Drago Lounge in Wrexham

It was our first time but not the last one.

My favourite place in Newport! Coffee is always incredible, food is always spot on and the service is impeccable ☺️ the staff here should be so proud. Love visiting, and always recommend (great for vegans too)

Always a first choice for breakfast, super helpful with allergens and great for kids too!

Had a lovely meal there with my dad and friend. There service was top notch didnt wait for a table for more than 5 mins. The steak was melt in mouth. A really good evening, great food good company and excellent service

First time here but I have been to the lounges elsewhere. One of the nicer restaurants in Newport with friendly staff and nice interior. Food is very good and I would come back. Just like the other lounges. We got the veggie brunch, vegan burger and ultimate chicken burger which was a good price.

We arrived without a booking and though it was busy staff were attentive and friendly. Food was excellent.

Great food atmosphere is good . service was good friendly staff . Plenty of choices on the menu Tapas dishes are very good will be returning .

Not impressed. My breakfast looked like it had been left on a hot plate for too long. Wont be rushing back

I often go here for lunch or breakfast, always happy with the food and service standards.Also have been to Juno lounge in Cardiff many times. Very similar food standard of course as it’s a chain.Today in drago lounge I complained about the orange juice as it wasn’t fresh as was specified in the menu. As I complained to a member of staff I noticed the manager clocked me. 5mins later he came to sit with us for a friendly chat and to apologise. He said he understood why we complained, he would contact head office to deal with this issue, offered us free items although the issue was already sorted.I just felt that he went above and beyond to please us. Very professional and obviously knows hospitality well.Not to shame anyone but I had a similar issue in Juno lounge that ended up in me asking for a refund and eating elsewhere.Thank you Saab (drago manager👍

Amazing place to come! Very child friendly with high chairs, baby change, children’s cutlery, books and games. Very friendly and welcoming staff and the food is amazing. I love the ability to order/pay via the website or via the bar too. Definitely coming back.

Always have a great experience here. Staff are very friendly & accommodating, food is always tasty and the fact that it’s a dog friendly place too is a bonus.

Busy, busy Fathers Day morning. The food and staff were brilliant. All staff so efficient, especially the three guys out customer facing.... Youd never notice the pressure they were under by getting queues moving, but still not making you feel rushed.

Had a really lovely waitress called Lauren - she was very kind and gave me and my boyfriend henry the loveliest service on our anniversary! The cake was excellent too. Thank.you!

Have been to lots of ‘the lounges’ and always enjoy the food, drink, and general atmosphere, but the staff in Drago Lounge were just too notch, super friendly and accommodating, would 100% recommend! 👌🏻☺️ We didn’t catch our lovely waitresses name but she had a sunflower tattoo on the back of her arm 🌻

Always recommend this place to anyone visiting the areas the menu offers some great dishes, staff are always willing to give recommendations and seem super friendly. The restaurant is always kept clean with revalue cleaning taking place which is nice to see, they are also dog friendly

Overall nice atmosphere however food seems to be overdone, or left under heat lamps to go hard and dry. Consequently some food was left uneaten due to being dry. Drinks however were amazing and will defiantly go back for soft drinks again as they were amazing.

Ideal family friendly location for brunch, good atmosphere along with varied food and drink menu all of which was deliciousWent with our 18 month old daughter, plenty of books and toys available and well looked after by friendly staffVery impressed

We have had brunch here a couple of times. Staff are friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is laid back but the restaurant is well run. You can choose your own table during the day, and order at your leisure via a QR menu. Food arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. Recommend the Lounge Eggs in various forms- very tasty and filling. A good selection of dishes and hot and good drinks with various continental lager on tap.

Was very nice and friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Me and my friends had a nice brunch. Food was lovely, a little spacy flavour with spinach for me was perfect taste. Very good location and lovely view but unfortunately no free parkings around this area.

Food is amazing. This is a treat for me, I thoroughly enjoy the brunches and over time i have tried different meals. Never disappointed

Really nice food. Came quickly and hot. Good prices. Would recommend the beef chilli and veggie burger. You are just able to walk in. Plenty of spaces but they dont take bookings. Order on an app or at the bar.

This is a lovely place for food and drinks, service was good and generally an all round nice atmosphere.

My husband and myself visited today for breakfast. I have allergens, to nuts. The staff were exceptional, and went the extra mile to make sure everyone that I ordered was safe and to my dietary needs.The breakfast was outstanding, good quality products.Will definitely be going back again for another delicious breakfast! Well done!

Busy evening, and tables a little cramped but we were fortunate enough to get the end of a long table. Service was sharp and efficient. Decided to hit the tapas menu and boy, what a great decision. The tapas board (three dishes from the tapas menuwas delicious, and whilst personally I would have liked slightly larger portions, it was very satisfying. The mango & passionfruit dessert rounded off a lovely meal, and my dining companions error ordering an extra dessert was swiftly sorted out and refunded. I have every intention to try and get there once a month in future

Busy-ish during lunch time today however service was fast and friendly. Ordered a sausage brioche roll and hash browns, it was delicious and HOT. Very happy, no complaints.

Have been twice and had good service and food & drinks both times. Had the pancakes with bacon & maple syrup and enjoyed them. The bacon is a bit fatty for me, but thats personal preference and wouldnt put me off ordering it again as it was very tasty. Friendly service as well.

Usually really good! But today myself and a friend popped in, as we do. Went to sit down to be pestered about masks, when we have shown an exception before several times to which the staff were absolutely lovely! This time however we were asked rudely to stand back by the door because the table wasnt ready. The seating area mustve had people at 3 tables, with no mess on any tables! We then preceded to walk out because of the lack of customer service.to hear a sarcastic have a nice day! We are now at nandos, sat comfortably with no issues. Thanks to gm lucas we wont be back at drago, and well be sharing our story. Shocking

Visited with my wife and neice. Good ambience, available table on arrival with bo booking (did fill up pretty quickly afterwrds). Friendly welcome and service. Lovely food - sizable and tasty. Tapas was cold on arrival and replaced immediately with no fuss. Good pricing and we all enjoyed.

Such a warm welcome from management and staff. We enjoy a meal and a drink most Sunday nights. Our custom is genuinely appreciated and the food and drink is of a really good standard at affordable prices. A special thanks to the Sunday night manager and his assistant (24th October 2021great genuine down to earth guys providing us with a much needed relaxing no pressure experience. A very well run lounge bar.

Went for breakfast late Saturday morning & even though we had to wait for a table the staff were great & got us seated within 15 minutes. Ordered a lounge breakfast (I highly recommend it!and a flat white and came to just over £12! What more can you ask for on a Saturday morning! Great work guys 👍🏻

Atmosphere/staff and food was nice, lovely busy place. HOWEVER the food order was missing items and had to be sent back 3 times before they got it right, must have been an issue with the chef. I got an apology but I hope management get involved as we pay good money and expect to get what was ordered at-least second time round.

First post-lockdown meal at Bevano and fantastic work by the team making sure it was a safe and enjoyable experience.Really pleased to see them actively inviting people to do track & trace. Ordering and paying via the QR code was very easy with lots of payment methods and some nice changes to the food menu too.

Nice decor and staff but the food is always underwhelming/bordering ripoff. The picture is the avacado brunch, although it looks half eaten this is almost exactly how its served. The ciabatta bread was also pretty solid. How this is worth £7.75 I do not know.

Nice surprise in Urmston.Very friendly environment especially for families with children and kids or pets.Relaxed and easy going with spacious tables.Service is more than adequate and staff is polite and helpful.The menu is interesting with enough options for everyones taste .Nice lemonades too!I would definitely recommend.

Great staff, lovely food and great atmosphere.We went at lunch time on a beautiful day and the front was open which was lovely.Lots of mums and babies, which was great for me as I had my little girl with me.Would 10000000% recommend and come back.

Brilliant vegan menu and great service. They now serve the Beyond Burger which tastes like the original. Well done Bevano!
