Awful customer service, impossible to reach anyone without multiple call attempts. Avoid this place, difficult to do so with the lack of similar businesses in the area, but if you can find someone else definitely do so.

Do not patronize this business! I purchased a handle for my screen door and it wasnt the right one. Went to return it and I was told, "no returns". Not even store credit! Ive never heard of an RV store that didnt, at least, issue a store credit. I am sooo glad that I didnt buy the TT from them that I was interested in!!!! Told the lady behind the counter that I wouldnt be back.

Great people to deal with just amazing experience. Had to edit this only because I dont know what happened but apparently rudeness is the new policy of this company. I called and was put on. With the I am just guessing manager and I have never been talked to so rude and was actually looking to buy a trailer to pull my golf cart behind my RV but will deal with someone else.

We were staying at Fort Whaley/ Sun Outdoors and I was looking to add a 4 port propane tee for our new Blackstone. East Coast Campers had the kit in stock, and I was really impressed with their selection of everything RV related. Friendly and helpful staff, easy in and out access. If you are staying in the area and need anything for your RV, I highly recommend their establishment.

We didnt shop there but broke down in there lot and they were very accommodating....they let us stand in the store out of the heat and try to help as much as they could ...I dont remember the guys name but thank you for the bottles of water you gave us...very nice people.

East Coast Campers saved our vacation! Arrived at a local campground on Sunday for our vacation without our power cord. It wasn’t the standard 30 amp style and it was on one of the hottest days of the year( when you really need AC!)Set off to find a replacement cord and I found most places closed or they didn’t have what we needed. I called East coast and spoke to someone who provided fantastic customer service! They offered to order me unique cord I needed and have it in 2 days…. But since I really needed the cord ASAP, I explained the situation and they took the time to listen to my story. Then they put me on hold and found me a different brand cord in stock that would be compatible and put it aside for me until I arrived. The cord worked perfectly and we were able to comfortably enjoy our camping tripFor the rest of the week! Thank you East Coast Campers!!

I used them to install an air conditioner on my camper at a local campground. They were quick and had it installed within a week. Their service department is top notch

My wife and I recently purchased a new Canterbury Park Model from East Coast Campers and are extremely happy with our new unit. Michael Moutzalias and his company completed all of our setups to include getting all needed approvals from Treasure Beach RV Park, moving the unit to the park, installing a silvertop awning, removal of the tow-tongue, installation of skirting and new steps. We highly recommend this company for all of your RV/Camping needs.

Great service. They provide mobile repair services.. I think they provide service 7 days a week. Wish they had more variety of RVs.

I bought a fifth wheel camper from this business. Michael, the business owner told me that the camper is in good condition. I let the camper sit in storage for a year and brought it to Florida for this winter. I secured a contractor, RV Armor, and they found rotted/ soft wood. The valves to discharge Black water, grey water and galley water need to be replaced. The replacement requires the entire underside be removed so that new cables and valves can be replaced. Additionally, the entire coach needs to be caulked because of voids.

They are the best i did my trade in and i got this 2022 zinger and i had little problem with the light plug and everythin was good they fix it they are the best any problem i got il be goin back with them

We were calling various places trying to find a part for our RV while camping in Frontier Town .We left a message asking for a return phone call. East Coast called us within 3 hours! Very courteous and professional!!

They saved my Labor Day! Wife, 3 kids and I were camping in Ocean City when we had power issues with the RV. I was able to determine that one of the lugs on the power inlet on the side of the camper was loose and stripped, so it couldn’t be tightened. A quick drive to East Coast revealed that they had exactly the part I needed - and a ton of other parts as well. The staff was beyond helpful and super nice! Ten minutes of work installing the new part and the weekend was saved. Don’t overlook them because they may be small compared to others. I’ll definitely be shopping there again!

Michael was so accommodating in setting us up with a way to tow our "pirate ship" Tyler had not only the latest up-to-date equipment, but he was so talented and knowledgeable. We never would of been able to do it without East Coast Campers!

Outstanding service! Allison and the parts team worked really hard to get me the part I needed to get my rv back on the road...on a Sunday!!!While on the road, my rv burned an automatic transfer switch leaving my wife and me without power on a Sunday morning. East Coast RV was the only team in the Dover, DE area open, able, and willing to help me get the part. They understood my urgency, got to work, and had my part delivered to the store in about 12 hours. Allison even called us back a few times to verify the part before ordering it. That was very reassuring. Within 24 hours of the mishap, the RV was back on the road! Thanks! Life savers.Try them first!

Absolutely untrustworthy! Liars!I searched long and hard and found the right RV to be my first, made an offer which they accepted and got financing through their people. Was super excited and was going to pick it up in 2 days. It was a good deal...too good. They sold it to someone else. Guess their pockets were deeper. Sorry, bye! Im heartbroken!Update: The owner now says I should have put down a deposit, but that was never suggested or I would have. Snake!

Parts department is awesome! Sales department could use some work. We stopped in to look at a camper. Thought the door was locked, asked the lady in sales about the door. She came out opened the door, scoffed at us and went back inside. Didnt ask if we needed any questions answered or help. Guess we were wasting her time. Left and went to Delmarva RV, bought a camper that day.

Great campers. They had exactly what we were looking for. They are open 7 days per week ! The owner is very nice , the service tech was very knowledgeable and kind. They really took the time to answer all of our questions. The store has so many options for extras. Highly recommend.

This RV dealership is simply the best !. I contacted them randomly and they willingly agreed to help me, traveling to another state and taking care of an otherwise impossible situation. From the 1st phone call through completion they were very courteous and professional. I felt complete confidence in them.Customer forever !!

After dealing with East coast campers I won’t go anywhere else , I have two camper stores near me but I will drive the hour and half to just go here , I bought a used camper from them and after having it delivered and level the fridge stopped working , called the owner , who told me to buy a new fridge and he would reimburse me for it , excellent customer service and ever patient with you will looking over your options, the delivery was perfect , they even hooked up my electric and septic which they didn’t have too but they did. All I’m saying is if your looking for a camper or have any issues with your currently one this is the place to go.

Amazing!!!Fast friendly and reliable service. We felt welcomed as soon as we step through the door. Not only did they hook us up with a new tire for our RV ( had a blow outthey noticed something was off with our towing hitch, they saved us from a possible disaster as it was in pretty bad shape and I cannot thank you all enough.. 5 stars ( Id give them more if I couldand I will definitely recommend to anyone. My RV hot water heater stopped working unexpectedly. The store was open on Sunday and the staff was able to help troubleshoot and suggest the right parts to fix it. All parts worked great and I was able to DIY fix it. Hot water never felt so good! Thank you!

I arrived at my trailer at the beach on July 2nd and shortly after realized the A/C unit wasn’t working. I called and spoke to a friendly, helpful receptionist. I explained that was pregnant with two young children with me and if it wasn’t able to be fixed soon we would have to cut our vacation short, as it was going to be 95 degrees the next day. The technician arrived the next day, early morning and was nothing but courteous and helpful. I cant say how grateful we are for the help and the seamless transaction we had. Thank you all so very much for the help, especially on a holiday weekend! We will always come to you for any future assistance needed! Thanks again! 😊

We had an unfortunate demise of front wheel bearings on our RV while on the road. Steve was great about checking it out and confirming the problem. The folks here were very pleasant. If we lived in the area we would have left the camper for repair too.

We have been absolutely delighted with East Coast Campers!! We bought our first camper from them in Dec. The sales staff made sure we had everything ready for us. NO SURPRISE EXTRA CHARGES and even our tie-downs were included in the price. They even gave us a credit to buy from the supply shop. The service techs explained all the features and operation of the camper accessories. You will not find a better group of people to deal with!

Staying at Massey’s Landing for our second trip with our new rig and needed some adjustments to our Fastway Hitch. They were able to get us in next day. Truck and trailer ride like a dream! Thanks for the great work, highly recommended!

recently we had issues with our ac,slides and refrigerator. We called our other company, but 9 calls later no return calls, so I called east coast camper. Within a hour or so, the ac slides and refrigerator were fixed. Steve went to lowes and got us a new one. They installed it made modifications to make things right. Thank you 😊 Lori, Steve and Brian. We had hitch issues on the way to our campsite, we decided we would just upgrade to an equalizer e4 hitch but no one seemed to have one in stock. They are very friendly and helpful, offered to order it for us. It came in super fast, they also have the best hours of operation to fit your needs!

Wife and kids wanted a camper, i wasnt much for camping. i told my wife the stipulations in order for me to be ok going camping. needless to say she found our camper at east coast campers. all of the employees were very helpful from jeff to helping answer all the first round questions to allison to helping with all of the paperwork, steve with helping with the demo, EXTREMELY knowledgable individual, and lastly michael for facilitating all of our wants and desires and achieving them in a timely manner. my family and i appreciate all the East Coast employees and owner did we will most certainly recommend this business to anyone interested. if your looking for honest people that are knowledgable and actually care about you, look no farther.

Getting our camper ready to head out for our first camping trip of the year and realized one of our slides was not working. Called East Coast Campers and they got us right in and fixed the slide the next day.....super fast and great service!!! Not the first time we have used them....each time we have reached out for a camper issue they have helped us from a small fridge issue to stabilizer jacks. Great place with great service!

Bought a new 12x24 shed at East Coast Campers and More. From meeting Dennis the salesman to Mike the owner everyone was knowledgeable and great to work with. Mike delivered the shed exactly when he said and made sure it was right where I wanted it. I highly recommend this company for any of your shed or camper needs.

Mike and his great crew really took care of me. Incredible service. I was having a truck issue, Mike and Steve came to my house after hours , diagnosed the issue, and explained what needed to be done. The next day they were there with a flatbed trailer and hauled it back to their shop. Within 24 hours, i had my truck back. I know this company is known for their campers but they also do a great job with vehicles especially rims and tires. I now have 2 trucks with rims and tires from East Coast Campers. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Our fridge died on the way to a camping trip, so we called and they said they could have someone look at it. We headed directly there. The technician did a great job diagnosing the problem and also identified a gas leak. They didn’t have the part, so ordered it to arrive the next day. The technician explained how to install the new board in the fridge so I could just pick up the part and install it myself, saving me from having to break camp to haul the trailer back or paying the (reasonablefee to have him come to the camp site. Great service and helpful staff!

My husband & I took our 5th wheel here to replace a leaking regulator. Laura was very nice & said that, if we were willing to wait, the service department would work on it today. Not only did they explain what they were doing, they got us back on the road promptly. We’d recommend this company to any RV’er in need of repairs.

My sister had a problem with her RV slide, on a Sunday, while camping on Assateague Island. We were attempting to leave the location. East Coast Campers and More, came immediately to help! Can’t thank Lisa, Steve & Brian enough for assisting us with replacing our spare tire today!!! Oh, one spare and three others that were all in pretty bad shape!!!! We managed to pull over to change one tire before it blew, then when we stopped in to get a new spare they checked the rest only to find another was about to blow (the rest in bad shape too). Fast, friendly and affordable prices too!! I highly recommend them!!

I cant say enough about this company. If I could give 10 stars I would. During the extreme heat last week, our air condition in our 2016 camper decided to fail. My parents were there with our children and the heat inside the camper was 86 degrees and rising and they decided they would have to leave and cancel vacation. I called East Coast and within 20 mins of my call Darin was there to access the problem. My unit had to be completely replaced and he had everything on his truck to do so. Within 2 hours he had everything installed and the he totally saved my parents vacation!!! Thank you so much for the excellent service!!

We are super impressed with Michael and his crew at East Coast Campers! We saw a preloved camper on his website and he held it for us for a week with a very small deposit. When we went to pick it up he and his workers made sure that everything worked perfectly. We took it straight to the beach campground and enjoyed it for a week! A great buying experience and we truly appreciate the super friendly staff at East Coast Campers!

Extremely knowledgeable. Came right out to Indian river inlet to fix my AC unit. Steve the tech fixed the problem just as quick as he found it. Budget friendly, Amazing service, and terrific know how. What more could you ask for?

I was on my way home about 30 minutes into the drive and had a tire blow out on my fifth wheel. Luckily it was about 1/4 miler from East Coast. One of the workers noticed us pulled over to the side of the road and told the owner, Michael. Michael jumped into his converted ambulance now RV emergency response truck and drove right over. I was still picking up some debris, my side wall tore off and the remainder of the tire when he drove up. Wow! We accessed the damage and luckily it was more cosmetic the mechanical. I drove to his RV center and they replaced the tire and made sure all was good to go. All this for less than $200. I was impressed, and being from NY, this takes a lot. We go to the same resort 3 times a year and I’ll always make it a point to use East Coast for all my RV needs when in the area. It’s the kinda place you can just stop by and say hello, very friendly. Thanks again to the great staff and to Michael.

We used East Coast Campers and More mobile repair service for a broken slide out. It was the best repair service we have ever used...and weve used a few! Fast, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They know what they are doing, and they do a great job of it!

Such a wonderful company! These guys have helped us countless ways over the years, even before they had their new beautiful dealership. Diagnosing problems with our trailers large or small was always done fairly, quickly, and thoroughly. It is easy to feel skeptical about where you can trust to get work done and these guys shoot it straight and fair! They take the awkwardness out of everything and just get the job done. Winterizing, towing, tire replacement, heating units, sheds, moving help, all maintenance needs, available off hours, anything they can do to help they do. Thank you!

My first experience here was excellent very friendly . I brought my wife with me today and everything was again excellent. Then the owner came to assist us that is were it went down hill. Every one is allowed a bad day, however I will be purchasing a travel trailer in the next week . Unfortunately i will be going to my previous dealer . I truly wanted buy locally and support a local business. Maybe on my next purchase I will stop back . I sincerely hope the company good luck

Such a great company to work with. We special-ordered a shed from East Coast Campers and More, just a few weeks ago. It was a great experience all around!
