Friendly and helpful staff, easy parking with tools and paint for any situation. Offers trade paints which are higher quality then the regular paint you find.

They allow their trade customers to park in front of other customers cars in the car park and they dont say anything about it.

Would never bother ordering from this store, absolutely diabolical, things arent written down, full order dont arrive always some excuse, friends are waiting to see if they actually get 2nd half of order today that was due last week after ordering instore

If you need decorating supplies its the best around

The staff is very helpful and knowledgable to advice on how best to use the Dulux paints.

After purchasing a sample from the main Dulux website I found out that I was unable to order it online.However, I rang the Dulux Decorator Centre and they were very helpful and advised me to place an order via their website.I placed the order that was due to be delivered on Monday but then I received a phone call from this store offering to drop off my order as one of their colleagues lived in my area.This is amazing customer service and in such a difficult world this showed that customer service and helpfulness does still exist.I will definitely be returning and just want to say thank you for all of your help.

Can make up any colours you want which is handy as b&q just mixing valspar paint now!

I was dealt with a lad called Royston as soon as I walked through the door I told him what I was doing and what I wanted. He gave me professional advise he was very helpful considering I never painted in my life but he gave me enough advice to help me and gave me all the products I was looking for.

Nice paint.

I went to store other day put order in for paint as I was having a paint pack with my housing association. When got home noticed swatch I brought home was not what I wanted phoned up straight away gentleman said no prob as not been mixed yet. So went there today only to be told your order other day done I said no I cancelled. Well to say customer service from then to when I left the store was dismal. Even showed my phone where I contacted to say no to previous colours. Then gave me a trolley with 2 paint packs in no help whatsoever . Was really really very annoyed and portrayed this to me in his mannerisms, it was his staff fault so yes bad experience

I can honestly say that if its customer service your looking for, your better off going to wicks. James had a very lazy demeanour. There was no manager to complain to as he was covering the store in Swansea and if it hadnt been for the help of Gary I wouldnt have bothered even looking.

Expensive. Staff quite offish and a bit matter of fact. No urgency there.
