Such a nice staff and Dr Givens is very nice too!!

From the moment you open the door, you become at ease, it’s a very zen office, beautifully decorated. Then I had my hearing test, the lady performing the test was kind and soft spoken. Your led back to the waiting room, and shortly called to Dr. Benda’s office. He checked my head and neck very carefully, and we then spoke of having a scan of my neck and lower head, he explained there is sometimes a way your head can sit, pinches off this nerve and causes dizziness. I will look forward to a follow up.

Profits before people, won’t work with a persons financial status, sets an upfront amount before being seen, does not care about persons medical issue. Profits before people, typical greed amongst the rich!

Dr. BENDA only cares about how many patients he is able see in a day to increase his income. I received very little doctoring, or asked any questions that pertains to my current situation during the single minute he gave me of his time. Zero compassion, from Mr. Benda and his nursing staff. I will not be seeing him again.

I didnt actually go here, but I will just give a five star review for the rating to go up.

After suffering with sinus problems for almost 50 yrs Dr. Givens solved the problem and eliminated the need for surgery. I will be forever greatful to him and his wonderful staff.

Not only was I educated on the products recommended for my skin type, I instantly noticed a difference in the appearance of my skin following the hydra-facial. Patty, my skin care professional, was very up to date. I was aware of each step she was taking to achieve the healthy, glowing skin that I desired! I will be back!

Fast friendly service.

I am extremely disappointed in Dr. Benda and his staff. We waited over 50 mins to be seen and was told it was not his fault because other people were late to their appointment. Also, he did not give me the time of day to talk about the needs of my child and basically told me that because my child hadnt suffered enough she can not have her tonsils out. Funny how a week later we scheduled a 2nd opinion with a different Dr. and less than a month later they were removed. Since then she has not had a sore throat or even a cold. I would not recommend Dr. Benda to anyone ever. Very poor service and extremely unprofessional.

The staff was friendly and the place is nice and easy to access.

The new pace is 10 times nicer than the older one. Its also alot easier to find and parking is better. No need to walk a distance like before. The staff has always been nice there and never had any issues.

The new office is easier to access and has much better parking. Esthetics Services are in one half of the building and ENT, Audiology & Allergy Shots on the other.Turning out of the parking lot is tricky.

Doctors are great. Make sure if you are not the legal parent of a child that you bring someone with you that is. They will not accept a phone call from an authorized person. The facility is nice, and the doctors are great. Just make sure if you are a grand parents, aunt, uncle, friend or foster parent of a minor child that you have someone legally able to sign with you or they will refuse service.

Receptionists make you feel welcome and at home the minute you arrive!!! Doctors take the time to listen and explain everything. This staff is fabulous!! Keep up the great work!

After they rescheduled my sons important appointment they waited until days prior to the rescheduled appointment to call can say there was an issue with insurance and I had basically three days to get my son new insurance... mind you had they kept his original appointment there would be no issues. When I explained how impossible this was and how much my son (four years oldneeded this appointment (follow up after surgery to see if tubes are successfulI was told "figure it out". Those exact words. "Figure it out".

Just called telling the receptionist that I had sudden pain, swelling and inflammation from my ear, down my check, and into my neck area. Asked if possible to get in for an appointment either tomorrow or following. Response was, "sorry we are booked out 3-4 weeks". Wow! okay..but no room for emergencies? Won;t even check the schedule or act like you care to help me? Would keep me from calling this office any time in the future.

Very caring and helpful staff. My doctor, Daniel Givens was very professional and kind and made sure I understood all aspects of my treatment. I highly recommend Dr. GIvens and the staff at Dubuque ENT.

Great docs

I went to Dr. Givens and had both Botox and lip injections done. During the consultations he was very thorough about the processes and answered all my questions, he then gave me the pricing of what I wanted to achieve before the procedures. He did great with enhancing my features and still looking natural. I am VERY happy with my results and I am so glad I found him! I will be returning to Dr Givens for maintenance from now on!

Dr. Givens is fantastic with children. He takes the time to really talk to and get to know them, and goes the extra mile to make them feel comfortable. He allowed our daughter to bring her doll into surgery- complete with heart monitors and all, helping to alleviate our daughter’s anxiety. He is humble, kind, and an excellent doctor.
