Dollar Tree in Greenup County

I have been going there since they started out up at the Ironton hills shopping plaza. And so far all of the staff has been great except one older woman who smokes like a freight train because every time me and my mother go there it seems like shes outside smoking and when she comes in she is just the happiest person youve ever met (I am lying lying lying!If she was a cartoon her name would be crabby patties because she is a crab from hell! She is the reason I dont give this store five stars. She is rude to me she is rude to my mom and I dont go for anyone being rude to my mother! But shes been there for years and years so someone on the upper staff must really like her because that is the only way that she is keeping her job there. But they have all new people there now besides that crab and those other people are wonderful! They are friendly nice and speedy. I like the store being bigger down there and it seems like they are always getting new items in. I can go down there and spend hours fingerprinting everything I see LOL but it really is a great place!

Service is always slow, only one cashier no matter the time of day. some of the staff are downright rude.

They have a lot of awesome brand names there and some brands Ive never heard of the staff is extremely nice the store is always well stocked

Love the new store. So much space and more items. So clean.Update: 4-17-22 unfortunately DT has raised all prices though we were tricked to believe only some things would be higher. Now, I get a lot more of the same stuff at DG for $1. I hope DG doesnt pull that dirty trick. If things are still a dollar elsewhere, shouldnt they be $1 at the Dollar Tree? Duh! It shouldnt have raised prices, only sold dollar stuff. Thats why we liked Dollar Tree. Ruined this American store. So disappointed.

Great place to shop a lot of everything

Staff was kind and store was clean and neat.

They sometimes need more registers open and they sometimes dont have what youre looking for because they didnt realize that they needed to order more. Other than that, the workers are nice and helpful.

Just wish they kept craft items in stock better. Hit 3 stores today looking for wire wreath forms.

Love the new and bigger store, but the staff needs some work. 3 employees were stocking the seasonal Aisles and were complaining and arguing with each other. This should not be done in front of customers!

They almost always have everything I need. I love coming here to get snacks.

very bad service!!!! I asked if they had a certain item? lady said no then goes to counter and smarts off to somebody tht was checking out about what i had asked! then i am standing at counter trying to check out the manager steps in front of me asking her when she needed to take her break!!! wont be back there! also gave them bad score on survey!!#

Wish this store was bigger and had the variety like the South Point and Russell locations.

I love Dollar Tree you can find almost all your cleaning supplies air and plus they got good variety of canned food you can buy as a lot less than what you pay at the grocery store so go there and do your shopping

Small and packed tight. Usually lots of boxes sitting in the isles. Friendly staff though.

The Ironton store needs some cleaning up. It is always a mess . The floor never gets swept. What ever happened to workers did closing chores before they went home?

Dollar Tree stores are always a good place to find a bargain, however this one is very small and cramped.
