Dunkin' in Aroostook County

Ok, to be fair, this is one of only two coffee spots in this very small town. Obviously, the wait time will be longer than usual at any given time of day. However, when you offer the to-go walk-in option on the app, you need to make certain those people have their orders ready to go at the time they walk in. Waiting 15 mins is excessive and unacceptable for to-go orders. Unfortunately, as I said, this is the only Dunkin in town so all of us who enjoy a Dunkin tolerate the wait! Still doesnt make it acceptable!

Service was a bit slow but well worth the wait.

Just ordered 2 coolatas from the cross-eyed cashier with purple splotches in her hair. They were both wrong. Like, completely wrong. The guy in front of us left with the exact same drink. The unsatisfied look on his face makes me suspect that his was also wrong.

This DD is consistent. They have faithfully gotten my order wrong...everytime I visit. Its to expensive to keep trying with them. Im switching coffee houses.

Coffee is good most days. Service is slow. I ordered an on the go order and when I got there 20 minutes later my coffee was still no ready.

Dukin is the greatest sweet I ever had there donuts are perfect and there coffee is perfect

This place has been going down hill a lot lately,Like I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to have sausage instead It had bacon.Another big thing that they just can’t seem to get right when it’s printed right on the slip for there eyes to read, is when I ask for caramel and mocha I want my mocha and when I asked for cold foam I would like my cold foam.Like charge me extra for cold foam and it’s not on there. Might have to start going to Tim’s

My daughters basketball game tried to order online. Wasnt able to. At the store, the team was treated rudely by the staff, totally not necessary. Not a good representation of the brand.

don’t get orders right 90% of the time

Sent my husband in for a dozen donuts (been having a craving). They were out of everything we asked for. Whatever happened to bakers on all the time to keep things stocked up. Bummed on a Sunday...

I have been stopping here mostly Wednesday through Saturday while in town. The atmosphere inside is awesome the lady that makes my coffee everytime has such a bubbly personality and very pleasant to talk to while waiting on my coffee and doughnut, gonna miss stopping there when I go on vacation

Coffee and treats to curb your cravings. Wake up to dunkin. The day will go by alot better. Mine does.

Their website says they are open when I get there around 5:30 am. Everything is lit up and on. But you sit there for over 10 plus minutes and no one helps you. Last time I went there it was even after 6am and still waited over 10 minutes. You could see people sitting in the office hanging out and playing on their phones. I was the only one in line. I go to dunkin almost 3 times a day. Houlton dunkin has lost my business.

Staff was pleasant and professional. My son had the BBQ bacon, egg & cheese which was hit & tasty he said. The frozen ice coffee was a special treat on a hot day.

I had a rather tasty frozen hot chocolate and we took a few muffins and donuts home with us to enjoy the following morning. Despite being later in the day, there was still a decent selection of delectible pastries. Friendly staff and very clean shop - worth the stop in, especially if youre already there getting fuel, or drive-thru if youre craving some Dunkin.

Fast friendly service. The place is always super busy but the servers do a great job and get us in and out quickly!

My girlfriend order a large ice coffee dark roast with 5 caramel, 2 cream, and 2 LIQUID sugar and twice got granulated sugar and the first time they even repeated her order back and messed it up and it happened again today and I went in a few minutes after we got anf she took a sip and was livid. So I went in and a guy said he would fix it and I took it back to her and she took a sip and once again it was granulated when we went back to get it fixed and she is done. She is so livid and now we are writing this.

They seem stressed. I think if people were nicer to them it wouldnt be like that

Stopped to get a medium hot coffee. It was less than luke warm. Yuck!!!! I will stop at Tim Hortons next time. Got to bring this DD coffee home to micriwave it so it will be hot . So disappointed!!!

This DD is always slow...but you get what you order! Its clean. It is in a gas station/C store. Friendly service! But, slow!

They have no clue what a white cream dont is. But the rest they seem okay. Everyone was frazzled when we were there. Good coffee though.

On different days it takes up to 3 tries to get a simple coffee right then they say they are out of donuts and when you go back to get your coffee right they have them. They might need a fix or retrain the staff

Orders are correct 85% of the time and are out of some baked goods quite often. But very nice staff.

The worst experience Ive ever had at dunkin donuts ever.... messed my order up completely. When I only ordered a bagel with cream cheese toasted with butter and cream cheese on the side said it twice too just to make sure i would get it that way gave me margarine instead of butter and put the cream cheese on the bagel who puts butter on top of cream cheese come on now common sense would should make it so obvious that that does not to work
