Dunkin' in Lackawanna County

Absolutely the worst place around. Very dirty. Employees are ignorant. Very very slow and they get the order wrong 90% of the time.

The staff at this location is usually always amazing. There’s one girl in particular, who recognizes myself and my husband, and always makes sure to ask how we are. Truly above and beyond service from her. However, there was an occasion where we have needed a refund, showing that a breakfast sandwich was burned black on one side. We were told there was no manager in the building (around 1pm I believe?)We waited in the drive through for a decent amount of time, so to be told to go back through (line still pretty longfor something to be fixed, was super frustrating.

Super fast and efficient drive-thru service! This location its always busy with a long drive-thru line, but I never feel like Im waiting long. Plus, over all the years, my order has literally never been wrong!! Before the pandemic when I would go inside it was always clean. They have always been helpful/patient with menu questions (even at the drive-thruand very kind!

Rarely are orders correct. Almost every time. Started visiting a different location.

Does not wear masks while cooking or at drive through Its absolutely disgusting We’re in a pandemic yet you cant wear masks or gloves when you cook for people ? This place should be SHUT DOWN

No issues with the product itself, but the store design is less than ideal. Parking lot is a tremendous pain to navigate

The drive through, because of the way its constructed, is a waking nightmare. Be aware of this, since youll end up lapping the building at least twice on a typical visit.Food is good, though.

Except for Starbucks, dunking donuts is the best place to get coffee!

Normally dont have many issues, but this is now the 4th or 5th time Ive had the same problem. When the mobile order ticket prints for a latte, it will say milk on it. Whoever makes the drink thinks its like regular coffee and puts 1 shot of milk in and fills the rest with water. I dont usually have the time to come back around and get the issue corrected, so Im stuck throwing money away on undrinkable garbage water. Please fix this

Coffee was terrible, totally undrinkable , had a very burnt , bitter , rubber taste to it . Would not recommend

I don’t usually do this but the experience i had here was completely ridiculous and disrespectful, i went around 3:16pm, i pull up to the drive thur i’m sitting there for a good 5mins no one even starts taking my order so then i decide to say hello finally my ordered was taken , i pull up to the window , i pay then i’m just waiting for my drinks, i ordered 2 chai lattes and one ice coffee , got my first chai and got my coffee then i’m sitting & waiting for my final drink and food , then she hands me some coffee , which wasn’t a big deal everyone makes mistakes so i tell her then explained it was a medium chai told her everything that was supposed to be in it then she continues to try and hand me another large coffee completely disregarding what i had just told her then when i told her no that’s wrong it’s not a coffee it’s a chai she had the nerve to say “oh my god” with attitude, most disrespectful employee i’ve ever seen , i’ve worked in fast food before i completely understand the struggle it can be sometimes but to completely disregard what i’m telling you and trying to hand me the wrong drink again and then continue on with attitude is just plan rude and uncalled for , personally i feel like dunkin’ should really look into who their hiring , horrible customer service!

Very unorganized drive thru and parking is a disaster waiting to happen Ill find a different one to frequent

Worst drive thru, worst parking lot, and they close their lobby at noon and leave no signage on the door to indicate that. Open up your lobby already. Youre literally losing business.

Staff is always friendly and the coffees hot dogs are good got to get there early so they dont run out of the donuts busy place hope the lobby opens up soon

First lets talk about how horrible the drive thru is at this place can you make the parking lot better. You cant get out or around the building. They close the lobby and dont tell anyone. Maybe a sign on the door would be nice. I ordered a cold brew cold foam. Got not cold foam had to drive back around because they closed the lobby at noon. And waiting 10 minutes to get out of the parking lot because you cant go around and people coming in from the other side of the building to go through the drive thru.

The rap around drive-through experience needs to be revised. It can get messy in the early mornings. But, overall great service. Love Dunkin. 👍👍

Weve wasted over $20 in the past two weeks on coffees and theyve gotten them wrong every time. We keep going thinking it was just one bad experience but its happened several times now

Horrible service, the employees are rude and should not be in customer service. Said they only had two orders instead of putting more in just because they had a line of cars and didn’t feel like making it. To make it all worse they refused to give me the coffee I asked for:( very displeased...

Old Forge DD has serious traffic flow issues or I would give it a better rating. Sometimes the issues stem from stupid drivers which they cant fix.

The current sales person exemplifies what true customer service is about. She has a great personality too.

Who doesnt love dunkin? Get the pumpkin muffin so delicious. I would pass on the Cresent breakfast sandwich, it was not very good

Coffee was old, The food was cold and a fight against my poor senses and to top it off they werent busy but some how managed talking 20 min for our order of coffees and 2 sandwiches definitely wouldnt be on my DD pick list

Terrible!!! Order breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, and ice coffee. Paid then was told to pull around to the door and someone would bring the food out. The employee walked over to the car and as soon as she handed us the bags i could smell something bad. The food was terrible the crossant was hard. I didnt even eat one hash brown because as soon as I put it in my mouth I had to open my car door and spit it out it was so bad!!! Will never go there again!!

Constantly they forget things! I can honestly say they’re the worst Dunkin’ in the area. You have one job and you can’t even do that right!

Establishment is clean, employees are nice, but the donut options in the late afternoon/evening is basically non existent and what they do have does not taste fresh.

You have to check your order before you leave this place every time. I ordered 1 thing. A bagel with veggie cream cheese on the side. I got a bagel with plain cream cheese on the bagel. How hard is it to get one thing right? Apparently very for DD.

The girl at the drive thru didnt put the top on my coffee right 1/2 of it spilled all over my car thank goodness for the cup holder that caught most of it but I was slightly disappointed. I had somewhere to be so I didnt bother going back in period

Pretty much what you would expect from Dunkin as far as prices, cleanliness, and selection. I’m thrilled at the location but you may get full on Vietnam flashbacks after making it through that parking lot. It shares a tiny lot with a Family Dollar. Between both businesses there are probably 12 total parking spots and a drive thru. So there is a lot happening all at once there. But all in all, it’s a Dunkin. If you want DD, you need to go there. The staff have always been attentive and helpful.

My food and coffee is always the way I like it when I come here. Today I went to the drive thru and I told them I wanted an iced vanilla chai. I usually talk pretty fast so I dont think she heard me but when I told them I wanted an iced one they immediately fixed it and it tasted better than ever. Thanks!!

Always friendly promt service in the a.m. now I just wish that i could say the same for the traffic flow through that place. I mean come on. Really? Who engineered this. I work in construction so i ive met some BAD engineers but the guy who designed this really takes the cake. Sheesh! #worstparkinglotevea #my4yearoldwouldadoneabetterjob

This is a great Dunkin donuts, never had an issue with service here and the staff is great, always friendly and polite!! They always have fresh coffee made and are quick in the drive thru no matter what time of day it is.

I was hear on 1/16/19 poor customer service got 2 ice coffee milk & sugar no sugar at all my concerns are the group of people here in the pictures were talking about smoking pot on there break other person stated I got dust at home no longer going to this place

Coffee is wonderful but never tried there donuts I do not believe. Ill have to try them some day. Customer service is friendly during the afternoon.

Pretty satisfied with their service, at least with the morning crew. Whenever I get my coffee in the morning, the girls make me feel welcome. Jasmine remembers my usual, and still takes care of me while attending other customers. I dont know how she does it but, now I know their job is not easy.

Very fast, not to the point, has messed up order before. They have conversations in their headsets that shouldnt be heard by customers yet you can through the drive through speaker

9/10 times we come here there is a problem . My order is almost always wrong. Its gotten so bad the only times we use old forge Dunkin is when we absolutely have to. 2 stars bc the staff does try to fix the problems if we can make it back to complain. Dont bother trying to get here in the AM either or youll be stuck in a non moving circle in the lot till someone gives up and decides to leave.

Nice place for a quick stop. They have really good breakfast sandwiches. The staff is very nice and friendly and answer any questions you might have. Ive never had to wait in a line either so great if youre short on time. The only thing Ive ever found wrong is when I order a English muffin, they tend to burn it just a little and I prefer no area burnt at all.

People are great service is awesome me and my son walk in they know what we want before we ask thumbs up to them. Going there in the morning before work be prepared to wait in line you have 15 16 year old kids lined up to the door waiting to get coffee, most likely make you a half hour late for work

Friendly and generally pretty quick to get your order to you. Parking sometimes sucks but the service you receive definitely makes up for that small inconvenience.

Okay I must say in the daytime the staff is very friendly and prompt. However the evening staff its more like a hang out for young children all the employees have their friends hanging out here running in and out smoking throwing things being very loud there are few people that work here that are very nice at night and take very good care of you and when theyre not on you can see a difference I must say Im very shocked that Dunkin Donuts allows this and the owners maybe they need to start giving spot checks without letting them know theyre coming in and start seeing whats going on all it is is a playground for young children wish I could say I was impressed but Im not I much rather go out of the area and sit and have my coffee where I dont have to worry about all this shame on you for allowing employees to do this thank you

If I could give this place no stars at all I would. First of all, I have never gone there and had my coffee made right the first time. The kids dont pay attention to you when you are ordering. Aside from that, tonight (about a half an hour agowhile I was in there I placed my order and sat down at a table to wait for my sandwich. After about 10 minutes of waiting silently and patiently the blonde kid looks at me and says " Uhhh your foods been sitting here". So I get up and say sorry I must not have heard you and he looks at me and says " Well you were too busy on your phone". Mind you, he was too busy flirting with three little girls and I guess he thought he was going to talk to me like I was a piece of crap to show off to his little girlfriends. First of all, your store provides free WiFi for customers to use while they are there. Second of all, I am completely deaf in my right ear and also I am sick which is causing my other ear to be impaired as well. I can see if I was rude to him or complaining about my food taking so long , BUT I WASNT. I DIDNT SAY A WORD TO HIM EXCEPT IM SORRY I DIDNT HEAR YOU. Then he decided to get an attitude with me even though thats all I said. Is this how you want your employees to treat their customers? Is it acceptable to talk to a customer with an attitude? No! I will NEVER step foot in this store again. All of the young kids who work there are rude and have serious attitude problems. I worked at dunkin donuts when I was young as well and if I EVER spoke to a customer the way he spoke to me I would be fired!!!!!!
