old-old. Would be great if they could add stuff, but the prices cant be beat and they have books.

This is a good dollar tree, if a bit small. Always clean, good employees. The shelves are stocked. Today, an employee walked my elderly mom around and helped her find things.

Its the dollar tree run in grab a couple dog gifts and maybe some $1 candy and boom shabam you good dawg.

Three “workers” sitting outside smoking for a long while, talking & laughing.While Inside, only ONE older nice lady tried taking care of everyone the best she could. She was filling several balloons for someone while the other line of customers waited.She thanked us for our patience. I thanked her & said that our needing to wait was not the fault of her, but that of the others sitting around outside. I believe the one middle aged sitting smoker was possibly the manager. Not know for sure but if so, yikes!We will not be returning to that location again & I hope that the good worker finds another job where she is appreciated & not disrespected any longer.

The Dollar Tree Store is easily seen from the street .Store located beside cash land and Subway in a small strip plaza .parking is free.Store has handicapped parking and buildingEntrance.looking for small gift boxes for a gift of jewelry and a vase for 💐flowers. There is a assortment of greeting cards ,one was purchased .Many items to choose from in general merchandise and reasonably priced .Budgets can be inflexible , but the offering here helps to buy more .If it would have been possible there are reading glasses at a reasonable price .They had a frozen food section . The store has allot of merchandise so there are boxes open for display .The boxes can make it hard to get through with a cart .The staff are accommodating .needed direction to some merchandise , young lady was on break and very kindly and courteously took me to it .Had it not been for overstock crowding the store would have earned a five star rating .

Cheap place to buy many things. The water they sell is very good.

Good place to get items for a buck or less. Lots of hidden gems here such as Mylar balloons and lint rollers!! The workers are always polite and friendly too.

The Salem Store is a great store to go to. Easy for me to get to & from. Easy for me to get around in. The set-up dont change alot, which is great.

This store is just filthy. Very dirty very disorganized and dust on everything. Could use a very good cleaning. There were items past their expiration date for selling.
