Domino's Pizza in Morgan County

Decided to try Dominos carry-out when the place near our hotel had too few choices for vegetarians.We ordered the make-it-yourself pasta. My husband had mushrooms, black olives, and added cheese with Alfredo sauce. I had green pepper, onions, and roasted red pepper with Alfredo sauce. Both were nicely browned and hearty portions. We also shared a generous garden salad, which had tomatoes, cheese, and other ingredients in separate sections so the lettuce didnt wilt. Perfect choices since we were looking for something a little healthier for our meal!The customer service person on the phone double-checked each part of our order. It was ready right on time.

When you compare the prices to other places its a little more expensive. However, I greatly enjoyed the pizza and the cheesy bread we got. It was surprisingly good and everything was fresh and not greasy.

Great service food was hot

Driver Reid had the worst customer service. All due to not being able to add a tip to another persons credit card, however I was going to tip him in cash but started throwing a tantrum before I could.

The manager could not help me with a large order and told me I would have to do it online. He also stated I could use a tax id number online there was no where to list that as well. Grr

They made good pizza. But for veggies they should use different cutter. Hope they will take care this for vegan people. Please.

I have enjoyed Pepper Pod since the late 60s when my father drove a transport truck for Conoco (Commerce City terminalto the bulk plant next to Pepper Pod. I remember the old bar was where the buffalo heads are now and the small herd they had behind the restaurant.My family now has enjoyed eating there for the last 30 years since we moved to Brush.I miss the salad bar....😢

All deliveries we have had from here were no problem. The only time we went to pick up our order there was a problem and instead of telling us they simply forgot to add the chicken to our order... the employee said there was a problem with the pizza. We really did hear the guy in the kitchen over their headset say they simply didnt see the chicken order. 🤷🏼‍♀️.We would have understood. But dont lie to the customer....

Kind of expensive in my opinion for pizza but for Dominos Pizza is really good quality Pizza the wings are sensational

Awesome service, fantastic pizza made with 99.9% accuracy. In all the many years weve been going here, only once was our order messed up and they made it right instantly. They dont deliver to us (we are slightly out of delivery range), so we use carryout all the time, and the order is always ready when they say it will be! Curbside pick up available, car side pickup available also.

Wish there was more consistency in dominos. One says they don’t do 5.99 mix and match others do.

Crystal was very rude when taking my order and hung up the phone on me when I went to ask a question. Horrible customer service coming from a manager

The last three time I’ve ordered pizza from here they have gotten the order so wrong it’s not even funny. I’m done ordering from here.

Usually quite good. Tonight was horrid. Crust was soggy. Pizza was cold.. Sauce was way too thick is plscescand non existent in others. The sausage and mushrooms I requested were not there. All together a very disappoing experience. Coupled with the malfunctioning online ordering process a real disappointment

Every time were in town, we order from this location! They offer fast service, and our delivery on 3 Jul 2021 was so hot my husband couldnt eat the piece my daughter gave him at first.Prompt, friendly, and hard to beat.

We went inn to pickup the pizza 🍕 and crew that was working was so much fun we were totally messing with them and took it all in good fun thank you guys for the laughs...

This is the most perfect Dominos pizza I’ve ever had. This location perfected the gluten free crust.

The food is great and just the way you want it. The people are very nice and polite on the phone and in delivery. My favorite place for pizza.

Have been ordering from them for years and tonight was a disappointment. They are generally punctual and the food is hot and good. Todays pizza had almost no sauce, looked like the toppings were thrown at it from a distance and was cold. Took almost 45 minutes to get here. Places get busy, I understand that, sometimes help is short and possibly untrained. I didnt mind that it took quite awhile to get here and the other problems as much as the fact that the top of the box was smeared with something, probably ranch sauce, not sure. Mind you this didnt get inside on the pizza but it was left to lay just like that and I get to pick up an oooey, gooey box and carry it inside. Hopefully this is just a one off thing, but the entire deal was not good.

The salad was very Appetizing, Also very sloppy. There wasn’t any Lettuce also the lettuce was soggy as if it’s been sitting for weeks

Disappointed pastas have been removed from the online order menu. I assume that means dominos has removed it from the menu completely.

They couldnt get the older right then said be five minutes I get my right order 20 minutes later still nothing the worst service I ever got. Pizza Hut service was better at least they got the order right the first time good job Pizza Hut bad job Dominos. Well thought give them another chance order two large pizza one cheese and other pepperoni well the pepperoni was has Canadian bacon do they know the difference between canadian bacon and pepperoni guess not they lost my business, hello Pizza Hut

We ordered a timed delivery for December 22, 1130. It was 1 medium pizza, 1 order of wings, and 20 oz soda. The pizza was 25 minutes late and COLD. I called the store about it being late due to us being on a schedule and being so late. The person on the phone just said she had 2 deliveries and should be on the way. No Care for the pizza being almost 30 minutes late for a timed delivery. I didnt even bother to call about it being stone cold. Very poor customer service. This is an issue all around, customer service has people come back.....poor customer service leads to public reviews.

Food was decent but wait was longer than even tracker estimated and kid up front couldnt even give me good estimate without help.

Everyone knows Dominos. But I spend my life on the road. I eat pizza from everywhere. This location has the right stuff. My pizza came hot and perfect. It wasnt slammed together like I get sometimes. The delivery driver was super friendly. Obviously the place has a good manager. Which means everything about it is good. If you are in the area, this is the place. Better than most Dominos locations.

I ordered 32 piece buffalo wings half plain half sauce but they mixed it up some had alil sauce on just about half but was a good mix up thank you very much an asked to be cooked twice was very good slightly crunchy left a good tip for driver person who took the call an cook for being up so late to cook suck a delicious midnight snack :👍🤘✌️🤙

The lady that delivered my pizza last night was so sweet and thoughtful. She noticed that we’re staying at a hotel and brought us extra cutlery and napkins because she figured we didn’t have any. Thanks!

Enjoyed the pizza however I was very displeased with the amount of sauce. I asked for the garlic white sauce instead of the red sauce and there was not even enough sauce on the pizza to taste it or see it for that matter. When you order red sauce they put twice as much that needs to be put so I dont understand why so skimpy with the garlic sauce. The fort Morgan Dominos Pizza is going downhill fast thats a shame.

My mother paid $12 for a pizza , staff failed to tell her she couldve asked for 2 for $5.99 each. Unprofessional, go to *pizza hut*instead

My company just spent almost 400 dollars on pizza and wings. Which we do very often. The 2nd order of 249 dollars came without the drinks. The first order never came and when I called about it. I was told that I have to come to the store. I told the manager that I wanted corporate number and she hung up on me. I mean is this how you treat a multi billion dollar company who spends thousands with your company. This place was horrible

My order set at the store for 50 minutes after it was cooked. After waiting 30 minutes, I called and was told that they were very busy, short on driver, and it would be another 20 minutes before a driver could deliver my order. I requested a discount at which time I was placed on hold for about 15 minute waiting to speak to a manager. When the staff returned to the call (the manager never came to the phone), I was told that the driver was leaving with my order and they could give me a free 2 liter of soda. Like a bottle of soda was going to fix the now cold and dried out pizza. I will never order from this store again.

Very disappointed they hardly get my order correct. Yesterday i order the MEATZZA pizza and told them to add extra bacon along with spinach and feta cheese. But then the only meat they put on the MEATZZA pizza is bacon, like seriously its in the name your supposed to put meat on the dang thing and to only put a little bit of bacon. Just putting this out there domonos has lost all my interest and i will no longer be buying your pizzas.

I placed an order by phone at 7:01pm while driving to the store less than 5 miles away. Arrived and paid for my order, and gave a 20% tip. I ordered a medium hand tossed pepperoni and olive pizza. Decided to sit in the corner and wait for my pizza. I noticed customers coming and going and heard several order up hollers called out but still no order up Scott. At 7:57 I decided to get up and ask about my pizza seeing that the person taking my order on the phone said it would be 15 minutes. I explained to the lady that I had been waiting for almost an hour to which I got a blank stare. Come to find out my pizza was sitting on a rack and was luke warm at best when they handed it to me without even an apology. So if you want warm pizza that you have to wait an hour for, then this is your place. Dominos, Fort Morgan store, you lost a customer.

This was 5 stars and my comments until tonight where they not only lacked customer service but compassion as well. Usually hot and fast! Friendly staff and delivery drivers currently.

Well my wife was on hold for 20 minutes on the phone, someone answered just to put her back on hold and another 10 minutes on hold we decided to use the App. When we went to checkout when the app told us that the order exceeded the stores cash purchase limit and instructed us to pay with our credit card. This has just been inconvenient. I also don’t believe that a business would deny our purchase because we are using cash, but what do I know?UPDATE: Now I feel like an a-hole. Today we had bad weather and the interstate was shut down. Every hotel in town was booked and a lot of folks were stranded. I drove to dominos to see what was going on. The parking lot and the lobby were packed. I could observe dominos delivery drivers scurry about in a frantic hurry. When I went inside to see how long it was going to be every employee was moving as fast as they could. The phone was ringing off the hook and every customer inside seemed upset and grumbling. All- the-while the employees never stopped pumping out pizzas. Once I did get my food it was hot and fresh and made just the way I had ordered it. Man! These guys were slammed and handled it with finesse. Great job!

Well normally I have no problem here, but we are all human and make mistakes. I ordered a pizza over the phone for carryout and when I went to get my pizza they hadnt even put it in thw computer. The cashier didnt have a clue what she was doing and had to get help from the manager. The manager took care of the issue .

I ordered and paid for small extravaganza with extra cheese no mushrooms cooked well done. I got got a small extravaganza with no cheese and not well done. Did I call and complain no I did not this is the second time this has happened the first time I called so now I am done no more dominos for danette

Here I am again! So, the last time I ordered from here the pizza was over an hour late (they called and said that something happened to it), then they remade it and delivered it and it was wrong. Now I ordered another at 4:11pm and it is now 4:26pm and it has not even been put in the oven to bake.

Went in for a pizza, service was great, food was great. Only complaint is that the lady that helped me was wearing gloves that appeared to be extremely dirty and she continued to use said gloves after helping me get my pizza.

The food is pretty good, but every time we order to have delivered the driver Cheryl always forgets something. Our sodas usually or when it gets here its not very hot.

Were going there its great pizza but what disturbs me is when I asked why doesnt any buddy making the pizza dont. have to wear gloves and they just say they wash their hands. I kind of dont want to eat the pizza I got order 379289 Oh yah the pizza tracker said my pizza was done but had to wait 10 more minutes 😣

Dominos used to make great pizza. I talked to the mangers and drivers and knew them, sometimes by name.It was bought out by an entrepeneur - since then, the quality has gone down and the delivery time has gone up.Still love the pizza pretty much, but it is not what it used to be.Cant wait for a Papa Johns to move into my area.

Have been ordering almost once a month and now all of the sudden they dont take checks??? Your delivery person was a bit rude, also. I was holding my door open with one hand and had my check and tip in the other and she says "Can I get the food out first?" I only order from Dominos because Pizza Hut has rude help and horrible service. Not pleased!!!!

I was stuck at the DOT scale west of Fort Morgan where they have no food or drinks for drivers. Dominos was willing to deliver out there, besides the lady on the phone (apologies for not remembering her namebeing very helpful and friendly, the pizza was the best Ive ever had from Dominos. Thank you very much!
