The center has always been wonderful! The employees here are polite and willing to help when orders get mixed up. When I brought my friend who didnt speak much English they were patient and helpful, making sure we understood every purchase as well as all the deals! I have never regretted purchasing with doTERRA and my experience at the product center has only reminded me of this :)

I love that I live close enough to pick up my own orders when needed. Of course DoTerra is great to ship, but I like coming up here because the atmosphere is great, the people are super helpful and they really know their stuff. It can be a bit of a wait, but even that isnt too bad.

After I found an employee heading to his car, I asked and he directed me to where I need to go.PRICE - N/AMy wife purchased the essential oils, and Im too lazy to check our bank statement, but Im sure it was most likely over-priced.PRODUCTS/SERVICES - 5My wife uses Essential oils enough to fit the stereotypes and memes. All the same their products seem rather sound.POINTERS/PERKS - N/AIm sure there is a whole slew of perks and pointers with the oils and their uses, but I dont use them enough to explore it.EMPLOYEES - 5Everyone was rather nice and friendly as well as helpful.

As an employee Ive found the owners to be people of integrity with a passion for providing the purest and highest quality essential oils on the market.In my experience as an employee and as a consumer, Ive found my orders have been processed with ease by people happy to help. Im still learning about how to use some of the oils, but there are a number of oils and products Ive found to be very effective and tremendously beneficial to me and my family.I cant say enough good about doTERRA as a company and about the way the company is managed. Its a company with a mission Im proud to be a part of.

Great service with a smile! They go out of their way to give you a good experience. Its amazing how smoothly things run with the millions of customers they have. Some of these comments look like they come from people that were given false or incomplete information from an independent distributer, not the company. I have found the company to be transparent and trustworthy. I look forward to a continuing relationship with them!

They treat their employees far less than they deserve to be treated. The oils are WAY overpriced and the company makes up their own terms and lingo to make them sound better. The CEOs are making oodles of money and yet the members arent given fair prices and discounts. Their diffusers have broken on me over and over again. Ive had no luck getting a refund for some oils that were broken upon delivery as agents on the phone have promised me that I would be getting a rerun in full. Still has not happened after two months or speaking with them. Do NOT recommend doTERRA to others at all.
