Emanuel and his team are top notch professionals. They got here a week early and did a fantastic job! They installed a premium roof, and it looks great. The little touches they did mean a lot. Cleaned the gutters, painted my vent pipes, all new drip edge. I couldnt ask for anything more. They left without a trace. All at a very competitive price. I cant recommend them enough!

The entire process with Emanuel & his team, from estimate to final payment, was an outstanding experience. I contacted Emmanuel for a quote and he was able to come out that day! His quote was detailed and professional. Once we scheduled the roof project, Emmanuel reached out the week of to make sure we were good to go and let us know his crew would be there. I was amazed how punctual the crew was, both days they were there 7 am ready to go and worked really hard all day. Our roof is complete and looks great, you cant even tell they were here, they cleaned up all the old shingles and left the place looking great. I would highly recommend Emmanuel and his guys, they do great work and are very pleasant/professional to deal with.

I just moved into this home knowing it needed it a new roof soon, but of course it sprang a leak and needed to be replaced faster. Emanuel was able to check it out the same day I called and the quote was lower than expected. When they came out to work on it, they were here at 730am and done by about 3pm. They worked fast and were very professional, even down to a very thorough cleanup. The new roof looks amazing, I highly recommend these guys!

Emanuel was a pleasure to work with on our roof and gutter project. His quote was prompt and he followed up. I got 3 quotes, his was in the middle of the 3. However his reviews from neighbors, my sister and mother were overwhelmingly positive. He is a communicator and I love that in this day and age of being ignored quite often when looking for help. When he was delayed a bit b/c of rain, he called us to let us know which days he would be here. His team of roofers were courteous, and cleaned up every bit of roof trash, nails, etc. Great experience.

I called Echo valley for an estimate, it was raining the day of the estimate and Emanuel still showed up on time unlike other contractors who were a no show. Emanuel was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Emanuel’s price was very competitive and was around 300% below the highest bid I received out of 10 bids. Emanuel’s team worked hard 2.5 days straight in the heat to get everything replaced, including both roof and gutters. Pricing was very competitive and beat out a lot of other estimated I received. Emanuel was able to get the American Harvest Cedar Falls color we really wanted even with the shortage of shingles right now. He addressed all of the concerns that we had and offered good resolutions for them. The new roof and gutters look amazing. The crew was very polite and cleaned up well once done. I have owned two homes, both of which were new builds. Unfortunately, both homes had roofing issues, which caused leaks. We have wanted our ceilings re-painted for a while but chose not to for fear of new leaks. In two days Echo Valley Roofing was able to tear off our old roof, down to the sheathing, and replaced it with all new synthetic paper, drip edge, architectural shingles, ridge vent, gutters with gutter guards, and new downspouts.Emmanuel, Amos, and the other guys were very professional, honest, caring, respectful, and talented. Echo Valley Roofing Installed a new hail damaged roof on my daughter’s home. She is a savvy shopper and interviewed a number of reputable roofing contractors. Echo was the least expensive, but not by a significant amount. After viewing an Echo re-roofed home and being very familiar with Amish tradecraft, she chose Echo. Emmanuel (the principlehelped with choosing the correct materials and subtle suggestions as to color choice and importantly, with communications to the insurance company. In addition to the roof, Emmanuel arranged to have, gutters, gutter guards, and new under eve soffit vents installed. Wasn’t really his responsibility, that’s how helpful he was.In a small community of hail damaged roofs, her home stood out. A stunningly (positivedifference from the others. Work was started on schedule. Cleanup was continuous, during work, and repeated twice at completion, so the dogs and kiddies wouldn’t mistakenly step on a nail, etc. The crew was quiet and courteous leaving her with fantastic craftsmanship and a stunningly beautiful home.5 stars in anyone’s mind. Part two, Our home was damaged by the same storm as my daughter’s and after seeing the work Echo Valley had performed, they were our choice, first and only choice. In a gated community, we watched "storm chaser" contractors slap new roofs on many of our neighbors homes. From the street you could notice the lack of ownership in the installations.Echo Valley was helpful in choosing our shingles and also negotiating with the insurance company. Had a great experience with Emanuel and his company. When it came to scheduling an appointment for a quote, he was quick to accommodate to my schedule and showed up within the hour. His professionalism and his honesty are what stood out the most to me. I could tell after meeting him that this man values his business and the relationships he builds with his customers. Those are 2 very important qualities that I look for in any contractor to possess before I make any contractual commitment with them. I also liked that it wasnt like a big presentation like dealing with companies such as Horizon where they sit you down and try to sell you the "Mercedes" when all you need is the "Honda" and then try to be your best fake friend ever and then hand you a quote double of what other reputable companies would quote you. Our job was scheduled within days and completed to our satisfaction. Our property was cleaned up and our new roof looks great. Would give 10 stars.

Our neighborhood recently had hail damage and quite a few neighbors were getting new roofs put on. My wife and I canvased our area to check out roofers. Echo Valley stood out in that they were neat, clean, professional and worked well together. My wife and I have high standards and notice details. We do all necessary research before we spend our money. The day that our roof was installed we were out of town on a business trip for the day. When we returned we had a beautiful new roof with no hint that anyone had been there. We cant say enough about Emanuel and his team. When we contact Emanuel he gets back to us immediately. Just had a roof installed by Echo Valley. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the owner of the company and the work ethic of the crew and quality of the workmanship. The owner of the company not only stayed in contact with me via text as the job progressed, but also stopped back after job completion to inspect the work done by his crew to make sure we were happy/satisfied with the job. The price was competitive as I got 4 prices before making my decision. This is the second roof we had replaced over the years and Echo Valley Roofing far surpassed the workmanship quality and cleanup of the previous contractor. Prior to contracting with Emanuel and Echo Valley I had SEVEN other roofing companies (big, medium, smallcome out and give their estimate. It’s shocking how the range in pricing was so different...$7,200 to over $16,000. I actually tried going with the lowest priced company however due to seven straight weeks of rain caused a hardship on them and they had to refund my deposit. Luckily, that lead me to Echo Valley and Emanuel was very fair and trustworthy from the start. For me, what makes a contractor great is pretty simple...Show-up when you say you will, do what you say you will, and be fair with your pricing. These guys nailed-it! In fact, exceeded these expectations. I think it’s worth mentioning that Emanuel didn’t apply any of those typical preasure sales tactics that a few of the other companies did. And he was easy to communicate with. For me and my experience with him and his company was that it all just clicked. In the end, great guys, great work, great experience. Thank you.
