It took 2 years to the day to get my parents headstone placed. I never got calls returned as promised. I never got notified the stone was actually being placed, I simply discovered it since I stalked the cemetery (sounds a bit morbid when I type it out 😬). When I did call and get an update I was told different things. I was told they had my stone, then the next time I was told it wasn’t in the US yet.. back and forth. I was told it would take 6 months when I bought it. Paid in full. The last update I got (when I had to callwas that they did indeed have the stone, but was just waiting on the engraver, who was backed up and it would be another 3 weeks. It was finally placed 8 weeks later. I will say that the woman who answered the phone the last few times I called did redeem herself when she sent me a picture of my stone after they received it, completed. However, that doesn’t make up for the lack of customer service and the disregard for keeping your word. Can’t say I would ever send anyone here to get their headstone unless they’re okay with waiting an unknown amount of time and being left hanging on any communication at all. If I could give zero stars, I would. My stone, does however, look beautiful.Edit to reply: 1. I was never informed that there was an issue with the first stone. 2. I did not call 2 days prior, it was several days, at least. I heard through the grapevine of a small town that you had finally reached out and were going to place it… I understand weather doesn’t always cooperate, so I was trying to be patient.. but when told I would get a call/notification… and never received it? Lousy customer service. I understand things aren’t always in your control.. but communication is a key factor to success… especially in a small town business.Again, appreciative that it finally happened, VERY disappointed in customer service.
My family has paid in full for my grandpa’s headstone in March. They promised it would be in in May. Then August 1st. Yesterday, they told my grandma they would call. Still no call. It seems as if we are getting punished for paying the bill in full. This is extremely upsetting. Every time we go to my grandpa’s gravesite, we mourn even more because we do not have the headstone he deserves. Never use this company. My family is distraught.
Super nice guys and their selection of rocks is great! School rocks that is Im not quite ready for a headstone yet.

Just bought a headstone here, this place is very reasonable compared to others I researched.. purchased for $1151 double headstone. You will not be disappointed they have everything you need..
Horrible company to deal with, it took 6 months after initial payment to get a headstone. Still dont have the vases I ordered,and fully paid for on the headstone. Do not use this company horrible service and liar.

I Was very disappointed to see that the back of my sons monument was gray and the front was the India Red I ordered. Also instead of the rose colored vase I bought that I was hoping would be as close to the color of the monuments as was possible, a black one was put on the base instead.I called the company and talked with Joyce. I am waiting to hear what is being done to correct this problem. At the moment I am very disappointed with their service. I paid in full the day I made out my order. It appeared they fully understood what I ordered and I believed it would be done as I ordered. IWill give an update when they fix it. Hoping it will be soon. I purchased a stone through funeral home with Eagle being the supplier of the stone. Great stone. No complaints about quality. Looks great and we are happy with it. Problem came when mower at cemetery hit and damaged my stone. I have talked to Terry about fixing it for 3 years now and he keeps telling me that he or his crew will be out to fix it for me and then never shows up nor calls me back. Very frustrating since he has what I need to fix it and I will pay him for it when done.Stone is now fixed and looks great again. It turned out to be a minor thing that only took minutes to repair and he could have told me how to do it 3 years ago while on the phone and sent me the part needed to fix.So, I have now ordered a rock to have my alma mater engraved into it for my yard. Order went in a year ago and no phone call to pick it up yet.
Since Terry bought the business a couple of years ago, the customer service has been great. Not only does Eagle Memorials create high-quality memorials for your loved ones, he also has a great selection of collegiate rocks and garden rocks for the whole family. This one for KU basketball looks great!
These people are awesome to deal with. I would definately recommend them.
