Couldnt deliver after they took my money. They should have not let me order if they couldnt supply the service they are offering.

I had my credit card details stolen, and someone charged a huge order at a dominos in the state of Nevada. I called this store hoping it was the one that had gotten the order. It wasn’t, but Patrick was top notch and helped me figure out which store it was and texted me directly with the Vegas store manager number who could help me. I didn’t expect this level of attention and service from any business! Patrick , thank you, I couldn’t have hoped for better help.

Have come in a few times after work and is the best place I have ever been too, so extremely friendly, there are not words in the dictionary to describe my gratitude to the service that is supplied at this domino’s. If I’m hungry this completely and utterly the very first place I think to get food at!!!

Great staff, always on the ball even when there swamped. A couple of deliveries have been wrong in one way or another, but they always go above and beyond what I would be happy with as a substitute. 11/10Plus they have one tall blond guy delivering, and boy oh boy is he a looker.

They delivered our order to the wrong house and said we can either go to the store to pick up a replacement or they can give us a coupon. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money here. There’s better pizza in this town with better service.Update: they refunded the money.

Everyone at the Minden Domino’s is super, super friendly, helpful, accommodating, hard working and really respectful of each other. I love seeing people work well together, getting along and just being kind in their work environment!!Chris runs a tight ship but he’s really respectful, helpful and cheerful with the staff. I like to think I’m calling a friend when I need to call the store. Ordered delivery, DELIVERED TO WRONG HOUSE! Apparently THEY DO NOT ASK FOR ID OR THE PERSON WHO ORDERED! I called was told we can come get a replacement, WAIT until the next delivery or get a COUPON! DO NOT RECOMMEND! SHAME ON THE PEOPLE WHO EXCEPTED OUR ORDER~

Walked in as the store was closing, wasn’t able to place a mobile order since store was closing. Chris, the manager on at the time, went out of his way to help me out. I was prepared to walk out and find other food but Chris insisted on making me a pizza super quick and gave me a great discounted price since I wasn’t able to order on the app. Chris was willing to do this, despite the store being over 100 degrees because the AC had broken or something.Thanks for hooking it up Chris and team. This is my second time here and both times the service has been exceptional.

Last Sunday evening we ordered a couple pizzas online. When I went in to pick up our order I saw a team of employees hustling as quickly as anyone can hustle. Apparently they had received a huge amount of orders over the last hour and were filling them at a rapid pace. The delivery drivers were literally running in and back out with orders and the communication within the kitchen was amazing. I was impressed. I had to wait a few extra minutes for my order, but that was ok. The quality was still there and our pizzas were great.

Chris is a beast. Every time I’ve went he’s fast and courteous. When I had a couple problems he solved it instantly. Food is made very well and quick. They do a good job of hiring the hard workers.

The cashier was not welcoming & not friendly at all!! I think he is either stressed out or racist. He did not place the right order and when I told him he was sighing until his colleague jumped in and explained why the order is wrong. I had previous experience with same branch and they were very friendly but not sure what’s wrong with this weird guy!The tip is gone to the wrong person!!Not visiting again this branch.

We were having issues ordering online tonight so I was forced to call the store directly. We order online to receive our pizza points and also for the great $5.99 deals you can only benefit from ordering online. Chris and Bryce were extremely friendly and helpful. Chris honored the online deals and even made sure we received our points. He also comped our beverages. Some of the best customer service I’ve received with a little comedic edge. Thanks Chris!

Someone promote Kinsey to manager… she’s miles ahead in customer service than Patrick.Pizza was way late, but she was awesome, Patrick was pretty much about unhelpful as they come.

These guys are continuously delivering the best Domino’s products that I’ve ever had. I’m from Chicago and not really a big fan of Domino’s Pizza. But definitely in this area they are the best. And from all my travels across the country and ordering from different dominoes this location offers the best product the dominoes has to offer. The staff is also extremely helpful and friendly even when they’re being slammed. Hats off to the domino’s team in Minden!!

Soooo delicious!! I ordered from round table recently and they were over 45 min late with our pizza. I decided to give domino’s a try, and I’m so glad I did! Super easy on the map and it gives you updates on when your pizza will arrive. I love their crust!Annabelle delivered our pizza, and she was so sweet and friendly. Thanks for the awesome service and delicious food!

Mama and 3 year old Princess were hangry.Guys at Dominos came through in a pinch true Gentlemans and Scholars they are from order to delivery right to our hotel door.Pizza was delivered so fast even in 16° temp the pizza was hot just like it came right out the oven.Keep up the great service guys definitely ordering from you guys again when im in town.Sorin Eagle 🦅

I’ve ate at a lot of Dominos….. I mean a lot of them, and I have never ever had a pizza as good as the one I ate from this one. Not to mention the service was first class, blew every other dominos I’ve been to out of the water.

Best experience ever!! Called Hungary as hell and they stayed open for me an extra 15 mins to ensure inward fed. Awesome service and Awesome food service. They took care of us and made us feel great! These guys were awesome!! These dudes were the best ever and I’ve been to dominoes in 25 states!!

I order here all the time and the service is exceptional! I highly recommend this store and these employees. Service is fast and friendly. My deliveries arrive under 30 minutes every time! Food is cooked perfectly and tastes amazing. All these employees deserve a pay raise. Everytime I call in an order, the service is fast and friendly as well.

The GM, and all of the employees are always so kind to me and have always made me good food. Their delivery drivers are always on point, and if they’ll be late they always call and let me know. I’ve never had a bad experience, and when there’s something wrong it’s always fixed.

I always order delivery and its always a pleasure to see the delivery driver theyre always professional and polite they always have a smile on their face doesnt matter the weather they could be walking in snow and ice up to my front door and they still ask how my day is and if theres anything else they can do for me. Having two hungry toddlers and no time to cook this place has been my savior for dinner many many times good. I also appreciate the freebies that I get once in awhile. The barbecue chicken pan baked pizza is the best! Thank you guys for being awesome.

What a cool place. We walked in at about 11pm not knowing the lobby was closed. Chris the owner told us he’s make us food and it was also clear it was a munchies run 😍 we don’t live too far away but were just on a weekend friends trip. This guy really made our night and was super dope and made us want to come back for sure we love this place now because of Chris this guy needs a raise even tho he’s the owner. We all wish we lived in Minden so we could get a job here haha.

BEST DOMINOS EVER, had a long night, needed some food but obviously all the fast food places close before midnight, manager let me grab a pizza late, I believe it was the general manager, he was very friendly making sure I wouldnt get upset at anything but completely understand how hard they gotta work to close the store. We order pizza alot having 2 kids it is their go to meal. With that being said I would only order pizza from here they are very polite and professional. Their service is 5 star and their pizza is the same. Fast delivery time and great pricing definitely a return customer.

My order has never once been on time. They give me an approximate then proceed to add and stack time. I watched it go from 33-45 to 50-67 minutes. I dont understand why I cant get a pizza within a reasonable time. I watch my order sit for almost half an hour what is this?

They may not be the best quality pizza out there but they taste great. Would like more toppings on my pizza though. Delivery drivers have been great though.

Excellent customer service! Chris was awesome!! My sister and I walked in late after a day of traveling and we were exhausted and hungry, he made our day so much better. Chris, Im assuming is the owner was very much involved with the customer service & was so awesome he gave me my order for 1/2 price when he realized I was in Reno 2 pick up my Uncle who is a Vietnam Veteran & take him 4 surgery in San Francisco! My husband and I absolutely love Chris and his staff at Dominos. So friendly and willing to please. We live out in the country and always do pick-up. Hubby loves the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich and I always go with a thin crust pizza. Been eating Dominos thin crust since 1973 when I worked as a delivery driver for the Dominos in Normal, IL! The Marble Brownies are to die for! YUMMY!! Just had all three last night. ;-)

I had probably the worst experience I have ever had with a pizza restaurant. Ordered $170 worth of pizza for 25 people that was delivered to the wrong person and they wouldnt even send out another driver to correct their mistake. Idk how you can run a business and expect to keep customers if you wont makeup for your mistake

Oh my- finally a pizza from Dominos that we were able to really enjoy. We ordered a large 4 topping, sausage, ham onion and pineapple with the thin crackle crust, usually when I order the thin crust its burnt. This one was perfect nice and brown and crispy. They cut it into small squares that make it easy to eat. Thank you Dominos for getting this one perfect. Also got a deal on it. Under $10

My friend and I were staying at the Carson Valley Motor Lodge. We had just settled in and were starving! Dominoes was right next door. We ordered a combo pizza and a salad. It was absolutely delicious. The gentleman who took our order, owner I believe, was so nice, and all the employees we encountered all seemed to like their job! A great vibe! That says a lot. If I were in the area I would totally go back! Great pizza and great service.

Very good pizza for the price. The employees are always very pleasant when I pick up my order. That being said, I have ordered delivery from this store 5 times, and each time it’s terrible. Each time the driver takes twice as long as the time I was quoted and the pizza is just above room temperature. Do order carry out from this store, but do not get delivery.

They have really stepped up their customer service game. Their telephone greeting is awesome. Their staff is so nice and professional and they are always kind when you walk in the door. They are even nice to each other when their coworkers come back from a delivery they say welcome back. I think the atmosphere is very professional and welcoming! Great job

Dominos is by far the best all around from their great food to their always courteous and professional staff/management. The delivery drivers are always on time with your order plus your food is hot everytime! And if you ever have an order that was not made to your satisfaction or any item that was forgotten they will deliver it within the next 30-45 minutes that same day or a certificate for a free item(swill be issued to use at a later date. I cant say enough great things about this place. Except keep up the good work!!! You guys are definitely worth the 5 stars!!!!

This has been the most amazing experience from a pizza chain. The Manager Chris has been helpful and I cant say enough great things about the staff. Delivery drivers, people that take your orders on the phone and everything else. I dont know what you guys are doing there but please dont change a thing!!!!
