Lost all my stuff. Won’t reimburse me! Don’t come here. How a company loses so many peoples clothing is beyond me. At this point looking at their yelp reviews I wouldn’t be surprised if they are just reselling peoples clothing… if you want to see your stuff again don’t come here.

Don’t come here if you want to ever see the stuff you dropped off again. A terrible company.

Friendly, professional service. Prices rather high.

This company has a new owner and is slowly going out of business. They lose your clothes and basically tell you to beat sand. It’s better to drive a little further and work with a dry cleaner you can count on. Also since new ownership change they have raised prices tremendously

I took in 10 table cloths to have them dry cleaned. The cost was $290.00! I could have bought new ones for this cost.

They always do a fantastic job on anything that i bring them. Highly recommend giving them a shot for any dry cleaning needs.

I used Dry cleaning and beyond instead of our normal cleaner because our normal cleaner was closed over thanksgiving weekend and I needed the shirts done this week, bad planning on my part. HOWEVER I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I dropped off 20 kids western shirts and was told by the not so friendly employee I would get an email of my ticket, he took my email address and I never saw a ticket. I went to pick them up and the lady blamed me that I don’t have an email on file so that is why I didn’t get a ticket and I told her that the employee took my email it’s not my fault he didn’t put it in. I about died when I was given the total and they charged me $4.84 per shirt, we have never paid over $2.70 for my husbands western shirts at our cleaner. Then they had lost 4 of my shirts and she told me I only brought 16 and pretty much told me I was lying. I told her I counted them twice at the counter to make sure I had 20. She said they didn’t have them and she would check her video recording to prove I only brought 16 and not 20. I asked her if she could look for them and she brought someone else up to tell me there were only 16. 10 minutes after I left she called to tell me they found them so I had to go all the way back and she didn’t even offer an apology or any sort of discount for the trouble. WORST dry cleaning experience I have ever had. I would give 0 stars if I could

Absolutely AMAZING SERVICE!! I needed some clothes dry cleaned in a very short amount of time and on a Saturday before a holiday. I called several places and no one was willing to help but when I called Dry Cleaning and Beyond in Spanish fork, Utah they were kind, amazing, very helpful and willing to get the clothes dry cleaned for us and even stayed late so I could pick them up! We need more companies like these guys!! I recommend if you need anything dry cleaned these guys are the BEST!!! I will never go anywhere else now that I found them!!

Ruined a neck tie. Told them when’s delivered it’s a silk tie. To low heat and not use press. Didn’t listen and ruined this neck tie. Didn’t give me anything in consideration or refund. No sympathy or engagement of mistake.

Wow they SAVED my bacon! Ink all over my wedding dress and it looks almost perfect. It was a rush request! They got it done for me after bringing it in at 11:00 am. Have a lot to thank them for. Amazing customer service!

I use to love this place a few years back, but the new “owner” is unprofessional and rude. The employees have no idea what they are doing and your clothes comes back worse than before. Not to mention, they’ve almost doubled their prices and for poor quality service. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere.

Would not recommend this dry cleaning facility. Charged me almost double for my daughters rodeo shirts because they said their machine could not press them for some reason and excuse. Very unprofessional in my opinion. There are many other dry cleaning facilities in Spanish fork thatll be up front and more professional.

This place is truely AMAZING!!!💯 These guys have got by far the most wonderful employees & owners!😇 A couple years ago I had dropped off a few very special items including my wedding dress, blessing outfits & some other sentimental items that really needed to be dry cleaned. Well shortly after I hit a rough patch & found myself unable to afford picking them up. This lasted a while! It wasnt until about after a year went by that I remembered where they had been. I then started contemplating on wether or not I should call to see if my items were still there. (which I was not looking forward to being told got donated after sitting there collecting dust for so long!Which I was so sure of.. Then finally 2 years & 3 weeks to the day that I dropped them off I decided it was time to give em a call to get rid any stress & worry caused by the unknown, and what do you know, to my surprise.. THEYRE ALL STILL THERE!!🙏👍 Isnt that AMAZING⁉️ I thought so! Thank you guys so much!💖🎉

Dropped off a brand new (only worn once$100+ dress shirt to be cleaned and pressed. At drop off I pointed out the avocado stain (not hard to clean). It was still there when I went to pick it up. Pointed it out, was told it would be ready next day. Picked it up next day, avocado was gone but shirt was shrunk to the point that I can no longer button the neck. First and last time I will use their service.

Worst dry cleaning service ever they literally gave me a pick up time that wasnt within their own business hours. Guess I wont be wearing a suit to that wedding. Thanks for screwing me over.

If I could leave a sub zero rating I would. Never really been screwed over by a business until I had this company do some dry cleaning. I left some clothing to be cleaned and was told to come back Friday after 5. I did just that was was told the clothing was not ready to come back the following day. I did that and the clothing was still not ready after I was specifically told it would be done on two separate occasions. Needless to say I was headed out of town and needed the clothing. I purchased some new clothing and then when I got back into town I went to pick up my clothing and was charged full price. When asked to speak with the owner he consistently had employees dodging for him. I will never use this business again and encourage all other people not to trust what they tell you.

I was lied to and cheated. Have had several bad experiences. I wont be back and I wouldnt recommend it ... AT ALL!

My sister got married last Saturday and I forgot to pick up my dads suit the day before. I wrote Dry Cleaning and Beyond on Facebook and they went out of their way to meet us at the store before they opened so we could get the suit! Thanks for saving the day!!!

Hemming was done well. 16 dollars holy sham wow this place is pricey. The temple pants were 11 dollars. I had entire 6x6 blankets done in California for 20 bucks each. Sewing end to end, like 24 feet.

Took my suit in to get it cleaned before a funeral. I dropped it off in the morning and had it back that evening. They were great. I will do business there again!

Wow!!! Love these guys! They cleaned my wedding dress, which had some kind of black tar on from dancing outside; and they got it out I couldn’t believe it!

My wedding dress was shrunk drastically , and they were very rude when I went in to ask about it , they tried to stretch it out but I ended up having to get major alterations done with the dress , I would look around for other stores if you want to get important articles of clothing cleaned

I had my sisters wedding dress cleaned here. They shrunk the dress a good fee inches. They would not take claim or fault even though the dress had only been worn once to get altered.

At Dry Cleaning and Beyond my experience unfortunately was not favorable. I hope they will train their employees better.
