Dr. Brooke Williams, DDS in Greenup County

They are really bad at scheduling an appointment and then they call you to confirm your appointment and if you missed a call they cancel your appointment but do not tell you that whenever you set the appointment up so I have went down there with both of my kids for an appointment and they said I never confirmed my appointment by answering the phone I was like what are you talking about and I said you have to confirm it I was like well I am confirming it whenever I make the appointment with you guys and you give me a card sayin that is my appointment time and day LOL who does this? And never seen that but the woman at the window was extremely rude got smart with me and I guess shes not used to people getting smart back because I blew up on her and I was able to be seen but yeah the stuff down there is very unprofessional and unfriendly.g this is your appointment time and date thats all it should be but now they want to call you a week or two in advance and if you missed a call then they cancel your appointment LOL who does that

They are always calling a rescheduling your appointments, they give a print off of when your appointment is then a few day before the appointment they call to confirm and they have changed the time. Just now received a call after confirming my appointment to tell me that they are canceling my appointment and instead of rescheduling they are canceling all together and that I need to call back in 3 months and schedule when the new dentist comes to the office. I will be finding a new dentist, something has went wrong with every appointment and the staff is very unfriendly have even had receptionist yell at me when trying to get paperwork sent to my oral surgeon.

Really liked them couple years ago . They were awesome and now they dont even have a dentist...no way to treat u . CRAZY

I was highly let down my young sons first dental appointment I wasnt allowed let back with him even though Im his mother and hes underage. Watched my son go through a melt down while they just acted annoyed and couldnt do anything to accommodate this.. unfortunately its the only place our insurance takes for pediatric dentistry so Im hoping his upcoming appointment to fill his cavities goes smoothly. Im reading other reviews and noticing this place has bad bedside manner and people skills but hopefully the actual dentistry part is safe and trustworthy (will update after apt coming Thursday 21)....

I made an appointment and it took me about 5 or 6 months before my appointment to be seen. Then went in and the dentist isnt there and I cant be seen and they have rescheduled me for 5 months from today. So its taking almost a year just to be seen and Im having issues with my teeth now.

Don’t go here.. Can’t say enough bad things. Never seen a dr Williams but instead a “dr Preston” suggested a root canal and extraction. Didn’t need either. Thankfully I didn’t come back. Terrible office workers also. And the dental assistant severely picked my teeth until they bled

Worst dentist I have ever been to in my life!! Im not one to leave reviews but it was terrible. Left me waiting forever while everyone stood outside the door laughing and screaming, did nothing for me even though I was in excruciating pain! I wouldnt even take my dog to this place. Just horrible.

Rarely do I leave reviews but this dentist office has hands down the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in the healthcare field. Brooke herself is a very good dentist, no complaints about her whatsoever, but unfortunately it is those in the office who schedule appointments and talk to the customers over the phone, have made my 3 trips here unbearable.

I went in for a tooth extraction because it was broken and was abscessed a couple weeks ago. After a run of antibiotics, I felt better and scheduled the removal. I have severe dental anxiety so I was very scared but the hygienist and Brooke were wonderful in making sure I was as comfortable as my anxiety would allow. I wore headphones and if I needed a break for a second, they let me. Also, I’m pretty sure at one point I was screaming as she’s trying to remove the tooth from my head but I couldn’t hear myself with heavy metal blaring in my ears but they never once acknowledged it to me. It was a pretty traumatic experience for me and that’s regardless of who it would have been performing the procedure, but they were very kind about my anxiety and that meant so much more to me.

She is an awesome dentist I highly recommend to anyone. I will not go to anyone else.

Very very bad experinence!! This was my first visit to dentist in over 17 years and i just needed one tooth pulled. The procedure didnt really go to well considering dr williams used her drill during the procedure of pulling a tooth and also was pushing the roots futher into the gums before pulling them took over 45 min to pull one tooth and cut my gums when the tool she was using to push the root down slipped off and cut my gum and now i have infected gums and i am in more pain now than b4 the procedure and the dr will not prescribe anything more than tylonol or ibuprofen. Will never use this dr or this dr office again.

Had 2 teeth pulled yesterday after waiting a week to give the antibiotics time to work. I had a huge, painful abscess. Teeth came out fine, no issues there. The problem is today. The pain is unreal. Went back in today. No dry socket, seems to be healing ok. Still the horrendous pain. She numbed the tooth to "break the pain cycle". Also, while there she told me that Tylenol and Motrin work better on pain than morphine. Ummmm, what? I leave. Numbed up so pain is gone at that time. Fast forward a few hours. SCREAMING pain. I call, something has to give, no one can live with this kind of pain. Im informed that LEGALLY she can only prescribe ibuprofen. Is she a doctor or not? Its my right as a patient to be treated for pain, and apparently this dentist is unable to provide her patients with pain relief. Leading me to wonder if shes had her DEA number pulled or what the issue is. Never will I ever ever ever go back there and I will tell everyone I know for the rest of my life about this experience. Im in screaming pain and whatever they used to pack it just fell out. Dont go there, dont take your family there, and tell everyone you know not to send anyone they care about there. Dental pain is the worst pain imaginable and if you go to this office it will only get worse. If I could give negative stars I would.
