Duff St Medical Centre Parking in Casey

This center is not very welcome you if you are a new patient i think. The doctor who i saw she was not taking care of you probably . I booked appointment cause ive got the pain already some days , she checked, really appreciated for that, then she gave me an advice that doing excercise at home and should back to see my GP and open the door said : "please", and said: "good luck".I had to go another Medical center for the referral doing more checking.And the receptionists here some is nice some is just ignored you.Just wondering that how come they passed the Medical ethics🤔Thanks and byeeee

Have been going here for 14 years and the main receptionist Armajeet is always pleasant and professional

Do not go here they are rude and dont look after you

Slow and rude

Car park is very small and compact that it is difficult to get in and park safely let alone try to get out especially when the car park is full

Useless receptionists, made us wait nearly 2 hours saying were next, finally had to see another doctor, the Indian receptionists says she doesnt know what happened as she was on her break, these guys constantly stuff appointments up.
