Eat'n Park in Allegheny County

Wow! My star went from 3 to 1.Really??I ordered Chicken soup for my sick son and I told them about it too, and they gave me water.. and most of them act like u working for them instead of treating u like a guest...

This was the worse experience ever! Half of my order was missing, the fries were ice cold. There was only half of a turkey club sandwich with no bacon. You would think as much money you spend you would get better quality. Never again!

I go there very often now. Good people and food. Will not disappoint.

The food was great... The waitress was not. She was nice but just took our order, gave us our food and then our check. She did not even come back to see if we needed anything. We had to ask another waitress for refills and napkins. Yet she was extremely attentive to her other tables.

Food was burnt and the service felt like we was pushed out the door couldn’t even get a drink Refill but was so fast to bring the check:(

I love ENP. Grew up on it!!! Since I was a kid. I love the chicken parm, but getting once piece of garlic bread seems a little cheap. I do love the chicken Bruschetta (its sooooo goooddddand the salad bar. Broccoli salad and coleslaw is heavenly!!! Please bring back more bread pleaaeeeee. Lolol

Anytime my fiancé and I come through the takeout window there is always an item missing. I’ve had a hair in my food twice now.

As always very nice, very friendly clean and organized. This was the first time my friend and I ordered to take out. I wasnt up to eating out. Wanted to eat home.

Had a Super Burger combo with onion rings and coleslaw. It was the best combo I have had in years. Everything was great especially the coleslaw which was very creamy. The young man at the takeout window was very personable.

Awful...turkey club looked like the threw it on the floor...the bread that came with the other meal had mold on it...I will never go there again

Excellent waitresses. Very good food. Sad that these workers dont get paid very much. Cant always depend on the tips. Perhaps you would get more workers, if the Eatnpark Corp. would increase the wages like many other restaurants are doing 🤔

I have been going to this restaurant my whole entire life. Despite the recent menu changes, I still will frequent this place. (I love breakfast food options all dayThe best employees, food, coffee and great atmosphere!

I am always happy with my dining With my dining experience at Eaton Park. The food was good the waitress was spot on she was a nice young girl and the prices were fair we all had a good time thank you!

If youre looking for a decent meal at a reasonable price, Eatn Park is a great option. The food is nothing to write home about, but its solid and satisfying. The service is always friendly and efficient. And the best part is that they have a bakery with some delicious desserts!

The food was good. The children liked it. It was a little more expensive than I remember but everything seems to be like that now. We got here kind of late on a Sunday evening. The food was good but not great.

I was disappointed that they no longer have the breakfast buffet, although the Google search I did said differently. So, I went somewhere else.

The service is very good and friendly Atmosphere is always easy going, bright and family friendly. As for the food this location is very consistent and at times surprisingly good.

We enjoy Eatn Park just for the fact they have a menu to select from, if a person doesnt want the morning buffet.

I eat a plant based diet and Eatn Park has a great salad bar. Its nice to be able to enjoy a great meal with good friends.

nothing but outstanding service,went in about 830pm on 5-5-2022,i have a comment about the manager...very professional..there was a couple that had not got there hot food in a proper time.manager agree per the customerrequest just to pay for the salad bar..when the bill came customers flipped out.manager came back to the scene..to handle concern,in my opinion..the customers were way out of line...in the times we are in being short staffed.eat and park employees did a outstanding job,i think the customers who had the attitude needs to find another place to dine..

Waitress was quite friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Establishment was not very busy, but the wait for our food seemed a bit longer than usual, but it was tasty and satisfying.

I ordered online to Clairton Blvd. for a drive-thru pickup. Ordered a Whale of a Cod Sandwich with 1 side. Its described on the menu that it comes with "American cheese and shredded lettuce. Served with Tartar Sauce on the side." I checked the box for additional Seafood Sauce. My side was Cole Slaw. I also ordered a cup of Chili. After I got home there was no Tartar Sauce, I had to look hard to find some lettuce and no Cole Slaw. Luckily, I have Tartar at home. The fish was good but I sure missed not having the Cole Slaw.

I don’t usually write reviews, however, this meal was awful. I understand we are all recovering from the pandemic shutdowns (loss of employees, distribution issuesand somethings may not be as good as before but my take out order was ice cold (I live 5-6 minutes from the restaurant); burgers were burnt (like a piece of charcoal and fries had to have been sitting for a long time. I’m not sure if it’s lack of employee training or pride in the work. I won’t be going back prices have increased and too much to justify paying for below mediocre food. Management please talk with your employees check to see where they are lacking in training try to make the process better.

Meals were good, but we thought home fries were going to be shredded potatoes. Our waitress Beth was very friendly.

Quick service, good food, at a very convenient location. I order curbside pick up regularly. Out of maybe 50 orders I have only experienced 1 or 2 issues. Keep the the good work.

People are nice. Drive through needs a lot of work! Very dissatisfied. A while ago I tried ordering oatmeal through drive through but was turned away because I didnt call ahead, so I get that I wasnt even upset. Now the last 3 times Ive called ahead and at no time was it ready because "its quick" they wont start it until I get there and I have to wait. Neither time have they been busy Im the only one in drive through.

My partner and I had Nabia as our waitress. She was hands-down the nicest person I have ever met at a restaurant while also providing us with exceptional service. She even treated us to two cookies on the house. I should probably also mention that the food was delicious as always! Our time at Eatn Park definitely brightened our otherwise gloomy day.

I never had a bad meal at eat n park until yesterday. I ordered the bacon grilled cheese with tomato. It does not say it comes with american cheese, nor was I asked what cheese I wanted. The cheese must have been a chemical experiment. It looked like plastic and tasted horrible. I would never order it again nor would I recommend it. Some people may like it, I did not. At the least, other cheese options should be offered.

Great experience! Salad is back!!! I traveled from Churchill was out this way. So glad I stopped. From the hostess to our waitress, Chastity. Even the young salad bar girl was so meticulous. We will be back more often.

Great service and attentive and accommodating staff as we added people to our table halfway through. Good is always great. Overall temperature was chilly in the restaurant, however.

Quick easy meals with the classic diner feel. Chicken noodle soup is made with freshly made noodles and their pumpkin pie milkshake tastes like a fresh slice. Inexpensive eats and fast service. You might run into a little bit of a wait around dinnertime. Dont forget to pick up a smiley cookie or a pie on the way out.

Love the food here. Servers are friendly. Love that their chicken parmigiana is baked rather than fried. Pies are always great. Variety is good and reasonably priced.

I got a bowl of their stuffed pepper soup ( requested extra crackers and hot sauce was fulfilled prolifically 🙂 ; my wife got a fried chicken dinner ; my mother-in-law got the Mile-high meat loaf meal. All was excellent, and the whole experience was enhanced by having a friendly, helpful and very attentive waitress ( Joyce ). Thank you Joyce and other staff! We definitely will be back😊

Super griddle was good. Thanks to friendly staff. I realized I forgot my wallet when the bill came. Embarrassed, lol. I came back to pay bill and have another breakfast this morning.

I have came here at least twice now for dinner. Recently we came here during the pandemic. The place seemed croweded even though they were supposed to be at 50-75% capacity, but it is a huge restaurant so I guess 50-75% is still a lot of people. They have hard screen dividers between tables and waiters do their best to seat people away from each other. The burgers and hoagies here arent bad. I would say their breakfast food and drinks (smoothies, milkshakeare geat at this restaurant.

Dont order the Nantucket Cod. This is the second time we ordered it at this Eat n Park and both times it was swimming in a sea of oily butter. My wife even told the waitress for them to cook it in very little butter. She couldnt eat here for some of it wasnt done.We asked for the manager an politely told him the problem. He said he would tell the cook but did nothing e let see. If you want the Nantucket Cod go to the South Park one. They at least listen...

We came from New Jersey for a bodybuilding show & on our way back we stopped by here for quick bite to for the road. We got the Buffalo Chicken Wrap & the Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken & it was delicious! I was was extremely impressed with how quick the food was made & the portions were generous! They were so friendly & give us free goodies at well, a cinnamon bun & a smiley cookie! Would definitely recommend coming here!

Great service! Got our food very quickly.The waiter was very nice and very prompt and our food was very hot. The waiter Mike is great waiter he’s very knowledgeable and very helpful, we will definitely come back.

My first visit. Breakfast sounded good. The food was tasty, but a little too packaged for my taste. For example, the hashbrowns turned out to be similar to what one gets at McDonalds. The staff are very friendly, which sort of made up for the meal.
