Line was too long and everyone was waiting. Empty shelves.
The only reason why I have this store 5 starts is because I see alot of comments from 4-5 months stating that they should update their times because the store was closed for several months on end. As a dollar tree employee I can say this, the only reason why that this style was closed for so long is because some women came into the store and sprayed near mace on a couple of employees and most of the product. So they had to redo the entire store.
Clean store. Friendly & courteous staff.
The store was very organized and have a lot of great items. The cashier was friendly. All around a good experience. Not all merchandise is just $1 anymore but still the best bargain in town.
Low on a lot of items which I was looking for , but okay for the most part.
the store is closed, yesterday I looked here that it was open until 10 pm and we went there with the child, but when we got there it was written on the door that the store was closed and inside, apparently, repairs
This has been my go to on break from my job to get snacks. Even at $1.25 most things are still a good deal. The staff that I have encountered are usually super nice. I am just giving it a middle of the road score because they have been closed for more than a month without any explanation to the public. There used to be signs stating that they would open on a certain date. The last sign said they would open on April 12th at 8am or something to that effect. They didnt open on that date and the only signs they have up now are neon green with handwritten STORE CLOSED. Feels like they may be closed for good. Shame.
It is not this locations fault for needing the be closed, it is the entitled people of Colorado who are more willing to beg on the street than apply for a job that they view as below them.
This is the cleanest and most stocked Dollar tree location I can think of in the metro area. I enjoy visiting here because I always find something I want to take home. The staff is very knowledgeable and the store is the best in town as far as Im concerned.
Still a bargain at a buck and a quarter. Maybe a little less on the shelves but better quality
Still be found what I wanted but price have gone up. Still affordable.
Not a caring company! We are from out of town and stopped in. My first grader needed to use the restroom and they wouldnt let her in. There is no note on the door that they dont have access to a public restroom like places when COVID was a bigger deal to enter businesses. I was asking for help on who might let her use the restroom and the cashier was very cold. I asked loudly to please help us and she said she didnt know but then started to list some places when customers were looking. No human decency exception for a child clearly in need is rediculous. My daughter had an accident and I had to help her in public. They kept telling me it is a corporate policy. Yet, this is the only Dollartree Ive ever been to where she couldnt use the restroom. She has had some spinal issue and doesnt tend to get a lot of warning to keep bouncing stores.Clearly, we were customers with no ill intent. I had a dancing child (written all over her facewas fully stating I leaving the cart upfront (not taking merchandise in the restroomwhen I asked for use of the restroom. This lack of customer service and care should not be supported.
The black female with the braids was on it. She worked the register and balloons to help a customer. Finally had to call for help bcuz it was only 2 of them.
I went to checkout and went to #1 where the light was on and everything. We had just seen someone there but then they were gone. I asked an employee if the register was open or closed and they said they didnt know. They then called Desiree to her register (bc she just left it with the light onand proceeded to ignore the page and didnt come to her register. So I continued to wait for her to not show up, all of the other customers were helped before myself when there were people after me. Way to go Desiree for not doing your job and keeping up with your register!
I love this store especially since they become dollar tree plus
Be careful! Not everything is a dollar anymore. They have “two aisles“ of product that is up to $5. They did remove the “everything is a dollar” sign from the front of their building so they would not be accused of false advertising. However, Dollar Trees business model has, and always been, selling product for a dollar. I’m not sure why they’re creeping into Family Dollar and Dollar General’s market, but they’re losing who they originally were and business.Further, this store is not the best. They are usually out of stock on a lot of items, and the store is often messy. The employees are often rude and incompetent with little to any customer service. In closing, make sure you start looking at the prices of things, and perhaps visit a different location that is not as unorganized.
Love it. Very clean store. This is my new dollar tree store. It is a drive but it is worth it. Team members are friendly.
I was just there today, bought six items. One of the items I bought was a acne patch thing. I come home and decide to open it. Went to go open it and there is nothing inside the box which is complete bs. I did not get a receipt because I didnt think that there was nothing in the box. Very disappointed
They will only fill their balloons at the Dollar Store in Aurora, CO. After we waited 20 minutes being told they WOULD fill them the female cashier stated they wouldnt. Gee, thanks for nothing and wasting my time
This is a good Dollar Tree. They have a large food selection plus all the odds and ends youll find at a dollar store. Their cashiers are always friendly too.
For half of every month, everything is disorganized. The carpets havent been cleaned in 9 years (how long Ive been going to itand most of the staff couldnt care enough to help you find what youre looking for. Still, if you need something quick and cheap, its an option.
Sign on front door says NO MASK NO ENTRY but the employees are not enforcing this. Store constantly has among line due to one cashier. Boxes are always in the aislesD-ENFORCE THE STATE ORDERED MASK REQUIREMENT
I love the Dollar Tree. Most recently I went to buy some super glue, cuticle oil, and cotton balls. Some personal care items were out of stock. At this time, all the school supplies are in stock. I always find a little something extra while at Dollar Tree.
This was the first time Ive been to this DT the most important thing for me is well stocked shelves AMD this store absolutely was very well stocked, as well as having a great variety. The refrigerated items were plenty and clean which isnt always the case at DT. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FINE AMDi do recommend this location.
Need to replace burned out bulbs in over head lighting. It is like a dungeon. Need to replace or at least clean the filthy carpet. It is disgusting. Why does every DT need more checkers?Stock was good and seemed to be a larger store than the other two I go to.I wont be back the floor made me wonder how clean the store was overall.
One of the larger and more well-stocked Dollar Trees in the area. Convenient location. Very clean and organized. Great place to go for snacks, cleaning supplies, and cheap holiday or party decorations!
Usually everytime I go here they always have my favorite gummies.. unfortunately tonight that wasn’t the case I was very very upset and unpleased with this situation.. I suggest you always have your gummies in stock to avoid sadness to your customers ..
As with all dollar stores, some are better than others. This one has most of the things you need, so its a decent place to go for quick items. Not the best Dollar Tree, but it serves.
As a dollar tree, Its a good dollar tree, as a retail brand in general, its generally not all that powerful in terms of good. Dollar tree is my main first stop if I need crafting supplies for a school project or props for a skit. It generally doesnt sell quality at all and most of the time single time use things.
Always have a line even late and when not busy. There are 2 helpful employees in the entire store. Went in for 1 thing and the line is 1/2 way down the shopping isle. Fμck this particular dollar tree. Want to spend $1 but costs me more money in time.
Couldnt find somethings, like yarn or hooks, Christmas things, but the employees were eager to find things for me as I am in a wheelchair and some things were out of reach. Even the customers were very helpful. So good job.
The cashier Joan is amazing and remembers me and my name. She always makes sure my drinks are in the fridge every morning when I come in. She is amazing and should defiantly get a raise :). Thanks Joan for making my mornings wonderful
Staff very helpful, store is usually organized and clean. Very impressed when Mary went beyond the Call of Duty to help a disabled customer out the door with her purchases and to her car.
They always have a great selection of things here. Seems like sometimes they have problems keeping the shelves stocked. Definitely is Dollar Store worth going to but make sure youre not in a hurry because usually there is a lot of people in there and long lines. But to be honest, that is the story with most dollar stores these days. So its worth going to save all that money just be prepared to wait in line for a little bit. Ive been shopping here for years and still continue to come even though there is long lines. On my visit today though they had all cashiers working and the lines were moving quite quickly. So it seems to be that management is making changes for the better. Hope this helps
worst dollar tree I have ever visited. its always a mess and today I had the joy of meeting a male manager who wouldnt let me exchange 4 items ... thats right folks, 4 measly $1 items after making me wait forever. He was a complete waste of manager. I called corporate. never seen a business treat a uniformed veteran like this over $4. you could tell the employee at the cash register was embarrassed and annoyed too and apologized to me. what a horrid store.... not returning.
One of the last dollar stores, where everything is actually $1! Great selection (this location is huge!), EXCELLENT customer service, and they had exactly what I was looking for. A bonus too...this location is neat, tidy, clean, and well merchandiser! On a Sunday afternoon too! Kudos to the Store Manager for having a wonderful team!
This store has really improved recently! No more boxes filling the isles. Its much more organized now! Thanks for the effort! In taking with the Assistant Manager a few months ago, I know this wasnt easy for him, but am very happy at how the store has shaped up! Good job!
Friendly attitudes and greetings given every time you come in this store! Makes for a good shopping experience! Nice staff ! Aisles are pretty clean and shelves pretty organized!
The best thing about Dollar Tree is everything is a dollar. The same thing that makes it good, makes it not so good. Cleaning supplies are diluted or watered down in order to bring the cost in line with the dollar tree everyday low price of one dollar. Fyi, you will not receive the same strength Pine Sol you would buy at King Soopers or Wall Mart. In order to produce and distribute their products at this price, manufacturers have to cut cost somewhere. Keep in mind, its only a dollar. But for those of us that can only afford a dollar, the dollar tree can be a Godsend. It is the Neiman Marcus for those on a budget. And did we really need Pine Sol at full strength? Probably not. This budget shoppers oasis tucked away amidst a sea of high end retailers rates 5 stars and joins the ranks of the fast food chains introduction of the dollar menu and Dollar Rent a car. Do they really rent cars for a dollar?
This store has alot to choose from. It was quite messy today and stocking needed to be done badly. The staff are friendly though. I always find something new that I end up loving and telling my friends about. Last time it was a mosquito repellant wrist band and today it was a sport arm band for my cell phone.
It extremely messy all the time. Boxes are always every where and they dont have much but, the staff is very nice and cheerful even on a bad day thats why i like it. Also, its very close the my house.
I recently started working here, and i have worked at Dollar Trees in different states in the past. By far this store is the most fun to have while working!! January, the fairly new manager is very nice, respectful, knowledgeable, and hard working! She will try to meet your needs which ever way she can. The store was broken when she got it and has had problems with employees not showing up, showing up late etc... But with a new set of determined staff, the store should be back to normal in no time!! If you are hard working, dedicated, and a people person you will surly fit in here. Thanks for giving me a chance January!!!
the place is kind of dirty, i think that is the carpet that makes it look like that. But the store is big and it has a great selection of items. I have been to other locations and they still have most of their stuff still in boxes, not here. Staff is very helpful as well.
Its a working process...all stores have stockers and every store is different. ..I as an employee I enjoy the positive work environment and co workers...and the customers is what keeps my days alive...I love working for Dollar Tree...100%♡♡♡
This store over the last 3 months has become a filthy disgusting mess. The "manager" should be ashamed, and disciplined and probably let go. Stocking boxes are EVERYWHERE, stacked ceiling high in some places, and piles in every single solitary aisle, and Id say the shelves are only 70% stocked at any time. You ask the cashier why you are shopping in a war zone and they just shrug, saying the manager keeps promising extra help and then not hiring. Manager is hardly ever on site and its obvious. Dont waste your time there, you likely wont find most of what you want. This place deserves to go down in flames.
This Dollar Tree is a hot mess. I get that its a discount store but that doesnt mean you cant take pride in your business... The store is ALWAYS a gigantic mess with boxes heaped in the isles so that you cant walk around and with literal garbage strewn on the floors throughout the store. They have most of the same items as other Dollar Trees, but theyre just heaped onto the shelves instead of lined up or displayed so its hard to find anything. Its just clear that nobody cares at all about this place.
Its pretty much like every other dollar store. There are lots of useful things to be found here, all conveniently priced for a dollar. I particularly like their cards for different occasions and party decorations. They even have helium balloons. The only down side is some sections are not very organized because their are gone over so much by the customers.
$1 or less items. Can get all my things here especially for everyday use. I really like the dog items, wipes work really well for almost anything. Saves lots of money.
Absolute worst Ive been to so far!Its the biggest Ive ever been to, yet has worst selection. The layout is counter intuitive. Its hands down the DIRTIEST and everythings broken because certain Nationalities of people dont believe in watching their children in stores, allowing them to literally DESTROY the place, and the employees say nothing. Im hoping the one further down the street is better cause Id REALLY like to stop going here!
Nice store very cheap of course. Some of the cashiers/clerks could show some care some dont help you to find what you need. There always one lane open with a lot of people not ok!! But the dollar tree on alarmed is awesome and big full stuff.
