Domino's Pizza in Weber County

I waited for an hour and half for my pizza…the estimated delivery was 20-30 minutes.

Delicious Pizza! Excellent service and delivery was right on time. This is my favorite Dominos in OGDEN.

The older cashier was very abrupt and rude to us as we ordered. We had questions and she answered in an upset manner. But she mentioned that the pin pad asks for a tip. She was rude to another customer as well as he asked if there were any pizzas freshly made here too.

WOOOWEEEE! I cant believe this place! They dont turn on thier online ordering server, they dont answer phones and if they do they hang up on you! If you go the actual location the doors are locked. If this is the optics seen from the outside, I shudder to think what these weirdos are doing to the food..

I cannot recommend this place. The first time I placed an online order it was canceled and dropped without any explanation. I tried a second time weeks later and I kept getting an error message with the stores phone number included. I called the phone number and never spoke to a human once, just waited on hold for almost 10 mins just to place an order. I dont know who is in charge of this specific location, but apparently they are not interested in business.

Everytime I go there they are closed, even at 9pm. The website said it was updated 8 weeks ago and they are supposed to close at 2am.. the door says they are supposed to close at 1am.. and the employees are always inside but they arent ever doing anything. 🙄 I just want a pizza.

Pizza smelt funny and was not cooked all the way. First time at this dominos will not be going back.should have stayed with pizza hut!!!

This pizza place does not answer their phone. I no longer order online because the order is NEVER correct. I’ve tried calling in an order several time, but the employees do not pick up the phone. I just tried calling again, but hung up after being on hold for 14 minutes. Terrible service!

When ever i call to get. delivery we get a recording and no one ever comes on the line .I decided to pick up a pizza but when i got there their hours posted on the door said they closed at 9pm but they were already gone @7 pm ! Then i tried again and went to a different store on Harrison. I called ahead with my order and when i went to pick it up the place was closed. And dark its a good thing i hadnt already paid!!Dominoes is not a place ill ever go for pizza again!

Closed at 7pm! Order a pizza and immediately got a call back saying they close at 7, what a joke. Last time I picked up a pizza from this location it was pure chaos. This place needs new management or something.

Place has literally never gotten my order right. Ive never had problems with other Dominos just this one

To many people asked what I would like. As in seeing if I was picking up and I only wanted to have direct communication. It felt as if I needed to let them all into what I wanted after!

Hours are in correct they close at 9pm and they are ready with excuses not to serve you pizza.

They always cancel my order mid way. I was starving and order waited about 2 hours until I called and they said that they canceled my order.

Placed order on the mobile app Said card did not go through called the store to replace order was told they where having issues with there credit card machine noticed there was 3 transactions on my card the person who took my order wanted to charge my card a 4th time tried to tell him there are 3 pending charges already to my card already from the store he completely ignored me and kept asking for the card number I asked to speak to the night Manger told him the same thing he asked if I wanted to place a new order and then hung up on me

My usual Dominos wasnt online so I tried this one which is closer to my house, but it was my first mistake, the app took my order and gave me a time to pick up so I went and did a few errands before picking up my pizza, I was running a bit late so I checked the site because I was supposed to get texts updates, well there wasnt any texts only a message stating this store wasnt taking timed orders and it was prompting me to set up a future date for pizza after hitting the button 3 times stating I wanted the original time, I received a message saying my pizza is going in the oven. ( this was at pick up time stated at ordering). So I drove over and hit the Im here button and it still took 10 mins before the 2 mins or it free timer started. As I watch the manager and workers toss around pizza boxes and watch their order monitor, ( nothing was getting done). The timer ended and the app told me a coupon was sent to my email for my next order, ( which I still havent received). The app told me that it informed the manager and my order will be out soon, it told me to call if I didnt receive my order, I did but of course they wouldnt answer the phone, too busy throwing boxes around and complaining about how busy they are. Well I ended up walking in an hour after pick up time. The manager was rude and threw me my really cold nasty pizza and turned and walked away, I didnt even get an apology. Never ever again. Everyone should avoid this Dominos.

This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The very definition of no F’s given. I have been a customer here for years and seen thing go down hill for a wile now. This last time was the final straw. I hope the ownership will take action, I’d hate to see this place go under.

Was going to work here they said they needed me apparently they didnt considering that they made me wait almost three weeks was supposed to be there today but I decided not to because this place just plays games they company in with now stayed true to there word my current company said they needed me and came and picked me up wont be coming here to dominos to work further because of the lack of realness. Got a better job anyway that pays more and still lets me drive dont make me wait for 2 years decpite having my license like dominos

I understand there is a worker shortage, but I drove to this location to order a pizza, the sign said open. The door was locked when I tried to enter. I then called it took over 7 minutes for someone to answer and when they did they just said “sorry we’re closed” this was at 7:40pm

Tried calling 4 times tonight to order pizza, waiting for about 2 minutes each time. No answer. Can’t order online for some reason. So then I pull up to the store, open sign is off, looks closed even though it closes at 1am. There’s one person in there working that obviously can’t be bothered

Always great service had a wonderful delivery driver I might be wrong but I believe his name was Ronald and let me say he was wonderful and nice deserves a raise got my pizza way faster then I thought I would.

Ordered dinner for my family at 6:00 was being prepared at 6:03. Called at 7:45 to cancel the order since it was already too late and kids were going to bed. I was on hold listening to the voice over for 37 minutes when I got tired of waiting and gave up. The delivery showed up at 9:50, when we were in bed going to sleep, literally almost 4 hours after ordering food! Who would wait that long? If youre busy I get it but at least answer your dang phone! Wont order from here again.

No stars tonight never got my pizza. Take a look at what your employees are doing at dominos Pizza I ordered my pizza at 7:30 and get hung up on 3 times all I wanted to do is pay for my pizzas. And when they got here it was more than a hour. I was trying to take 13 dollars on the card and 12 8n cash and he would have gotten a few dollars for a tip but I keep getting hung up on when I trying to pay. I hope one of managers understand that is not good customer service.

No Delivery driver. Or Short staffed and No delivery driver. I waited 3 1/2 hours and during that 3 1/2 hours I called twice. I was put on hold waiting for someone to take my call for severel minutes both times. I was told it would be another 45 minutes. Finally after 3 1/2 hours of waiting I called to cancel and get refunded. They didnt refund my account. I called during the day a week later and spoke to the manager asking him where my refund was. It wasnt in his records. The order was on file but not the refund. So he reluctantly agreed to make my order from the week prior at no cost. I love Dominos. And I understand the short staff excuse. But because I didnt get my food that night I gave them one ★.Im ordering again tonight. Ill rate it four ★★★★ if it turns out in their favor.

Called them at 8:30 PM and asked if I could place an order for delivery. The guy immediately hung up on me without saying a word. When I called back, I asked “can I speak to the manager?” And he (the same guysaid “that would be me” so I asked him “why did you hang up on me?” And he responded with “I can’t hear you” so I asked again, same response. So I asked for a third time and he told me AGAIN “I can’t hear you” I knew he was lying so I just hung up. 10/10 do NOT recommend this place. They are obviously lazy and judging from the other similar reviews they are a waste of money. I hope corporate goes in and gets an entirely new staff that cares.

The dominos app let me create an order for delivery even though the past months wouldnt. As soon as i created it it stopped tracking. I tried calling but no one picked up. I tried calling the next day and someone answered saying "were not open". Very rude and the tone of his voice was arrogant. I explained my situation and he said " yeah it was cancelled. cant help you, call corporate". He said said he didnt have that number. Never received my money back. Ive tried calling dominos customer service multiple time but it always says theyre not open. Ive created multiple tickets and not heard anything back. Horrible technical support and terrible customer service.

Im visiting my son while on a trip. Just finished driving 11 hours and thought this would be a quick easy meal. 2 hours later - still no food. My son lives less than 15 minutes away from this location. I tried calling - the first time I was hung up on. Second time they said it was out to be delivered (that was an hour after it was supposed to be delivered). The third call 30 minutes later, no answer... Since they already charged me, I got back into the car and went to the store. They gave me the excuse that it was super busy and they only had one one driver. It looked like he was looking at the order on the rack though? Ive seen the reviews and my son had previously warned me they never actually deliver. I should have known better. If I were the owner and manager, Id be really embarrassed since this seems like an ongoing issue.

Ordered online at 8PM on a Monday. Got a confirmation and then they cancelled it half an hour later. Called to see why, and left on hold for ten minutes. Called two more times and hung up on. I used to order here often. Not anymore. Should have read the reviews first. It looks like theyve gone downhill drastically within the last year. I can understand staffing shortages, but this was ridiculous.

They need to teach their employees how to answer a phone. Every time I try to order they don’t answer the phone or they cancel my online orders. This time they answered the phone with “we’re closed”. (During “open”hoursI work in the food industry and have for many years. I’d honestly be embarrassed to put my name on this establishment and claim some of those employees as my “team”. losing business obviously is not an issue to them.

Worst Dominoes I’ve ever ordered from. I’ve been a consistent customer since 2016 to many dominoes and I can honestly say this is the worst location to chose. They love to answer your calls and hang up. Or just let the calls ring. Especially when it’s close to closing time. I would never call em establishment that delivers pizza at a late time and not tip heavily. I’m a pizza lover and this service is horrible. I don’t normally take the time to leave negative comments, but things need to change severely at this location. Seriously.

The staff at this Dominos Pizza are amazing because they really take care of their customers. They truly make the experience a delight! I would rather order in-store to connect a face with my experience than call a "automated blender" and be on hold. Thank you

I am so disappointed with this dominos. I’ve eaten at so many dominos locations and never had a problem. First off you should know that I love pizza and cheese, that being said, this pizza had wayyyy too much cheese. I’m measuring 1/2 inch from top of bread to top of cheese! I don’t think I’ve ever had a pizza I could not finish and had to throw away after 1 slice. Also got the bread balls, only the middle few got seasoned. The majority were just plain bread. And why does the front desk kid have earbuds in while ringing up customers?

Didnt ask for extra toppings pizza seems to of been dropped and still given to me. It was soft and soggy and had way too many toppings and wasnt even cooked it was literally soft dough you couldnt even lift a piece without it falling apart. And not sure what the wet substance was all over the box. The third photo is exactly how the pizza looked when I opened it.

I called 4 times and was hung up on every time. 3 times was a guy and the 4th was a girl. My fiance ordered on his app. Its been 1.5 hours and its still not here. He called and asked why is taking so long They said the driver just left. He said that he hopes its not delivered cold, and he was hung up on as well. These employees need to be terminated. I see previous reviews of customers being hung up on. Why is this problem not being fixed by management! I give this location 0 ⭐s

No impressed. There was no information that led to the tracker. Didn’t know about the tracker until I filled out the corporate survey. I checked my email as well as texts for any kind of notification on the status of my delivery. When the food was delivered, it was left on the porch which is part of the contactless delivery, which was expected. However, the doorbell wasn’t heard IF it was rang and there were no knocks at the door. Again, no notification of when it was delivered. By the time I found it had been delivered, it wasn’t warm. It was room temp by the time I got it. The food was subpar. The crust was very thin across the entire pizza and near soggy from the pepperoni grease. The crust at the end was very thin and as hard as a rock. We didn’t finish the pizza. Was not impressed with my only delivery from this location.

When I first got to this domino’s, the employees were vaping. I wasn’t comfortable with it, but in my opinion it’s unprofessional to vape so close to customers even if it’s outside the store. I then see this employee go inside half way vaping as he opens the door. He then starts to box a pizza, which I’m not sure if he even watched his hands. Then, a customer and I began chatting and we observed that they didn’t even answer their phones. I was shocked. I’ve worked in customer service as well as fast food and helping customers is always a priority.

I ordered 2 other pizzas (which came out fineand then order the bread twists with the marinara sauce & when I opened it, I’m guessing it’s some type of apples, obviously it wasn’t the sauce. Called 5x & got instantly hung up on every time.Who ever is running this Dominos needs a reality check..

Straight trash. One of their night delivery drivers is a snarky entitled snot. We didnt tip on our card (cash is always best IMOand when we finished signing the receipt and gave it back, she looked at it and her whole demeanor changed and she said "Thank you for your generous tip" For that, you DONT GET A TIP. Tips are gratuitous with hourly minimum wagers NOT entitlements.Called the manager and of course he is overworked and probably tired of hearing people complain about his store...he tells me he will talk to her. Based on other reviews here...they never have that talk, do they?

I usually order from this place all the time ,I called earlier they said werent doing delivery tonight, understandable due to the holiday, I said thats fine Id like carryout and they hung up on me ,I called back 3 more times thinking it may have been a accident and instantly was hung up on without getting to talk to anyone let alone order. I understand they may be busy but Im severely disappointed how they handled it and find it very rude to legit be hung up ,not once ,not twice ,but THREE TIMES.

I ordered last week 9/30/21 online. The pizza arrived quickly as expected. Was very cold and undercooked. The toppings slid off when I picked it up as it was doughy /undercooked. I went online to rate it and it just offered me more points or 20% off a different pizza for next time . I declined it , I wouldnt be ordering again. There are too many other places for pizza. I dont recall ever having a problem at this location. I already tipped and paid obviously online.It wasnt the drivers fault. .

Ordered delivery even left the tip paid with card. If I would have had cash, I wouldnt of left the delivery driver a tip I dont feel this driver deserves one for this delivery. The same driver is always leaving out items. Same driver wont even come up to the door if you dont tip. Never received my chicken Caesar salad with the Caesar dressing or the 2L of Dr. Pepper. All they left was a 20 oz of root beer and two marinara sauces at least we got pizza.

Order your pizza from literally anywhere else. Maybe even make it yourself that would probably still be faster. i have been waiting well over an hour, probably closer to two. It says “quality check” on the tracker. How long does it take to check the quality of a couple pizzas and some cheesy bread?! When my husband called to store to ask what was taking so long, the employee did not seem to care and told us our order was next in line for delivery. It’s been another half hour at this point and still not even an update. After reading other recent reviews, sounds like i am not the only one who has had this experience. Horrible service. And now that our food has been ready bur just sitting at the store for almost an hour, I would be willing to bet the food is horrible too.

Close, generally quick, consistent product, & they always get our custom orders right. The bummer is when the pizza doesn’t show up for an hour or three. We always weigh that gamble when choosing between this & Lucky Slice.

Two thumbs down for the Sunday night crew. Ordered two pizzas and they weren’t cooked. So doughy it was inedible.

This dominos is incapable of getting a pizza to a house in under 2 hours from what I can tell. This is the third time that it has taken greater than an hour and a half to get a pizza from them, and the estimated delivery time was 22 minutes. I cant recommend this place to people as they dont seem to care about their customers. I truly believe it is an issue with the management at the store, as when I contacted them and asked to speak to the manager he basically told me he wasnt sure why it was taking so long. He comped the meal, but it was literally 2.5 hours. I am bummed because I sometimes crave their pizza, but I dont think anybody can watch a pizza sit for over an hour after being baked and not be annoyed.

I have ordered Dominos very regularly for some time now, usually I use the Dominos App to order online for delivery. The Dominos location on Harrison in Ogden is the store closest to my address. Never had any real issues until recently. The past few times I have ordered has not been good! Delivery times have been horrible! According to the App delivery time around 37 to 43 minutes. The tracker shows my food came out of the oven and then not even delivered until over an hour later, and not warm. Tonight delivery is 2-3 hours, even for a Friday night this is a long time to wait! Im assuming they are short staffed or something..... I will choose a different store to get delivery from if I am able to with my address. Please hire one more drivers, I love my Dominos!

Really good pizza most the time, but sometimes they deliver pizza that is really bad! Almost unrecognizable or pasta with absolutely no sauce, so check your order before you pay.!! When they get it right it’s delicious. This one was perfect!

I would give this store a zero or no star if I could. The quality of service has drastically gone down over the past two weeks and I strongly discourage people fr Im shopping there until they get their staffing situation straightened out. We have tried to make two different orders within the past week. One order never came after we waited for three hours, and the person who answered the phone to explain what had happened was extremely put out and barely offered me a refund. Tonight, we tried to order again and after an hour and a half I called to have someone tell me that it was being sent right out. Another hour passed and the tracker was still indicating that it was in quality check. I called again and spoke to a different person that stated the delivery driver had just left and I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes potentially. They had to recook our food because it had sat so long. At that point, my husband just went to pick up the order and the six staff on site did not address him and was not pleasant. There were no apologies for the delay or the fact that we even had to switch to carryout from delivery. To top it off, our order was incorrect and cold. I personally wont be returning to this store any time soon.

The order I placed was pretty good. There are only 2 issues. The wings I ordered were the garlic Parmesan wings. They were just set in the box with a drizzle of the sauce over the wings. When I ordered them before, they were all over the wings, which I liked. But this order was not like that. I also had curbside delivery, but no one came out after 10 minutes waiting when the app said my order was complete. I had to go inside and get my order.

Only place I get pizza from. Not too far from my house so carry out is easy to pick up. Pan pizza in particular is the best. I suggest Alfredo sauce, chicken, and mushroom.
