Ordered at 8 pm waited, waited 2.5 HOURS relying on the pizza tracker. Called the store to find out its closed and my credit card was charged.
Anytime I think about pizza later in the afternoon evening they are closed I will take a picture with a timestamp and post it the hours are totally inaccurate
I work less than a block away and because the lobby is closed I’d be charged a $8 delivery fee to get pizza here.I’m sure the staff is great but for me, no lobby=no order.

I’m giving here a 3, but I struggle to not say 2. I order here somewhat often, but my experience with the management hasn’t been the best. It was late and I asked a “delivery biker” that was out front if it was too late to order. He told me I was on time, and looking at the time, I was. When I ordered, the assumed manager told me next time to come in earlier. For a convenience for her closing? I’ve been a Restaurant Manager for Burger King many years and find this disappointing. Naturally, I understand the want to go home at a nice time, however, I also know the responsibilities to be upheld. If you’d like to know the “manager,” I’d be glad to let you know. Thanks.
Everytime I order here I sometimes get my order if its not messed up by the time it gets here like a forgot drink or wrong pizza I order to day the said it was being delivered they irlt was canceled 5 mins but no called and said why or anything and they dont even answer the phone to find out why was on the phone for the 30 min to find out hope to get a response for this
Tried to order at 6:30pm only to find out they close at 6pm Tue and Wed. ("due to staff shortage")
I never had a problem ordering from this location, order is done exactly how it was placed, always arrived in a timely matter always or even before the scheduled time with arrival notification. I have personally messed up the order on my behalf and "Howard" set me straight and hooked me up. Kudos to Howard, the delivery man and the rest of the team.
Would have been a 0 if I could give one. They were over an hour and a half late last week and so I complained to corporate. They offered me a free 5 topping large to make up for it...well its 2 hours later and they still havent shown up
The general manager there was extremely friendly over the phone. He went above and beyond to assist us with our order.
The GM really took care of us! So kind and sweet and very honestly doing his best.

Sorry I was unable to pick up the pizza. The one medium three topping pizza for $13.99. when I looked at the order it said $19.95 I cant afford it sorry.
Absolutely terrible experience ordering from this location.I did not set the delivery time when I ordered online, I called the store IMMEDIATELY after ordering. They insisted the order was already in the oven, almost done baking, and they could not adjust the order time. Youre telling me you made TWO WHOLE Multi topping PIZZAS and baked them in less that 2 minutes? What an absolute lie. The manager was also extremely rude when I asked if they would be able to make the delivery later. Not wiling to help out or provide customer service at all.
Steven was great. He was the only one on shift who could make the Pizzas and there was two huge orders yet he was handling it like a pro. Great job Steven give him and his crew a raise!
So I came in to order some food and the guy said it was ganna be 15 mins before he could even take my order 😒 and then wanted me to order online I dont know what is going on with this place but I have worked in lots of pizza places and u drip everything your doing to take order so very sad
I ordered online, took nearly an hour to get to "baked" and they wont answer the phone at all. Its been on "quality check" for over an hour now. UPDATE: They closed the store and never answered the phone, the management here is horrible and the store is run by thieves. They did not cancel my order, and charged my credit card.

delivery drivers always really nice - but warning, the past few times Ive tried to order from here the website tells me that theyre closed. Not sure whats up there! would be a bummer to lose this one
I love this dominos store. The staff are always busy but courteous, and they made all the pizza I order so well! Everything comes out perfect and delicious.
Sitting on a call because online ordering doesnt work. I already wasted a 10 minute break AND 20 minutes of my lunch hour just to get no response from them. I dont recommend ordering from here if you work for a business where time is money.
Way to expensive...one xl pizza and two 20oz cokes 43.00 after cost and tip...wont order delivery ever again...to spite the fact that I do love their pizza...just not happening again.
I got these lovely lava cakes from this location. A big plus side to this delivery… they were only 1hr 50mins late!I contacted the franchise and sent them this picture. They refused to acknowledge it and gave me store credit. Why would I want to continue eating from a place that serves raw, hours old food?Keep that credit franchised dominos… you earned it.
Hands down the worst dominos I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. CONSTANTLY closed for zero reason and mess up your order more often than not. Literally the dumbest staff to deal with period
I showed up to pick up my pizza for my mom, the cashier was a bit slow but it was obvious he was knew, that was never an issue we all have those days, but when I get home and my mom almost throws up because she bits into a pizza with raw dough and some cheese sprinkled on. only reason your getting 2 stars because the lobby was open when I arrived, I would have came in and expressed how I feel but Im currently on my way to pizza time for a real pizza.
The first time I ordered my pizza it arrived in a jumbled mess. I wasn’t going to order again but thought I try again. This time the pizza was delivered flat. When I started eating it I realized the toppings are wrong. I called to request a refund and was hung up on when I asked who I was speaking with, when I called back I literally let it ring for over 5 minutes and no one answered my call. In a neighborhood that so has so many options I will not make this mistake again!!!!
I placed an online delivery order in this store for which I opted for contactless delivery(due to COVIDbut the delivery guy (Jonathanwhen he reached my apartment complex, he called me up on my phone and said I need to come down to collect the food because he needs some signature. I then asked him that since I opted for contactless delivery then what is the point if I come down and give my signature(I guess he was not aware of the ongoing pandemic). For which he behaved very rude and kept on insisting that I come down. He also behaved very rudely with the concierge service of our building. This was not expected from Dominos.If you guys can’t offer contactless delivery then you should not mention the same in the website.very disappointed with the service.Would not order form here again.
The pizza took one hour to come we ordered one pizza and wings it was $50 dollars they delivered it on a bicycle which was fine and then when I opened the pizza it was soggy on the bottom and all scrunched to one side an extra large pizza cut into 6 pieces this pizza was un edible I’ve ordered from dominos pizza for over 15 years straight and I have never got a pizza that looked like this I called the store and spoke with a manager to simply inform them that we weren’t happy with the pizza and he was rude and very unprofessional like it was not there fault the pizza arrived in this shape I am so unpleased with this location they need new management and a new delivery guy when I order from a franchise I expect it to look the same and taste the same that’s what makes a good franchise which is the reason we order time and time again DOWNTOWN SEATTLE DOMINOES NEEDS TO DO BETTER hire people who care and are passionate about the brand that they represent
I came here to get a sandwich and got some great customer service from the young man at the counter. I thought he had worked there for a couple of years but he told me during the conversation that he had only been there a couple of months and takes the ferry from Bremerton everyday. Everyone at this location was super polite and courteous and i will make sure to come back in the future.
Yesterday I was injured in a bike accident caused by the negligence of your e-bike delivery person. I was biking south in the bike lane on 2nd Ave, about to cross James St with a green bike light. Your delivery person illegally made a left on red onto 2nd Ave from James St, running a red light, and cut me off to cross into the 2nd Ave bike lane in the opposite direction. He saw me coming and chose not to change course, requiring me to slam on my brakes to avoid colliding with him. Since I was going downhill at high-speed, this resulted in me flying over my handlebars and landing hard on my wrists/arms. Although three bystanders were concerned enough to stop and offer help, your delivery person literally biked around my body on the ground, looked at me, and didnt slow down. Im injured and my bike is probably damaged. Thats totally unacceptable. I hope you train your delivery people on appropriate behavior and traffic rules on an e-bike, and that you discipline this particular delivery person before he causes harm to others. Since a witness insisted on stopping by your store to identify the delivery person, you know who he is.
Awesome! Taylor the biker is amazing, remembers our names and our dogs name., (we are frequent flyerscomes to our apartment door everytime, we are in a very secure building on the 20th floor, so getting up here can be a hassle. Very timely even during the lunch rush, heavy rain, and strong winds. And this girl delivers on a bike! Brilliant!Amanda the manager is always kind and makes great looking pies. This place has some wonder women working here!Will forever stay a loyal customer.Cheers you guys.
Ordered one pizza but two different kinds( Hawaiian and chicken Alfredo). When I came to pick up my pizza I saw that he was making pizzas without gloves and when I opened my pizza I realized that he did Hawaiian pizza with Alfredo sauce. I was very disappointed and it was disgusting to eat it.
Unfortunately, the only reason why this Dominos Pizza gets more than one star is because the food was tolerable. Otherwise the service was horrendous. Upon entering the establishment we were greeted with a staff member fill her mouth with various foods at the check register. That same woman who took our order and made the pizza was incredibly rude and snapped at us multiple times when we tried to add specific ingredients. This place is not recommended.
We ordered for delivery to the paramount hotel thinking we’d get our pizza within the hour. Our driver got lost several times trying to bring us our pizza so we ended up waiting almost two hours for our pizza! During our wait we tried to call the manager, “Katie” to ask where our order was and we were on hold for ten minutes! We called back and she answered so we asked where our food was and she was incredibly rude and hung up on us. A few minutes later our driver knocked on our door with our order (just under two hours after placing itand profusely apologized explaining that he was new to the area. All of that is understandable but the fact that the MANAGER Has such poor customer service skills speaks volumes about Dominos. I won’t be ordering from them again.
Never really had a problem, save for a forgotten sauce packet here and there. Inexpensive pizza in the city with fast delivery—what else could you really ask for? Plus they deliver till the wee hours, which I thank tmr for. I keep coming back.
One time they said they were making my pizza, I called right before the store closed and they said it wasnt being made. They gave me creditI order again and ask for the credit and the manager hung up on me. I was very polite but he became passive aggressive. This is actually the second time Ive given credit by them but its the only places that delivers. I keep ordering here only because of my short memory.Terrible store
Given delivery time of 27-39 minutes. The deliverer called me an hour and 20 minutes later. I refused the order. Pitiful. Don’t waste your time with this dominos. Worst one I’ve ever dealt with. They deserve a 0, that should be an option.
There was a homeless man who came in saying he was hungry and one of the employees gave him food. I thought it was wonderful to see someone have a heart and help.someone less fortunate in the world. Even if this employee broke a rule or something, or if he didnt, he still put love into the world and Ill always come back to this place because of that.
Was given a 48-60 minute estimate for delivery, an hour and a half later the pizza left the store and two hours later it was downstairs, cold, for me to pick up from the driver. (I live 6 blocks awayHe was nice enough to call and tell me to come to him and when I got to him he conveniently didnt have change. In hindsight I should have held the pizza and money while he went for change and brought it to my actual apartment. But it was 3am and I had to get out of bed for this experience so I wasnt too sharp I guess. I wish the store on Broadway delivered to me . The pizza was rubbery and cold and missed becoming breakfast by a couple of hours.
I order dominoes quite frequent due to it being one of the only major pizza chains in the downtown Seattle area, I live in the cascade area and always get my order perfect when it comes from the store on 1st. For some odd reason that I was not notified before hand that I would be getting it from the pioneer square store but I called just to notify the manager “Carl” that my order was completely ruined and felt like I had wasted money. Not only did he not care but made me feel like I was annoying him as well as wasting his time and completely unapologetic. This was the worst experience I have ever encounter in my entire life and hope that this store really thinks about their decision making him a manager. To say he was rude is really an understatement. Julian the delivery man was super sweet and offered to fix the issue but I felt bad him being on a bike. I just felt there was no way I would be able to let this go without making some sort of attempt to notify the experience with Carl. Due to this experience I have no problem paying more just to avoid every speaking with Carl again.
I had placed a carry out order. They asked me to wait for 15mins. After waiting for about 45mins. When I enquired that my name was not called. They responded saying my order was given away to some one else. I had to wait about 25 again to get my order.The customer service at the stores sucks.I have been a regular customer at dominos. Ihaven’t had such a bad experience in dominos before.This particular stores deserves a negative rating in customer service 😤I had ordered a large chicken pizza . After reaching home when I checked I see it’s a regular size veg pizza.
If I could give negative stars, I would. I had a work-lunch on Friday and needed to order 7 pizzas for delivery. I called Thursday evening as instructed by a Dominos rep to secure my 11:45am delivery time. Thursday night, I placed my order with a rep who couldnt have been less interested in his job. After about 20 minutes, he FINALLY got the order right and took my credit card info and my order was placed. Friday at 11:45 came and went, no pizza. I called and was told they were too busy to deal with me and put me on hold. I called back, talked to a second person, told them what happened, expressed my frustrations a little, and they straight up hung up the phone on me. I called back and after holding 10 minutes I hung up. The pizzas never arrived, Ill now have to watch my credit card to see if I was actually charged. I cant believe the level of stupidity of the people I dealt with here. To say the least, I will never be ordering pizzas for my office again.
I’m leaving 3 stars, even though I didn’t get my food delivered at all. I called and they explained how the manager up and left during their shift!! I feel so bad for everyone who had to deal with that! I was promised a refund and free pizza, so I hope everything runs smoothly for this location from this point on.
1 star because I can’t put 0. First time I’ve ever taken the time to review something and only because of how terrible this location is.Order has supposedly been ready for almost two hours now. Called several times and no answer after 5-10 minutes each time. One attempt was answered then hung up immediately. If I wasn’t here on a job from out of state I’d go in personally to handle this. Don’t order food from this location.
I bought my family a big order of pizzas, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks for the superbowl... I walked to the store to pick it up and the woman working was super rude right off the back. She gave us attitude when I asked for a bag so i can put the smaller things in there for my walk back home. Then i asked her for some cups for the soda i bought. she then still gave me attitude about it... When i got home i saw that she forgot all the different dipping sauce and made one of the pizzas with LOTS of sause when i asked for lite sause And my bread bites were hard not soft. I called the store to compain and they put me on hold for a long time to get the manger and when they got back onto the phone they said the manger cant talk to me but i heard her in the background.. Then the rest of the time they just argued with me and i got nothing ..... But my time wasted. Im not happy
This location is a godsend for those of us that live downtown Seattle. I love Patrick and his team of pizza experts!!!!! the pies coming out of the ovens are awesome!!!!! the staff is professional, and the store is clean. Welcome again to the area and thanks so much for jumping through the hoops it took be able to open up down here. WE LOVE YOU GUYS
Their order screen says our pizza will be ready in 8 min... that was over an hour ago...Not even an apology. Wait cant I make that 2 hours. Still waiting... If Kevin wasnt working so hard we would have left. This dude is worth way more than the company who only staffed 1 employee on a Seahawks home game.
If I could give this dominoes a damn 0 I would. There service always sucks when I do delivery. I only order from this location occasionally when Im at work since we cant leave for breaks. 90 percent of the time the deliver person has trouble getting there because there 2 entrances. Even when they called for better directions it just seems like they incompetent and dont understand. But tonight was a different was like every other time I made an order and was trying to use a coupon but didnt work. I realized my card was charged 55 dollars I called and let them know and he said the pizzas were out for delivery already but Ill canceled it and give you the pizzas. Those two pizzas never showed up. I reordered it for 23 dollars and those never came either. In all I called the store 4 times and waited 2 plus hours to never receive none of the pizzas and poo Im out 78 dollars. THERE DAMN MANAGER JEREMY WAS NOOOO HELP. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED OR DEMOTED.
I remember eating Dominos Pizza at friends houses at sporting events and liked the fact that no matter what Dominos Pizza joint I went to the locations were pretty much the same: Good pizza, lots of appetizers, friendly service, lots of parking, clean location, free WiFi and quick delivery. Did you know that Dominos Pizza has a secret menu? After eating the breakfast pizza, Dominos won me over on it so i wanted to share a few items on the menu for your next visit to Dominos Pizza: All Day Breakfast Pizza and Domino’s Super Lot Pizza.
