When I called the number listed the woman who picked up didn’t even say the name of her business I had to ask if i had right number and said I was looking for florist, she said “I am a florist but closed as I am on vacation and it is the 4th of July!!! Have a goodbye and hung up on my face!!! I understand it is a holiday however maybe I needed a flowers for this occasion maybe for someone who fought for our FREEDOM!!! Talk about rude!!! She could have simply said we are closed today. I could careless about her vacation since she wanted to be so rude !!!! For someone who regularly orders flowers and likes to give local florist business rather the big corporate 1800 flowers etc just lost a potential customer!!!! I will definitely be letting others know!! For a small town where this lady is located and surrounding area. This woman needs to learn some manners and should take a class on customer service!!!! I usually don’t leave bad reviews however I was so taken aback I could not let it go!!! I hope owner sees this and sees error in her way of dealing with potential clients!!!!
