Domino's Pizza in Linn County

Specific instructions asked for the answer to be put on the chicken pizza. Why does Santa Claus have such a large sack? They knew what to do!!!

Im not happy they put sausage on my pizza and it was supposed to have hamburger put on it and my pizza was not all the way done in it was cold I want some of my money back Im very upset and mad about this

Dont bother ordering their sub sandwiches. I ordered two Philly Cheese Steak subs and when the arrived. The toppings were not even a quarter inch thick. I sent them back. Wont be ordering from this place anymore.

Ordered last night and my order consisted of cheese bread the marble brownies and a pan pizza that should have pepperoni onions and extra cheese. I started with the cheese bread and that was over cooked and I looked at the pizza which also looked overcooked so I went onto the marble brownies and ate that all up so I wasnt hungry for the pizza till today so I heated some up and upon eating a piece noticing it had bacon and pepperoni and no onions didnt taste good so I ended up throwing out the whole medium pizza to say the least its very disappointing to have horrible service like this especially for what I spent on the order. Very reluctant to order anything from dominos again! This is my review and my opinion so you determine your own if you need to thanks for reading!

I placed an order at 816pm for a large pizza and parm bread bites. I paid over the internet and it pulled money from my account. I used track my order and it said my delivery driver Tony left the store at 830pm. He pulled up at my door at 916pm with my food that was supposed to be a contactless delivery as I am sick and claimed he knocked several times which isnt the case cause I have 5 dogs and not one barked. He then tried to tell me I owed him 20 dollars and that the ticket said cash. I tried to call the store and the number doesnt work.

This dominos always does a good job if ordering pizza on the SW side of town this is the safest and best place to do so. And the delivery drivers are all nice

This place is horrible I order a medium 2 topping pizza with pepperoni on one side and ham and pineapple on the other and I got a small ham and pineapple pizza with no sauce and they wouldnt answer the phone Im never going here again

Found hair in 3 of my pizzas. Called the store and the employee told me the owner would bring me replacement because thats nasty. And since that call Ive not been able to get in contact with the store. Would recommend pizza hut

No one will answer the phone. Ordered on line. The Driver was great. But the pizza was Disgusting. Will not order from Dominos again.

My pizza was disgusting! My pizza was not cooked all the way ! The cheese was not even melted . The breadsticks were still cold 🤢.

Ordered pizza online. Setup for phone SMS updates. Received update saying pizza was in the oven & ready in 8-10 minutes. Drove to the domino’s to pick up. Went inside and prepared to pay, even though my name was not listed on the order monitor. Before paying asked the cashier how long it would be before it was ready. After a few minutes she came back and said, “I don’t know “. By the time I left it was 20-25 minutes after I received the text message. I did not pay and left the premesis.Could not have been more unhappy.Will not be back.

Store use to be good owner.jas left employee like Diane continue to be rude and not know what they are doing any more.they close early do not answer the phone forget to deliver half stuff you order and what u do get is made wrong or missing sauces corprate should look at taking the franchise from the owner and give.it to someone who wants it

Delivered the wrong pizza and they did not answer the phone when we called to report it. Pizza was covered in garlic sauce. Tried to report it on the app and it would only give a 20% coupon instead of bringing the correct order.

I cant believe this place is still in operation. The food quality is TRASH! Tostinos frozen pizza is better than this low quality dog food. Got 1 pizza...it was $18+ dollars for a specialty pizza and when it arrived all the toppings were on top of lid of the box! Called them and they wanted me to bring it in with the receipt. Since when do pizza joints give you a receipt? Brought it in and they refused to remake even though I had the web page showing the purchase on my CC as well as the time and date of the purchase. Another food establishment to cross of the list of going to!

love this dominos i always get the order fast and it is normally the correct food although occasionally they’ll miss something like a pizza topping which isn’t that relevant. 💗

Pizza overly Salty to the taste, hot, lots of cheese, low on veggies: mushroom, pineapple, Alfred sauce, an beef.Took 6 tries to order online for delivery. Delivery person polite & Respectful.

Dominos is always the way to go for a fast a delicious meal they deliver fast and plus they have something for the whole family pizza, pasta, sandwiches, salads, wings, bread sticks, or desserts and always fast reliable delivery

The delivery went well the delivery driver is amazing I dont know what they did with the pizza but tonight it tasted gross Cant get ahold of them on the phone to order it for delivery so you have to go to the store to order it for delivery because for some reason their phones dont work Hopefully there pizza gets better throughout the year hopefully it was just something that went wrong tonight But I will be thinking twice about ordering pizza from there again Cant call the complaint to the store because their phones dont work

Very disappointed. I didn’t get my sauce with my order. Also one of the Parmesan twists was very small. I don’t think I’ll order from this location again. Quality of the pizza was poor.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Driver could not speak English at ALL. Brought me wrong order and when I called in was told he was new and messing up orders left and right. All they would do is remake my order and get it to me as soon as they could.

I love this Domino’s. I can always count on the delivered food to be hot and exactly what I ordered! They really do a wonderful job and I can expect the same results on every order. Always pleasant and respectful! I would give them 6 stars if I could.

I am ordering pizza. I had to order from 2 different people in the house. They wont take orders over 50 bux if your paying cash. I ordered from my sisters phone, 36.50 worth of products. Mine I had to keep changing till I got under 50 bux. In total the order was going bbn to be 90 dollars with a 30 dollar tip. Now my order is down to 30 bux and they are hitting a 6 dollar tip. The orders came separately by 2 different drivers.

Not a person who is gonna sit here and trash some place but this particular dominos refuses to pick up the phone past 8 pm. tonight marks the 5 straight time in the past 3 months that it just rings through. When you call other dominos to see if they answer most of the employees say they have heard that about this store.

They picked up the phone and put it back down when I tried to make an order. The store hours aenr right. And they get nasty with you. I dont know what pizza place is closed at 11 at night. Maybe its an iwoa thing. But Ive been having issues with this store since Ive lived here. Orders usually missing something and something is usually wrong. Im not ordering from here again.

Not a single employee in at this location was wearing a mask properly. Out of the 5 I saw in there, 2 had no masks in site, and the other 3 were wearing them completely under there chins. Since there is still a city mandate requiring masks to be worn, this was just a pathetic site. I will not be eating at this location ever again, and probably not any Dominos since if this is how this store is ran, the rest probably have low standards as well.

We ordered 3 pizzas, Parmesan bites, and cinnamon twists. If you’ve never had Parmesan bites or cinnamon twists I highly recommend. One of the pizzas we ordered was a chicken pizza with barbecue sauce and ordered it as extra sauce. Unfortunately most the slices had no sauce at all and some had just a tiny bit. Not sure if they were almost out of barbecue sauce and they were being conservative or what, but we definitely didn’t get extra sauce like we ordered. Other than that the food was amazing. It just sucks when we order extra sauce and the item comes with little to none.

Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. With extra BBQ sauce and extra chickenWent to eat the pizza and it was ONLY cheese and chicken...no BBQ sauce on our BBQ chicken pizza.The main lady working with customers and taking orders was not wearing a mask and most of the other workers had theirs at their chin.

Dominos stole $30 from me. Placed an order, was never delivered, no text, no one at the store answered the phone (tried calling 4 times), nothing.4 hours later, I decide to place a cash order for the exact same order I never got. In the special instructions I explained the situation and how I wouldnt be paying for this pizza.I get a call INSTANTLY about how they cant give me a "free" pizza. Fine, I asked for a refund. "Nope, we cant do that. Try checking with your neighbors." The woman on the phone was extremely condescending and rude.So no pizza, money taken from my account, no refund, nothing.NEVER EAT HERE!!!!

Im a bit conserned that I saw three workers not wearing masks. One lady said she doesnt wear one because she answers the phone a lot. The thing is, I talk on the phone at my job with a mask on and never had any problems with customers hearing me so I dont really find that statement valid. It wouldnt bug me as much if they were not working with food. Just wanted to let people know.

Who ever the new guy is, way to go! Way better experience this time! Food tasted great, cheese on my sandwich wasnt burnt, and slopped together, bread tasted good, sauce was great, fresh pieces of chicken, cheese pizza was good, they even remembered our request for crushed pepers and parm packets. Delivery guy was nice, he didnt forget anything, I almost gave up on you guys, but it looks like you got it together now.

No one was wearing a mask when I showed up to pick up my carry out and I told the lady I didnt want the pizza and want a refund, she responded with "your making a big deal out of nothing". I was not rude or mean up until this point but I put on a real Karen show. Never got my refund either

I think the plastic partition is excellent and protects workers and customers.I am 81, handicapped and on a fixed income so I appreciate the $7.99 deal. I can order and pay online and then have someone pick the pizza up. Love the thin crispy crust. No waiting for pizza, it is always ready when they say.

It took the delivery driver 45 minutes to deliver our food less than 2 miles away. The food was cold when we got it. I went to the store to file my complaint and witnessed a oven worker throw a pizza and curse like a sailor. When I told the delivery driver he screwed himself out of a $20 cash tip, he said oh well. I dont even make $9 an hour. Also no one was wearing gloves while they prepared the food, and I didnt seem wash their hands the entire 30 minutes that I was at the store waiting for them to remake my order. Apparently they dont know covid-19 is going on. This happened on May 14th 2020. None of them were wearing their face mask properly either

I honestly still cannot believe the unbelievable QUALITY of this restaurant! I am constantly reminded, every week, here at my tire shop on 1st Ave SW, and my home around the corner, what spectacular product they put out! Consistently! I moved back to Iowa from my home state of RI a year ago to open my shop, and have also lived for years in FL, CA, MASS, CT.. I can assure you that there is NO OTHER Dominos Pizza in this vast, beautiful country that is even half as good.. The customer service and friendliness on the phone, as well as the timely and friendly drivers and fresh top quality food, are totally amazing! Keep up the fantastic work! Consistently quick, correct, and courteous. I order online, and the order tracker has told me every time that someone named Hamed is making my pizza. Every time it is perfection! Big props to Hamed; they can do no wrong.

As a current Dominos employee I am highly disapointed. Not only did they lie about being closed for carry outs after 10:30 (something NO OTHER Dominos does), but they also made my pizza extremely unappealing, sounded rude over the phone, and had an unkept looking store. They not only burnt my pizza (and somehow the garlic oil on the crustbut also put my extra cheese first, which resulted in a gross, unappetising pizza. Definitely not ordering delivery from here again, if I ever eat from this particular Dominos again it will be carry out so I can make sure they dont screw up my pizza again.

Pretty good for what it is, fast food Pizza. The Westdale location has been consistent in accuracy and quality. The staff is lightening fast, helpful and very friendly.The new thin crust is perfectly super thin and yet crispy but not burnt. I find the regular sauce a little too sweet and the marinara just right. The garlic butter sauce on the bread sticks, twists and stuffed sticks has actual solid garlic flavor, not just some hint of garlic like other fast food places.

We live on the northeast side of Cedar Rapids and we drive clear over to the Dominos and the southeast side of Cedar Rapids. we went in one time to get pizzas and we didnt have anything to put them in to keep them hot and the owner ventus one of his bags and asked us to have it return by 3 which I did. I would highly recommend this Dominos not only because their pizza is good but the employees are awesome 👍👍

The Dominos on Edgewood Rd in Cedar Rapids is the Dominos that delivers to my house and twice in a row they have drastically screwed up my order. The 1st time it took 3 hours to get my order to me but gave me several conflicting stories as to why. The 2nd time they delivered my order to another house but didnt notify me. I knew something was up because my tracker reset to "putting the food in the oven". I called and confirmed that my order was going in the oven because they had to remake it. Neither time did anyone from Dominos notify me of the mistake or the prolonged wait time. Additionally, they did not offer anything to apologize for their mistakes, for my wait. or my inconvenience. If you can avoid this specific store, I would.

I have always gotten my food in a very timely manner and the delivery person is ALWAYS polite. I also had the same experience with the dominos across town, being that I recently moved I was EXTREMELY pleased that the dominos clear across town still delivered the experience I was used to.They are prompt and your food is made how you want it. Picky? Call in after you order online. Im sure they will work with you.Overall my go-to dinner in a pinch.
