Nice little find and cafe food was reasonably priced
Refused to do a vegetarian childs option unless I payed more.Laughed in my face when I asked them to swap a burger for a vegetarian burger ( that they did have on the menuthe staff was so rude and ignorant went I was asking questions amd so reluctant to help. Definitely wont be returning
Poor foodPoor hygienePoor manneredI wouldnt recommend visiting
Great for the kids, very different as this is situated behind a cafe restaurant! Good atmosphere, fun for children, and good snacky food!!
Good food (husband said burger was much better than one we paid twice as much for). Play area great with lots of fun crawl places. Only us and another 1 or 2 families so not crowded. Then a little browse around the bookshop. Pleasant experience.
Kids love it, and the food is pretty good too. Staff are very friendly and helpful
Excellent soup and warm crusty roll friendly service recommended
Excellent food and happy kids...
Good food
Good
Met my wifes expectations.
What a wonderful place. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the food was great and fantastic play area for our daughter to run around. We will definitely be returning on our next visit and would highly recommend it to anyone and especially for families.
Really let down by the poor food hygiene rating, I dont eat anywhere with less than a 4 so I would expect my kids to either
A great find. Kept the wee ones amused and it is adjoining a lovely bistro. Dont miss the excellent book shop upstairs.
Very busy but lovely food
A great place to take the kids when the weather isnt good. I also liked the fact that for £5.95 the kids can play and eat.
Hadnt expected to find a soft play cafe here... We were in the town looking for somewhere to eat and discovered this place. The little one loved it! The burgers were a little weird, and the toilets need some maintenance, but otherwise all was great.
Clean and tidy food was delicious the kids loved playing here also their is no time limit you could stay all day
Good little soft play on the High Street, struggled to find it at first but did figure out it was through another cafe. Very quaint second hand book store upstairs too!
Perfect little soft play centre on a rainy day and nice menu as well
Great food and kids loved it.
Excellent for kids, Great play area god selection of food and drinks available
Great place to take children to play
The soft play area is a sweet little place but the toilets are the WORST Ive ever seen...wont be returning for this alone. Hate to be negative but surely youve taken enough money by now, to refurb them 🤮🤢😱
Quite small, food reasonably priced.Toilets upstairs away from.play area, which can be problematic if you have a few kids with you.
Fab for the kids. Great for a rainy day.
It was very good
My daughter really enjoys this place. The only thing I dont like is having to pick everything up to take her to the loo upstairs, inevitably, 5 mins after you sit down! There is a baby change unit downstairs though.
We were looking for somewhere to eat where my 1 year old would be entertained whilst it was raining. We walked in and walked out. Very small and cramped with far too many kids running around with no socks on - varruca alert!! Ive been to far better soft play areas Im afraid.
Great for a cup of coffee while the kids play
New owners, great price and love the new menu
Not too big or busy. Perfect for toddlers
They had a good burger with fries and a nice and cool play area in the back of the café, really good on a warm day to cool off and have some food while your kids can play.
The play area itself seemed tidy and well maintained, all be it small but the website said it was. Its in a small room with normal height ceilings so it make the most of the space it has. Thats all I can say as a positive. The room it is in is dark, dingy, cold and unwelcoming. In particular around the counter area. The room is cluttered with stuff that shouldnt be there. Clearly the business struggles for storage. The worst thing I saw was an electric socket at waist height right next to where I was sat. It did not have a child safety cover on it. It really should have. It begs the question how safe was the place over all. We had a tea and cappuccino from the cafe next door. Cappuccino wasnt up to much. More froth than coffee. We felt £3.95 was too much for what we got. There were parents who seemed to be regulars. They ordered usual beans and chips for kids. I heard no complaints. Its a shame we were disappointed. We wanted to like it. We holiday in the area every year and like visiting llangolen so to find a soft play there was a real bonus. It saves a trip to wrexham for the next nearest play barn. They need to tidy up their act/image before we can return.
