Waited an hour and 15 mins for a mobile order on two hot teas. Two tea bags in a cup with hot water. That’s it. While I’m waiting, people walking in get served straight away. I’m told my order is “in queue” the cashier didn’t want to just turn around and make my drink instead.
This is an awesome Starbucks and the employees are awesome. Great coffee and goodies

How do you sell hot coffee that’s already ice cold at 7am? Edit: thanks for the reply but it’s useless. To-go order, already home by the time I had a sip since the expectation is that coffee will be hot. Unionize.
This is the best Starbucks I’ve been to and choose to drive the extra way. They get my drink right consistently and are always great with customer service.The drive thru can get crazy long, but they are always very kind even with all of that stress and chaos. Drinks come out at a fast pace even with many people waiting (not their fault at all, you can’t help when 50 people want complex drinks and come at the same time).Thanks again! Make time for yourselves!

Very UNFRIENDLY service here. Especially the drive thru service. The only good thing about this location is probably all of the indoor and outdoor seating, but the lack of decent customer service doesnt make it worth it. Go to whole foods across the parking lot and order from their café for probably a much better quality and cheaper coffee.
I assume I am writing in about the same person everyone is talking about, Joanna. Not sure if that is her name but I wouldn’t be shocked. She was so unbelievably rude to my friends and I. We had to pick up 2 online orders and she did not give us all of our stuff that we had PAID FOR. Everytime we reminded her something was missing she went out of her way to roll her eyes in the most blatantly disrespectful way. We also reminded her that a cake pop was missing and she shook it in my face! Please do something about this. Thank you.
The person in drive-through, JoAnna, is the rudest, most awful person I’ve ever encountered at any business ever. I asked them a question about my drink; they rolled their eyes and slammed the window in my face.It doesn’t surprise me that three other one-star reviews mention this person as well. I won’t be returning to this Starbucks because of this person’s horrendous behavior. Starbucks, I’m not sure how many more people need to complain about this person. Please talk to this employee about basic manners and customer service.
I rarely if ever write negative reviews and I do think it’s one of the better Starbucks but the person Joanna is so rude and condescending. My daughter and I were so upset after our experience with her. She really needs some retraining and probably should not be in a customer facing position. I hope to never have to interact with someone that awful again anywhere.
Funny, the last 1 star review at this location the exact same person mentioned, Joanna. I go to this Starbucks somewhat often and every time I have Joanna take my order its always non-stop attitude, I tried giving him the benefit of the doubt but he has a real attitude problem. This person should not be working customer service.
This is not the best Starbucks but they get four stars for having quick service and the standard Starbucks fare. If you get there early in the morning, there is typically no line at the drive-thru.The parking lot for this Starbucks is horribly designed and the drive-thru is even worse. It is especially at the apex of a U-turn. If you have a larger car, it is impossible to get close to the callbox. I have seen lines here back up to ten cars. The wait can be long, so if you are in a hurry, this is not your spot.On this particular visit, I went inside to avoid the drive-thru line and ended up leaving before placing an order. Starbucks could probably put another location in Ambler. This one just gets too much traffic..
Someone put a baby chicken sticker on my cup this morning, I don’t know why, but it made my day 😂🧡
Very nice Starbucks. It happens to be adjacent to our hair salon so its convenient when my wife or myself is getting a haircut and the other is waiting in the car (due to COVID restrictions prohibiting waiting in the salon. The Starbucks has a small but pleasant outdoor seating area.
the man who works in the drive thru is horrible. i believe his name is joanna-or at least that’s what the name tag says .he’s extremely rude - i ask for straws every time and it always seems to be a problem. the tone of his voice is very condescending- i asked for straws as he handed me one drink and he closed the window as he handed me my last drink i asked again. he looked at me and rolled his eyes. then handed me the straws- i said thank and he simply closed the window. starbucks please teach this man some manners.
I love that they have Almond milk for those who cant drink regular dairy or half and half. Employees are always very pleasant and kind hearted.

Visited this location today, and ended up leaving as the service was super slow. Waited over 15 minutes before even getting to the speaker. Won’t be coming back to this location.
Typically always a great experience here. Even when its busy the staff comes off as perky and respectful. Never had a problem with drinks here, my last drink from here was really good!
Starbucks is starbucks. They are mostly all the same and I generally have a great experience, love the coffee, and enjoy the fast food. From this particular store though, I do have a pretty hard time getting coffee that is actually hot. Right now Im batting about a 2 out of every 5 coffees is lukewarm at best. Is this the end of the world? No. Does it annoy me? Yes. forget all the food and fancy drink options, hot coffee should be the 1 thing that is right every time. Come on man!
EVERY TIME I go to this Starbucks, I have to go through hell to get a basic iced coffee. Last time I ordered one, they made it with all cream. Couldn’t even taste the coffee. I went in and spoke to someone, he told me “next time order light cream”, so I ordered light cream.. And it comes out with barely any cream, because that’s what light cream is. Ordered another regular iced coffee with cream today, and once again, I was served EXTRA CREAM. Who even drinks this? If you’re going to charge such high prices for coffee, at least learn how to make it. I’m tired of paying $4 for a cup of cream and sugar. Seriously, this is the only Starbucks I have this issue at. Figure it out people.
Slowest drive thru on the planet, about 7 cars took close to 20 minutes. People are nice, but really? Major help is needed for their daily operations
I am literally so sick of this store getting my orders wrong every morning I made an entire google account just to review this store. I mobile order and pick up in drive thru. I am not sure any of the morning crew know what a COLD BREW WITH COLD FOAM drink is. I can not count how many times I was handed a regular cold brew with sweet cream added with a regular straw lid..I do not have time to wait for another one, i need to get to work. One morning, I had time, I politely told him this is the wrong drink, he proceeded to take the cold brew that already had sweet cream added to it, dump it into a trenta cup and added cold foam, I was so shook I couldnt even say anything, cool, thanks, nothing like a big ole cup of sweet cream for breakfast. Another morning, ordered my same drink, cold brew with cold foam with an added shot of espresso, i pull up to the window, same thing, someone corrected them and remade it before handing out the drink but I was watching through the window and they never added my shot that I paid for, this morning i went for a nitro with cold foam, i love the nitro drink, but today it was extremely bitter, I also ordered a bagel and they forgot my cream cheese. On top of all that, they are ungodly slow. There have been times I actually come into the store in the morning, and the manager would be yelling at the crew, totally unacceptable. Once, i accidentally mobile ordered to the lansdale store when I meant springhouse, I showed up to springhouse, realized my mistake and they still made me pay for my drink AGAIN, at least I was able to call starbucks to get a refund but I feel like they should have just made me the drink, i showed them on the app i literally just ordered it 3 minutes ago it was not like i was trying to scam a free drink. This store needs some serious work, maybe call Robert Irvine lol.
EVERYONE in this location is incredibly friendly. I couldnt believe it. Im going to come hang out there just to be able to pretend I have people who care about me.
Hands down the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. I have no idea who gives this place 5 stars. Either those ratings are bought or those people were told by someone to give it 5 stars. There’s no other Starbucks in the area otherwise I’d go there. The wait time in this drive thru is historically amazingly slow. I’ve been here 30+ times and I come here cause I have to cause of family requests. If there’s 5 people in front if you in the drive thru plan on waiting at least 15 minutes. At least. I’ve been in line before where beginning to end took 25 minutes. Makes me rethink my life.

Long drive through waits every time. They also never seem to have anything in stock. This morning I went and they literally didn’t have coffee.....!
I am surprised and encouraged that there are actually some good service reviews for this location, I guess I have gone at the wrong times!! During rush hour this morning, the manager in their infinite operational wisdom decided to “train” a new cashier. I was in the location for 25 mins. I could have bought the eggs, gone home, made them and still taken less time!!! Oh also I was completely overcharged and so definitely check your receipt next time you go in 😊
Flies were all over the place. I called the cashiers attention to them & she was like "oh thats ok, they are regular flies!"
Service is solid no matter how busy it is and it is always busy; only location to consistently make mango dragonfruit refresher deliciously in 20 miles.

Best iced coffee in the world hands down. I enjoy a trente iced coffee with Cream, half the normal amount of Sugar (approximently 2-3 pumps), & Whipped Cream on top.Once in a while I get a bit NAUGHTY & order a warm chocolate chip cookie.... Mmmhmm
Cashier didn’t know what a salted caramel cream nitro cold brew was and said if it’s not cold foam I’m out of luck. Didn’t even check with a manager. I have had that drink at every other Starbucks that serves nitro.
Since I started using this Starbucks a few months ago I have had several $25 charges appear on my bank statement. I have never had this problem with any other Starbucks. So either someone there is stealing peoples card info and buying gift cards or something else is going on. Anyway, Im done with this place, the service was so slow anyway and Ill let the bank and the police deal with this issue.
Dont you love it when they cannot find the correct entry points on the register and you get the wrong drink again. This is not rocket science. All you need to do is find the correct button!

Go to spot for my coffee. They are everywhere so makes it easier to appease my addiction. This is an Eggnog Latte. Tasted delicious.
Spring House Starbucks is the bomb. Theres plenty of places to sit and relax and nice people to meet. Fantastic location!
Not sure what is going on at this location but it seems that they do not want walk in and sit inside as each time we do you can not talk or hear the person at your table due to the loud music, like being at a new york night club. Even when asked to turn it down, they claim they are not allowed. Hey, if you dont want customers sitting inside, lock the doors and have it drive-thru only!
This location had some problems when they first opened but that appears to have all been straightened out and it has become a nicer Starbucks location. Nice physical space with plenty of room. They are efficient both inside and out getting through orders. Coffee is on par with Starbucks norms. Parking a bit awkward but there is plenty of it.
Solid representation of the brand. I only took off points for how terrible the parking lot is, and how difficult it can be to get out if youre parked on the side leading to the drive thru entrance. Nice outdoor space though.
My drink got forgotten when there was an accidental spill by a barista. Eventually, it was made and was gratis, but still. It shouldnt happen.
One of he best Starbucks in the area and recently renovated. Staff is awesome and super nice. The usual stuff in terms of coffee and chain food fare.
At arrival at this location and I saw the display case with the food was full of flies.However I pointed it out to the staff and theyre response was we are not selling anything from the display because they have more in the back.I was happy with the answer, however I ordered my regular drinks with +lemon and chocolate cake.But I was surprised by the only 2 pieces left in tge display were now gone.So when I ask what happened to that he said they served tgem to mebecauze they wrre tge ladt 2 pieces left. I was so grossed out with that so they offer to refund my money and they did but if I didnt pay attention I would have eaten those disgusting cakes.Also they got the wrong order. My mother has dairy allergies and she ask for almond milk latte but when she fortunately double checked they made it with regular milk Thank god the she askedor otherwise I would have had to take her to the hospital.STARBUCKS OWNERS you should straighten this out. Nothing in displays with flies inside should EVER be sold!!!
A beautiful new location here in the newly rebuilt space. Great indoor and outdoor seating and overall a beautiful spot. But this is hands down the most unfriendly staff at any Starbucks I have ever been to. Consistently sour faced, too busy, no smiles, and overall make you feel like you are causing them trouble by coming in to order coffee or head through their drive through. They need top-down management to make this a happy friendly Starbucks like the rest of them.
I was here during a cold snap (was 22 degrees outside). Was hoping to find place to wait for my son to finish his indoor baseball practice where I could keep warm. Unfortunately it was only slightly warmer inside the store than outside. I was freezing the entire time.Other than that its a normal Starbucks location.
Certainly the best best Starbucks in the area. It gets crowed as can be & slow but the service there is great & they can make their drinks even better! ☕👏😚
