Dunham Post Office in Letcher County

The people used to be great but after an unprofessional incident involving a mail carrier, i am outraged at this location. The mail carrier rudely made remarks and threw the entire hollar’s mail in every mail box. Everyone had to give each other mails since they was not in the right mailbox. This makes me think if this “professionalism” is how mail gets lost and stolen. There has been another incident as well but i will leave that out as well. They need to hire people who “want to work” instead of just being rude to people.

I Have one thing too say about everyone that works at the post office in Jenkins they are down to earth people they treat you like family they will help you make out your money orders and make sure they get it put in the mail & they are allways curtious and helpful.

Customer service is horrible. Everytime I go inside to talk to someone they seem very upset, like I am a nuisance for being there. I would give it zero stars if google would let me. TERRIBLE!
