An hour and a half later and still waiting on our kids pizza… call the store and was on hold for over 30 minutes without an answer
🗣️🗣️🗣️ Always I do mean always they serve great fresh Pizza 🍕 not 1 or 2 × all the time and to be honest I drove 9 miles for it and it was worth it.
Excellent location. Food is always prepared correctly and on time. Staff always friendly.
We live across the street so we always take advantage of the fabulous carry out specials. The pizzas are always hot, fresh, and wonderful. I would like to make one suggestion, can someone either sharpen the blade or get this location a new pizza cutter, because many times it’s not cut all the way through.
Ordered online. About a minute later, Megan called and let me know there wasnt any deliveries until after 3pm. She assured me that she would refund the difference for the delivery, and my food would be ready for me to pick up within 10 minutes. I was amazed how prompt she was, and her perfessionalism. I could see so many scenarios where I would be sitting here waiting on a delivery that was never coming. In a time where everything is uncertain, it was nice to deal with someone who under bad circumstances, handled her business in a polite, and professional manner. Thank you Megan!
I order 3 Medium … make you Delusion by thinking you getting a great deal …it actually super small … not worth the $20… so salty… super dry … we couldn’t taste the tomatoes sauceNot recommended$20 in trash
Second Time in just 2 weeks they have no drivers to deliver. And they do not take cash as a form of payment if you order online. What company does not take cash?
Only place my family orders pizza. 🍕 Good deals & ready pretty fast. You can order online and pick up at the store or car side pick up.
Worst service ever. Everytime I order I have to wait over an hour and a half. I finally do a follow up call only for them to tell me that they do not have a driver to deliver. A Courtesy call would have been Nice an hour and half earlier. I will not be ordering from them again.
This location never answers there phone. Now I knw y I do not order from Dominos. Ill save my time take my buissness elsewhere
I have only ordered from this Dominos Pizza one time and this was a couple of months back and they do not provide the hey we will be out to your car in 2 minutes thing. The food was okay I guess the toppings seem to be reduced down but youre still paying the same high price. I hate the fact that you cannot get the little packets of Parmesan cheese anymore. The two staff members at the time were polite when they assisted me. I wish they were honored to promotions that you find on the app but they do not at least thats what I was told.

Ordered last Saturday, but didnt get my pizza . After waiting for an hour and a half on the phone calling them to find out what the problem was we finally gave up. As you can see Dominos is our go to place for Pizza!!! Well, ordered again Sunday and no problem. It was good as usual and on time. Maybe it was me. But I was told how long it would take to get here. Anyway, Im still coming back.
I ordered 2 Pizza for pickup when I come we found hair in pizza you can feel is stick to the cheese I call store to tell them guy told me to talk to the manager after 5 min manager hangup phone on me without talking to me so I went to the store asking why someone hangup phone he replay to me I’m the one who hangup phone you guy calling just to get free pizza he sayid where is hair I show him ooo you shouldn’t bring pizza at store I’m not going to make you any more pizza I will refund your money.Customer service is below 0 I will never going back to that store
Unsafe. They don’t wear gloves. They don’t know how curbside pick up works, and instead will just stare into the abyss when cars outside have their blinkers on. Pizza is ok, but not worth it based off the reviews and ratings you see. Issues obviously persist and owner doesn’t make necessary changes for the need of the customer.
As someone who rarely eats pizza from anywhere other than dominos, Ive eaten from most of the dominos in the area at least once. This location is by far the best! My order is always correct, even though I know everyone in my house can be a bit picky with customizations. This is something Ive noticed as an issue with other locations, which can be frustrating as we have 3 different food allergies in our house.The wait time is almost unreasonably short, Im really not sure how they get the food here so quick! The delivery drivers are always so kind, which I appreciate as a retail worker. Overall, love this location and the team that work there! You guys are great!
Our meal, 2 pizzas and an order of wings, was made to order. But it took approximately one and a half hours to arrive. I placed an online order just after 7pm. Their Tracker showed that our order was Quality Checked at 7:35pm. We then received at text message at 7:58pm saying that our pizza was on the way. We replied about the time taken for the Quality Check and received a response that stated that the driver left the store at 7:57pm. At 8:21pm I called the store to inquire about our order and was told that it would arrive shortly. Finally at 7:30pm our order arrived. The driver was pleasant but our order was room temperature. Very disappointed. Now I see why our previous order was placed last May. Once a year is more than enough to be disappointed by a pizza.
Gluten Free! DO NOT EAT HERE!Have no idea about cross contamination!!!Absolutely shocking! Ordered pizzas then called immediately after and was instantly put on hold, I just needed to correct something on my order and 30 minutes later on hold. We arrive at the store our whole order was wrong and not what we ordered then we were forced to wait another 30 minutes as there wait was too long for them to make our pizza at the store.Manager was very rude no customer service
Ordered 3 medium pizzas, cheese sticks, and brownies for pickup. The pizzas were not cut all the way through and the cheese coverage was poor. The cheese sticks were not cut at all. The taste of everything was meh.
This store used to be very consistent in its delivery time, but over the past few months the store has declined considerably. Multiple times the pizza has been left to sit for 30-40 minutes before their drivers are able to leave with it. We ordered a single pizza tonight and it was left to sit after cooking for over 30 minutes before I called in to cancel. I was on hold for a total of almost 35 minutes after that, and they only picked up their phone roughly four seconds before the driver knocked on our door and we had to send him away because the employees at the store were in the process of cancelling the order. It took 90 minutes from ordering the pizza for it to arrive, and the pizza had finished baking an hour prior. At the start of the 35 minutes I was on hold, I placed an order at another pizza chain and it was already on its way to be delivered before anyone picked up the phone at this location. Abysmal service.
Please no one order from this Dominos again! I ordered two large Brooklyn style pizzas, one with pepperoni and extra cheese, the other with pepperoni, extra cheese and spinach on 11/20/19. After eating two slices I started to feel nauseous. I was the only one that had the pizza with spinach on it. The rest of my family had the other pizza. I started throwing up nonstop for two days with extreme diarrhea for a week along with fever. I got food poisoning from the pizza. I wasnt able to eat anything until a week later. I will never order from this Dominos again and Ive been advising everyone I know to do the same.
I am an absolute Pizza Fanatic, and when I’m craving it, I know I can trust this Dominos to cook my order to perfection. They also have some of the most kind and punctual delivery employees I’ve ever had the pleasure to be served by. I would definitely recommend this store for all your pizza needs, whether it’s parties, or just simply dinner time! Thank You to my Pizza Hero’s! :)
This is my local Dominos, so I order the Buffalo chicken sandwich for me and my husband. Our boys get a pizza. It’s always super quick delivery, hot and fresh. Once they forgot to put hot sauce on my sandwich, so they made it right and brought me another one.
We live right by this dominos and usually enjoy the customer service of the employees that work there, but on the night shift around 11:30pm on June 23rd it was a different story. When it is raining out they claimed their internet is down and shut off all delivery online and did not answer phone calls at all when you can obviously tell because they did not want to deliver. Once going into the store they still managed to use their systems and all cameras were working perfectly. You would think if the Internet was down they would be down as well. While waiting on the pizza, the phone kept ringing off the hook continuously while no one even acknowledged to let customers know of the “internet outage”. This was horrible customer service and I’m sure possibly lead to lot of your potential customers/returning customers not want to return to your location. Work on making your customers aware of issues going on before hand and if you don’t enjoy working for a delivery services please don’t work at a food delivery place.

Lets just say I will never come back to this location. Not happy with the waiting time or the quality. I ordered a pizza with Spinach, well I think only 5 leaves were on it. Im not happy at all. Then I asked them for cheese pockets and I was told they do not provide those anymore in Arlington.. What in the world!!!!!
I am very upset about my recent experience with this dominos location. I’ve ordered from here 3 times and never had a problem. Minh always delivered my pizzas. Today I ordered my pizza over an hr in advance. I asked for my pizza to be delivered by 12pm and Guillermo didn’t arrive till 12:16pm I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni, light onion, light jalapeños, spinach, beef and black olives. When I opened the box, not only is my pizza cold but it’s the wrong pizza. The pizza delivered had pepperoni, light onion, and light jalapeños and beef ONLY, it did not include the black olives or spinach that I requested. When the driver wouldn’t arrive I thought, is he lost or something? Then i tried to reason and thought maybe they’re busy but that’s not my fault. If they’re not going to deliver on time or deliver the correct order then why offer that service. I’m very disappointed. I also tried calling this location several times and waited about 5-10mins for someone and no one ever answered. Not ordering from here again.
Normally, I order from this Dominos and the pizza is awesome, but for some odd reason when I ordered my pizza the Customer Service was very rude I got my pizza and I was given a pizza with crust and sauce and a very little cheese on my pizza I called back and the guy who answered the phone was once again rude and says well its going to another hour, but let me ask my manager if we can remake your order. Wow! I then was called by the driver saying Im at your door ive been here knocking with your pizza very rude and unprofessional. Pizza was worse than the first one. Currently sitting on the phone waiting for the prerecorded message to to stop so I can speak to someone it has been 30 minutes. This happens everytime I order here. I wanted to confirm my order went through as online it said it couldnt process the payment yet it took the payment off my card..I cant seem to speak to anyone and if my pizza doesnt arrive I will have a huge issue. Dont take the money off if my order couldnt be processed. I want my food or my money.ANSWER THE DANG PHONE!!!!
The pizza is always awesome at this location, always hot and fresh. The staff is always professional. We recently moved from Arlington to Dallas about 15 to 20 mins away and we tried a Dominos close to us and the pizza was horrible, very dry, meat did not taste right, staff was rude and my opinion were very lazy. We will be driving back to Arlington from now on. You cant go wrong with this location.
Placed the wrong order on mobile app, manager made me a whole new order. Even though it was my mistake, everyone was really nice and my new order was finished in less than 10 mins. Pizza was awesome!
Delivery was late. Nobody picked up at store when I called. Pizza was cold. Delivery driver Sommy was apologetic for it and explained they were short staffed. So I get it. If they would’ve called me and let me know I’d been more than happy to pick it up myself to help them out.
just left dominoes 40 minutes AFTER the pizza tracker said it was ready. i waited for 20 minutes before someone finally looked to see how long it would be before my order was ready. i was quoted another 10 minutes, and then it was another 20 before i actually got my food. the worst part, no apology or even someone acknowledging the mistake, just a "get your food and give us our money attitude." if this is the sort of service i can expect from MOE dominoes, i suppose ill just eat at Marcos from now on.
Worst service ever, my pizza was 20 min late and cold, when I tried to call the store no one answered , and I called 4 times. I was just left on hold listening to the prerecorded hold music and promotions. I was in hold 27 min and still never spoke to anyone to get a refund or address my concerns... I will never order from there again and will dispute the charge with the bank... If I could give 0 stars I would because they dont even deserve 1.
Good pizza everytime. They store your last order details with your phone # so if u like to get the same thing everytime its super fast. Friendly staff. I order carry out so i dont know about their delivery times but my experience has always been great. Pizza always ready in less than 15 mins.
Order was messed up. Waited on hold for over 20 minutes. Drive Came back 30 minutes later and order was still messed up. An hour later and they haven’t brought the rest of the stuff they missed. All is printed on the ticket so I don’t know how it was missed other than negligence and terrible customer service. Sent an email complaint to HR
Ordered a few months back and have never been happier since. That experience has changed my pizza buying experience. I no longer patronize Dominos Pizza in any location let alone from this one being the last store I placed an order with. Since then the Papa Johns on Cooper has been my pizza go to due to the extreme lack of customer service experienced from this Dominos. I had had a hard day at work and the wife did not feel like cooking. We placed an order my usual experience has been that my old Dominos delivers withing 30-40 mins from start to finish. This particular evening my first experience with this dominDom ended up taking 40 mins to bake the pizza. Then it was sitting in the ready check status on the tracker for another 15 mins. I called to see what was taking so long and the woman on phone was very rude. I told her I no longer wanted it as it would have been sitting out to long by the time I got it and I didnt want cold pizza. She said it had just gone out for delivery and never once apologized for the wait. I said Id didnt want it and would just order somewhere else because I was unsatisfied with the service I was receiving and unhappy at the fact my pizza had been waiting to be picked up for delivery for almost 20 mins. Again at no time was there any apology or customer service applied to try and console me as a customer of many years. The second time she asked me if I no longer wanted the pizza and I confirmed, she said whatever and then abruptly hung up the phone on me. Since then I have enjoyed Papa Johns and have never been happier with my pizza experience. Been a fan of Dominos for years. Funny how one bad experience has pushed me to the competition that and now I just love them more for the higher quality product. So thanks to the unprofessional workers at this store you have changed my familys pizza buying experience for the better. My kid will now also grow up in a house not knowing the mediocre product that is Dominos Pizza and be a life long fan of your competition. As a note to those employees as menial as you think your job is, it isnt. You are the front line of the business and you shape your customers experience. Having worked food service in my younger years I took that to mind so this is coming from someone who understands how you feel. Still no excuse and never have I treated a customer like that nor do I accept that level of service. Again thanks though as now I consistently enjoy a better pizza from Papa Johns.
Worst service I’ve ever seen in my life. We ordered online at 5:30pm today 4/27/2018 and they still haven’t arrived. We’ve been on hold for an hour now. Then they hang up on us. I want my money back and will never order from this place again. I called another Dominos nearby and they answered right away. Piss poor service.
Forgot my ranch, they offered to have driver go back to store and bring it back which is ok but my food would be cold by the time he took his other orders drove to the store and back, then offered free ranch on my next offer. I ordered online so now next time I have to call and I can’t redeem that free pizza with the points I have. The part that makes me mad is the ranch being added on to next order the lady who answered was really energetic and said sorry like she just wanted to get off the line. Why would I be happy with free ranch on my next order when I paid for it on this order? She could have spoken to her manager (If she wasn’tand asked if there was anything else they could of done to make up for the unsatisfying experience that this is. Three stars ONLY cause its Dominoes.
Ordered a pickup pizza and they threw it away when it took me an hour to pick up. No notice that I needed to re place my order, just show up and get told the pizza I ordered was tossed. The excuse was you cant leave a pizza sitting out that long. So I guess if you buy a pizza from dominos it needs to go straight in the fridge upon bringing it home by their own admission. Sorry my pregnant wife needed my help with our toddler and it took me a little longer to get to my order. Thanks for the heads up so I didnt waste my time.
Ordered online, pizza that was delivered was wrong. On hold over 20 minutes, FINALLY talked to a person, another 45 minutes and ANOTHER wrong pizza. Placed my original order at 6:19 pm and its now 10:36 pm and Im still waiting for my pizza.Its pizza, it shouldnt be this hard. These people are idiots and truly do not care about customer service.
Manager here is careless with customer service. Called because I ordered 3 pizzas and there was trouble with their online system I suppose. I got charged for the pizzas but never received my pizza. When I called and spoke to the manager she was careless. I got charged twice for the pizza I ordered that never arrived. The employee that picked up the phone was sweet but the manager was terrible.
This is the worst location in Arlington! I order carry-out while sitting outside the store patiently..waiting for the tracker to tell me its ready or sometimes sitting inside waiting.. And some how my pizza is cold and my cookie brownie burnt!! And then on top of that sometimes get charged twice or for someone elses order! Then you have to call a number to get a refund which might only take 4-7 days!! Dominos does NOT EVEN TRUST their own employees to handle refunds.. Never ordering from dominos again...
The ordering process was as easy as usual, however when my order was completed, I was fully prepared to sit &wait the approximate time I was given. Much to my surprise, my order was literally here in 7 mins!! Which is awesome seen as the location is a 12 min drive away even without traffic! Truly amazing&awesome service guys- thanks!
The pizza sat at the "quality check" phase of their tracker for over 30 minutes. I called to see what the new delivery time was, and was told the driver tried calling us and when there was no answer he cancelled my order. No one had ever approached our door, which I know because we have two dogs that go nuts anytime someone comes to the door. I can only assume the driver fell into a void or ate my pizza. In the end it wouldnt have mattered because the pizza would not have been fresh from the 30 minute sitting period. This store has had its ups-and-downs in the past, but they have never straight up been incompetent enough to outright fail at delivering a pizza. I instead went to order from Papa Johns who delivered within 30 minutes.
I ordered a pizza at 4:20p. I order from this location alot. I dont know if they have changed staff, but to wait over an hour for a pizza is ridiculous. I live 0.2 miles literally from the location. If I would have know it it took this long I would have went and picked it up. I called to see what the delay was, I was told the rain. REALLY? NOTHING was offered for the inconvenience. Last time I order at this location.Im done.
Really worth 0 stars. I placed an order at 11:52 for just one pizza to be delivered a few blocks from their location at 12:45. I waited, and waited, and never got my pizza. 1:20 rolled around and still, nothing. I decided to call to see whats going on and had to wait another 4 mins before anyone even picked up the phone!! Because they were just "too slammed" it would be at least another 30- 45 mins for my food. I asked them to just refund my money because thats just ridiculous! Awful service!
I am the GM of a nearby restaurant who is hosting a party for my staff. They chose pizza, so I call and wait for exactly 4 mins and 45 secs before anyone picks up. I ask for the manager to see if we can deal a little on such a large order, told to wait. After another 2 mins am told the manager is not available. I asked really? And am told hes not there... Great job on missing an order for 20+ pizzas. Your competition thanks you
If I could give no stars I would. This place has the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. I placed an order at 5 p.m. on the dot, it left the store at 5:19 p.m. at 5:45 I called the store to check on delivery status, I was told that it should be there any minute and that at this time of day it takes 45 minutes to deliver. At 6:20 called again because my order was still not present. Was again told "it should be there soon". Finally at 6:30 p.m. it arrives and is cold and on top of they didnt even follow the order. End result, still had to pay for a cold pizza that wasnt what I ordered after waiting a total of an hour and a half.
Ordered a pizza at 1:26pm- just received it at 3:49- this location is .5 miles away from my office! Called to complain, manager kept apologizing, did not refund order. Driver never apologized once and the excuse "were short on drivers"... TELL SOMEONE THEN! We would have went to go pick it up. Last time using this place! SHEESH!
