Horrible monsters working there. If you are anything but a docile elderly person go someplace else because they do not want you there.

I have a wonderful Internist, Dr. Holub, at East Mountain Medical. He is focused entirely on the patient and does not let anything lay dormant. As a Senior, I much appreciate Dr. Holub and feel safe with him.

This is a great medical facility. Dr. Bush top notch.

They make up false visits to scam your insurance company and in turn scaming you, when i called to confront them they were very rude and hung up on me.... beware of false charges through this institution

I had some decent service, though there were a few issues. First, I was only seeing a physicians assistant for a few years, rather than the doctor directly. The PA didnt see the need to increase my medication to daily doses, as I kept asking, rather than an as needed basis. Which led to an unusual and irreversible progression of my illness, one that likely could have been avoided with better control through daily doses of medication. As I had already asked.After getting that debacle sorted out, over the space of many months, things went fairly smoothly for a few years, though Dr. Bushs nursing assistant, Sherry, is the one who decided it for me to find a new practice. Several years ago, I received what was supposed to be my annual prescription, but it was set for 7 months instead of 12. When I realized it had run out, I called in, and the Rx was refilled for the remaining 5 months. No problem.The next year, the same thing happened - my annual Rx for my twice daily medication was only set up for 7 months. They send it electronically to the pharmacy, so I never received a slip, and didnt notice until the remaining total was 0 refills, with 5 months to go before my annual physical. Since this happened the prior year and was easily remedied with a single phone call, I tried again, and thats when Sherry got fully on board the crazy train and made this a nightmare that led to me finding a new physician so I could get my meds.I called and explained my annual prescription was only for 7 months of pills rather than 12 months. Sherrys first response was "Well, I dont know what to tell you, but thats all you get until your next physical." Thats super not helpful for 2x/day medication.I pointed out what happened the prior year and Sherry didnt "care what happened last year, that doesnt matter, this is now." Then it turned into "Dr. Bush is on vacation for 2 weeks and Im not comfortable prescribing this for 5 months without his okay." Alright, fair reason, but why not offer that up first it was really the case?. I tried to ask for a 2 week refill to get through his vacation, but Sherry cut me off to say Im not arguing this with you and slammed the phone down. Sherry then, as I later found out, called the pharmacy to report me for drug seeking behavior.Let me note, right now, my medication is non-opoid, non-addictive, and prescribed for daily use to millions of people each year. Its not a drug which is abused in any way for recreational purposes. Period. It has no street resale value. So, her response re: addiction/drug seeking behavior was completely insane, except in so much as Yes, I want my meds to manage my symptoms is drug seeking.I called to complain, but the nursing supervisor Anne, insisted she saw no problem with Sherrys actions and then refused to return future calls. So, I took my business elsewhere. My new physician is someone who had worked with Sherry previously and confirmed that Sherry is a real mess to work with. Dr. Bush was decent, but the nursing staff at East Mountain are a mess. The good staff have slowly been bleeding away to other local facilities while the bad ones stay put.

I like the Dr , but the wait is ridiculous . Two separate times I waited over 2 hours to get out of the waiting room .

The receptionist, "Ros," is an absolute nightmare. So unbelievably rude and unhelpful, please address this since she is the gatekeeper and seems to actively be driving new patients away.

Though most of the staff is friendly and helpful we were told in a rude way that the bathroom right outside the exam rooms is now "staff only" even though we were directed to this bathroom in the past. This person works there, in the office I believe (she has long gray hair). My mom needed to give a urine sample. When I explained this to the person exiting the bathroom she still insisted we use another bathroom, walked ahead of us and was vague as to where this other bathroom was located.My mom is 86 and has trouble walking even with assistance, she had waited a long time in the exam room and needed to get to a bathroom quickly. Needless to say she went in her pants because she had to walk another 100 feet to the next bathroom! This new policy is neither convenient nor respectful to elderly patients.

Outstanding service, care is excellent!

The office has an unwelcoming tone. Its starts with the gate keeper. If you want to have a miserable experience go visit this receptionist.

East Mountain medical is a great organization. Due to a vastly imbalanced patient to doctor ratio, it can be tough to get an appointment scheduled. However, once you have an appointment, the faculty and staff are very helpful. As a young woman constantly in need of birth control, I appreciate how non-judgmental the doctors and nurse practitioners are, a problem I had at my previous doctors office.Lots of stars for wonderful service!
