I took my TV there and his customer service sucks. He has no knowledge on Insignia TVs with built in Fire TV. He insisted I had the wrong remote control for my TV and charged me $40 and he did nothing because he insisted the Alexa remote wasnt the orginally remote for the TV. He held my TV hostage because I didnt think he was worthy of $40.
