Service was quick and great….The situation I was not happy was the tires were not rotated at this time….with my previous Jeep the tires were rotated at every oil change….this is not good….otherwise I really appreciate the courtesy from Betty

Worst services practices, I will never give them any kind of business, thy took my Pacifica for a normal oil change, tire rotation and a TSB, they kept my Pacifica for a week, because they were waiting for a battery, I was told the Pacifica will have to stay for two days and not a week, I had to rent another one, after the week they told me, no batteries arrives, but they charged me for an oil change and tire rotation that they never performed, they just said they were sorry.Believe me, the worst experience, I spoke to the managers, they just said they were sorry, they are terrible, they are evil. Dont take to them your vehicles, no business with them

Horrible experience communicating through the Payne website chat. No communication or follow up regarding my request for a service appointment confirmation.. Numerous chats over the course of a week and a half with different people with the same answer over and over. "Im sending your request to the service department and they will contact you" . Of course that never happened. Why? Because service never got the chat correspondence and no one answering ever followed up although i chatted with 5 messages and several different people with the same question and got the same answer. I provided all the documentation to Roland in person and he and Lydia made every effort to make it right and they did. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT was excellent both in commination and actions. I give them 5 stars. Too bad the ones chatting couldnt have been as professional and customer orientated as they were.

The Service was exceptionally awesome at Ed Payne Service center. This was a big relief after we received very poor service at another local Dealership dealership. Service advisor Lidia & Betty were awesome, attentive, and very professional. They constantly keep us informed. The staff as a whole were very welcoming and the place was clean.

Jerry Perez was my salesman and is not the person to go to. Two weeks after purchase I received my statement in the mail and noticed a very big difference in the financed amount. Come to find out that Jerry lied to me about not having a rollover amount from my trade in after I specifically stated that if there was a rollover I did not want the vehicle. Jerry reassured me multiple times that my trade in was being paid off in full and there was nothing to worry about. It’s sad to see that at the end of the day the commission was more important to this man than actually helping me out like he claimed he was doing knowing I was a first time buyer on my own and was not familiar with the paperwork process at all. Highly DO NOT recommend and if you buy a vehicle please go over everything with a professional before signing because I would hate for this to happen to anyone else.

I would give the service department a 0 if I could. Took my Ram Truck in for service on DEF system andservice department did $5000 worth of work. They didn’t mention my truck had a recall on the converterand repair failed. When the catalytic converter arrivedthey called me and told me to come in. By then check engine light came on and I couldn’t drive the truck anyway. Top it off I had to pay them a diagnostic fee.What a rip off. Watch this group,regardless!

Worst service department, customer service, auto shop my husband and I have ever dealt with. Have had nothing but issue after issue. 1 week turned into 5 weeks. Brought it in again for same issue to be told 1 week but surprise turned into 3 weeks. Horrible communication with Roland. Takes a call from Chrysler corporate to get anything done. If I could give negative stars I would.
Purchased a Jeep Wrangler at Bert Ogden and had to use Pay e Weslaco for paint corrosion warranty repairs. In dealing with the service department and body shop, the entire experience was a nightmare. Poor communication, no quality control, and repeated delays in returning the vehicle. Second warranty claim for the same issue is turning out the same way.
We experienced very professional, courteous service at Paynes. Kelly did a great job, even though our issues cant seem to be resolved with our 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Our courtesy driver, Betty, was outstanding. I would give her a raise. She was very friendly and professional.

I cant believe getting fix the speakers and burned radio supposedly (I dont know why they come up with thiswould take longer then a month and still counting, like if the bank not gonna charge me for not using it this whole time, I bet this Damm jeep has spent more time back at the dealership than in my own garage

Took my Jeep to get a recall fixed. Kelley Moore was my service advisor and he took care of me. Very professional and knowledgeable and even advised me on how to save money on a minor issue the Jeep had.The recall repair took about 2hrs and Kelley even offered me a ride to and from home in case I didnt want to wait in the customer lounge. Id definitely bring my Jeep back if any other maintenance was needed. I would suggest to call the service department first and set up an appointment, since Im not sure how they deal with walk ins.

Vehicle has been in an out of dealer for the same issue they “fixed” and I paid for. Since im from out of state i can physically check in to check the progress. Never got updates on the progress like they said always had to call them. I dont know the point of scheduling an appt if they takes days until they actually diagnose or even check your vehicle.
UPDATE: I have received a response from the service manager with an explanation and apology. The issues from the service provided have been resolved. The service manager has offered me a complete evaluation and check of the engine compartment before I begin my long summer trip.My experience with Payne Dodge service has always been superior until now. Was informed at an oil change I had an oil leak. Problem diagnosed and service appt scheduled. In addition to the repairs for the oil leak I scheduled flush of brakes and coolant. Picked up my truck and 2 days later I was stranded. The air hose was never connected to the engine and the fan was not installed. Called to complain and ask for rental and informed them I was told do not drive by their person who looked at what was causing my noise issue. No rental available stranding me without a vehicle until they can have towed in and looked at. I just hope the incomplete service did not cause other damage to my vehicle. Will update this review once they complete service.
One of the best car experiences Ive ever had. I knew which vehicle I wanted(even though it was in Brownsville), they drove it to the lot in Weslaco, talked, paperwork then home all in about 1.5 hours. The salesman was truly amazing, finance was right on target & now my family has a great new vehicle. I couldnt be more happier. Thank you to the entire team for making it possible.
My vehicle needed a safety inspection and my Husband’s truck a full oil change and inspection.They were able to schedule both our vehicles at the same time for our convenience, and provided shuttle service while we waited.The team sent Pictures and updates of our vehicles as they ran through the inspections. The customer service was very good.⚠️We did experience some misinformation over the phone about prices. We found ourselves paying double the amount we were told on the phone however we agreed to the new price ✅they did work with us as much as possible to ease the discomfort.⚠️There was a second price problem due to a computer system and the end payment after service was even more than the agreed written quote;✅However the manager was very gracious and helpful and refunded the amount honoring the amount written; although we did get more oil. They took the hit and we can’t complain about that.All in all a good experience. Hopefully all the pricing issues will be worked out for the next customers to have no issues.
This is the most horrible people I ever had to deal with From Austin Payne himself to the GM Samuel Nuniz whom threw me in jail for asking for my paperwork for a car that they sold me that was in bad conditions. because of this I suffered a horrible accident that almost took my life, not one of the air bags worked, and they never went to go fix the steering which caused the accident... I lost my job because of their employees going and harassing me at my work .... and here are all the pics my head went to the windshield and had staples all over my head..Cindy Avalos lol i have to give it at least a star to post I really meant no stars dont anyone buy a car from them...
