We have ordered from here several times since moving into our new apartment. The quality is always phenomenal, the food comes very quickly and it’s always warm when it arrives. It’s everything you could hope for from delivery pizza. I recommend the crispy thin crust - it is life changing.

With Doordash, Postmates, Uber Eats and GrubHub Im constantly waiting well over an hour for my food and have never ordered from more than 4 miles away as Im in a big city and 9 times out of 10, its cold and the order is wrong. I definitely prefer this traditional delivery style where the food is taken care of much better, the order is consistently correct and everyone has a hot bag, this particular store absolutely kills it too, appreciate yall!

I ordered here because it’s cheap, delicious, and I knew it’d be hot on arrival, unlike a lot of DoorDash orders. But they forgot my ranch (which they charge for!so I was a bit annoyed with this experience. I get mistakes are made but ranch is kind of an important part of enjoying cheap pizza.

Had issues getting my order placed even when I went in store. The person who took my order I handed him my phone that was on dominos website on the check out screen that showed exactly what I wanted an they still messed up on my order the pasta was suppose to be Alfredo pasta with chicken , bacon and cheddar cheese all I got was minimal Alfredo sauce an noodles talk about a major disappointment when I got home to eat

The best dominos store in all of America. It’s a big corporation but this store has a mom and pop vibe with real people. Everyone is always so nice. I screwed up on an order and they went out of their way to help me. Couldn’t believe it. I love these guys. Please give them all huge bonuses and hire them all up to corporate. Just the absolute best best best best dominos in all of America.

Horrible customer service. I ordered pizza for my staff on the way to a meeting. I ordered three 12pc hot buffalo chicken bites, three pizzas and selected quantity 4 sauce cups of 4 different flavors. Unfortunately I was gone when the order arrived and my assistant received the order, questioning the 48 sauces that arrived. The driver told her well thats what you ordered laughed and walked away.Upon arriving back to work, I called the store to discuss the error on the website. The employee that answered was apologetic and stated I am sure there is something that could be done and passed me to the Manager. I explained what happened and was told how there could be confusion. It seemed that this has happened before as he cut me off to explain exactly what had happened.Dont get your hopes up if something goes wrong with your order as you will just be degraded and told Its not my fault you cant read your order before submitting. Furthermore, the reasoning they could not refund was because we accepted the product, however the driver would not take it back since we ordered it.

Very reliable and friendly. This Dominos is my go-to for Seattle pickup. They’re always on-time, my orders are accurate, and the staff is remarkably friendly for being so busy all the time.

I work for a small non-profit school in the area. We threw the students a pizza party before they headed off for winter break. I placed my order online, using the $5.99 coupon, the total being $291 and change. I had placed a similar order earlier in the week for a different cohort of students and had no issues. Today, shortly before my order was sent out for delivery, the store Manager, Lauren, left a voicemail stating that my card only processed about half of the order total and that Id need to call back to pay the remainder before my pizzas could be delivered. I called immediately and was told that my card wouldnt approve the total, and that the amount leftover was $81 (It seemed odd that my card would approve a partial amount rather than just declining, but we were in a hurry and I didnt think much of it at the time), so I put that remainder on my bosss card. When the order was delivered, I was given 2 receipts and noticed that the full amount of $291 HAD in fact been charged to my card as well as an additional $81. As soon as I realized this, I called the store back and was told that my order total was $372, which was not true (again, per my email receipt from Dominos.com). The manager argued with me, saying that the price I was given in my online order receipt was not valid in Seattle (again, I ordered earlier in the week and didnt have any issues then). I ended up calling corporate, who gave me the franchise owners name and phone number, Im now waiting for a call from him. Its too bad, weve placed multiple large orders with their store (dont worry, we tipped nearly $40 each time, which is 15%, the max that the school will approve for a tipin the past. This will be the last time we order from them :(

The pizza was done quickly which was nice.I ordered a small with sausage, olives, pepperoni, extra cheese with mushroomThey did include every item I requested, however, the pizza lacked flavor because they didnt provide very much of what I asked for so I felt shorted, other than that, the service was fast pleasant but a bit overpriced.

Went to pick up an order that was placed online 15 minutes before I arrived (inside their timeframe). Once inside, I find a single employee on the customer side of the counter talking to another customer about Freddie Mercury and nothing else happening in the store. After I asked to pick up my order they found the ticket and hadnt even started to make it. The employee went back to the prep station and started rolling the dough without washing their hands. When I asked to cancel the order was rudely laughed at. Complaint filed with King County Health Department - feel bad for the person that invariably received the dough after me.

Solid location of this national pizza chain. Food is consistently high quality, delivery times generally quick however high delivery fees ($7/ordermake pickup a far more attractive option.

Anyone avoid this Dominos fraudulent charges on card will contact bank and headquarters! If I could give a negative I would but would not be able to warn others! NEW OWNERSHIP IS A CROOK! They said they could not refund my money till Tuesday!

They messed up my order. Both pizzas were completely wrong and when I called to tell them they did reimburse me for the total cost and said they were going to credit my phone number for 2 free pizzas but when I went in to claim the 2 pizzas i only received 1 pizza.

This revised review is way overdue. Ive been back to this Dominos several times and they definitely improved. Most of the time the staff is really pleasant and most of the time they get my order correct :).

Went to order a medium pizza. It was going to be 29 dollars for delivery. With a $7.99 delivery charge. That doesnt know to the driver. So plus the tip it would have been 35 dollars for a medium pizza. Thats going to be a hard pass from me.

Pizza has always been ready extremely fast, never outside the estimated timeframe. I have never had any mistakes and delivery has been quick as well. The staff is always professional and courteous. Never had an issue with this dominoes

This isn’t a pizza place you go to thinking you will get gourmet Italian Pizza. You know you’re getting decent pizza at what is a semi reasonable price. We got a meal that came with two medium two topping pizzas and 14 garlic knots.For pizza we got one chicken and pepperoni with onion and bbq sauce on thin crust. The other pizza was chicken, mushroom, and bacon, with Alfredo sauce on hand tossed crust. Both pizzas were exactly as expected and we enjoyed them both greatly. The garlic knots were great as well, very garlicy and buttery. They were firm and crisp but also melted in your mouth.Grab a couple pizzas when you want to just unwind with something easy.

I am continuously BLOWN AWAY by the sheer speed of this Domino’s Pizza. I can’t think of a time when it’s taken them more than 15-20 minutes to deliver my pizza after submitting an order. And the quality is never sacrificed for speed! Also, their delivery folks are incredibly friendly. This is the best Domino’s on earth.

Man these guys are lightening FAST! I think about wanting pizza and it’s like, 20min later I’m opening a HOT, FRESH pie at a price that won’t break the bank. I’ve always loved dominos but I especially love the Pizza Tracker so I can literally see where my order is in the delivery process. Oh and the $5.99 for 2+ each menu items is the best coupon for sure. I always end up saving like 50% of my bill! Keep up the great work Dominos!

Just placed a phone order for pickup. The charge was outrageous so I entered my items with an online coupon instead. Upon arriving at the store, I showed them the almost 50% price difference. Instead of correcting the cost, they told me I selected the "wrong items" for the order they put in. So they got our order wrong, over charged us, and would not offer a solution other than canceling and reordering. Moral of the story, only order online, the store employees clearly cannot handle phone orders.

They changed the policy on requiring the ID AND credit card at pickup. Didnt have my card with me (paid online and authorised itand so had to go home empty handed even though the name on the credit card used and my ID in hand matched. Maybe they shouldnt accept credit cards online if they make you pull it out in store along with ID, there is no point and is a horrible customer experience in modern times.

UPDATED: I cannot believe orders now cannot be delivered over $30 cash! Apparently now, orders over $30 can only be paid with a card. Heres the deal. If Im walking past Pagliacci to put the cash in my online expenditure-designated debit account, Im just going to get pizza from them. So, you lose my weekly or so $40- $45 order including my tip to your delivery agent. Unfortunately, you also lose my previously stated review below. I am hoping that Bris terseness on the phone, easily mistaken for complete rudeness, stemmed from her inability to rectify the problem for a complete lack of resources provided by management to address the policy change. As she had previously addressed the situation with her manager and moments later claimed the store manager as being unavailable, I can only assume that she lied to me on behalf of the manager; which is wholely unacceptable of both their positions. I sincerely hope that this location goes through a DRASTIC course of retraining in customer service; as it is clear neither the store manager; nor her assistant manager is skilled or fit for conflict resolution in such matters.The only employees worth their merit are the cooks who make a consistent enough product to warrant my regular, often weekly, orders over the span of the past 3 years and the delivery personnel; who have truly served the concerns of this location and have developed a personable working relationship with this customer.For reference, this is why I previously hit 5 stars; as it was true until now:"You know, Ive never once had a problem with this place. Normally I would say this location does really good. Today I order boneless bbq chicken and parmesan bites. When I went to pick them up she informed me that she accidentally put in bone-in wings and that she was now preparing the boneless wings. She was apologetic and made up for it so I waited the extra time for my food order and left without issue. I got back to work only to find that she did give me boneless wings, but they were completely plain NOT the bbq wings I ordered. I had no time to call or correct the issue as it had already taken too long. :(

Nobody called or came to the door. Eventually, I refreshed the Dominos tracker and it said my order had already been delivered. Called the shop and they said "were technically closed now," then refunded the charge.

We get pizza almost every week. The delivery driver is always prompt and efficient. Their customer service is also amazing. We once accidentally both ordered at the same time, and they contacted us to verify the orders.We love doing business with this place!

Great service! They made my pizza quickly and fresh. Though don’t trust your GPS. They were trying to take through places I couldn’t go through. It’s right by the shell station! Don’t get lost like I did.

Pizza is delicious but, yet again, was square-cut rather than pie-cut as had been specified. PLEASE train your staff to look at the Special Instructions section (where the button for selecting cut preference residesAFTER the pizza comes out of the oven and not just when prepping it. Thank you!

I was in the vicinity and just heard a commercial on the radio for Dominos 2 pizzas for $5.99 each carry out. I stopped in and asked for that promotion. None of the employees there ever heard of that promotion and said that I needed to get 3 pizzas at $5.99 each. I explained that I just heard the offer on the radio but they didnt believe me. I even quoted some of the commercial like a robot doing stand-up comedy and flops at it, but they never heard of it. The only offer they could give me was one pizza and cheesy bread for $16.99, not a really good offer is it? Since then Ive heard the commercial every day on the radio and it is two pizzas each for $5.99 carry out. This is a perfect example of bait and switch, not cool.

I havent tried other spots of dominos. But this one is very consistent with their quality. I typically get the extra cheese thin crust ...with jalapeno and olives and every single time it tastes the same. Getting this level of consistency, even though its a formulated menu is something to be appreciated. And staff are very friendly too.

Super disappointed when ordering a pizza for delivery. The pizza was delivered quickly, but I guess the reason it was delivered so quickly was due to the fact they forgot to put cheese and toppings on it before delivering it. The pizza literally had cheese on one slice of the entire Pizza. Poor quality for the chicken wings also. Called and they did deliver a replacement pizza that was much better. But it seems like this is an on going problem with this location, after reading others comments. Just put cheese on the darn thing on the first order. Sarah wasnt very friendly in the phone...rude AF.

One L pizza plus 3 toppings cost me 29.9 $ delivery was 0.3 miles and there was no parmasan or hot pepper in the pizza box, it took them 80 minutes to deliver it.Please find a different place to order food from not here!

I remember eating Dominos Pizza at friends houses at sporting events and liked the fact that no matter what Dominos Pizza joint I went to the locations were pretty much the same: Good pizza, lots of appetizers, friendly service, lots of parking, clean location, free WiFi and quick delivery. Did you know that Dominos Pizza has a secret menu? After eating the breakfast pizza, Dominos won me over on it so i wanted to share a few items on the menu for your next visit to Dominos Pizza: All Day Breakfast Pizza and Domino’s Super Lot Pizza.

They have different pricing on the dominos app then what they charge you. When you call to ask why that is they just tell you sorry I dont control the pricing.Ordered other items previously at correct pricing and always tip well. Had them cancel my items and will not be ordering from this location again.

Two orders in a row, the pizza was absolutely terrible. The first order, both pizzas lacked any sauce, and one had no cheese on half. Did end up getting a replacement order a few days later which was decent. Decided to try the store again, and same issue: dry as hell. Ive worked at Dominos a couple times before. Its not hard to get sauce and cheese on a pizza. Will not go to this store again.

Ive never had an issue with Dominos before, but my experience tonight was awful. I ordered a gluten free pizza with no cheese because I am both gluten and lactose intolerant. When I got my pizza it was both burnt and not cut. All the toppings were dry. When I called the store, the store manager said that no matter what the pizza was going to be burnt because theres no cheese. If your chef doesnt know when to take out a pizza so it doesnt get burnt there should be better training.

The Philly cheese steak pizza stuck to the pizza box and it was very salty. And the deluxe pizza was soggy and extremely greasy. And the managers excuse was that I not order the pizza with provolone cheese. It doesnt may any sense if thats the way the pizza is prepared. The manager just had too many excuses not only about the pizzas, but also excuses about the delivery driver.

For years, Dominos has offered a consistently great product, and unlike some nearby competitors, its reasonably priced.The online ordering is quick and easy. The lower Queen Anne team is awesome too.

My order took like 3 hours to complete when I chose asap at checkout. Worst experience ever when on top of that you have to stand outside in cold guiding your delivery to your address. I am not ordering from here again. Now I understand why I hear bad words about them from almost all my friends.

They should change there name back to Dominos Pizza because thats about all they can do. The pizza is usually fine, but the pasta is terrible. Burnt pasta, almost no chicken, its in a tiny pan, I could literally see the bottom of the pan because they put so little pasta in it, and the noodles seemed undercooked.

They shorted us food (a salad), then denied that it was on our order, even though our order was digital. They said theyd bring a salad, but we saw nothing after 45 minutes. When we called again and asked to speak to a manager, they hung up on us twice.We went in to speak to them, and they refunded the order but clearly didnt care that the employees had hung up on us.Ordering from Dominos shouldnt be 2.5 hour ordeal.
