Fantastic and friendly service. Made me feel very welcomed. Pricing of glasses were very reasonable.

I took my two kids there few times thinking these people knew what they do and with all trust. We had few appointments and each time when we were there its only my family and not busy at all. Opetemist always scroll through her phone smiling before our appointments. Then she try to build a connection then she ask me what happened last time rather than being ready with the notes with the previous appointment. Add to that my son was given a very high dose of Atropine which shouldnt have and also he was given a very strong glasses which was not what was in the prescription. I thank the pharmacist who advised me to recheck with another Opetemist because it doesnt sounds right with the eye drops. As a mum I felt like crying out loud when another Opetemist said these are wrong glasses and also the dose is too high to begin with. Then I realised its no wonder why my son was complaining about the headaches. We are ordinary people with other skills but we trust the professionals in their respective fields. Its so disappointing that I had my son go through that because of the decision I made to take him there. I took the glasses to the store the lady at the counter said she will talk to the owner and then refund the money as that is what I was after because of lack of trust I had in them. They refund me the charge but it could have been greater damage to my son if not for the pharmacist who alarmed me.

A great team of kind hearted people that really care about your experience. Every single time we have been here, whether for an appointment or a drop in to get glasses fixed or the like, I witness the staff go above and beyond for their customers. They were extremely patient with my daughter during multiple visits when she was learning to put her new contacts in. If youre looking for an excellent experience this is the place to go.

Best optometrist Ive been to. Ive been wearing glasses for nearly 20 years and never had such speedy service. I was fortunate enough to get a cancelled appointment and was shocked when i was told my specs would be ready either same day or 2 days time. Usually a week is expected if not more. The optometrist was thorough, checking not only my script but also the health of my eyes. She was also very considerate of my pre schooler who was trying to get my help during the testing.Wont let my husband go anywhere else and Ill definitely be back. Highly recommend!

An unbelievably excellent experience!! The staff were so professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them! I cannot recommend them highly enough. I saw a locum Optometrist who was very good too.I love my new glasses!! They are 100% perfect. I had struggled with my previous pair for over 2yrs. They were wrong from the moment I got them. (The SpecSavers store manager had tried to sort them out, but it just didnt happen.)I put the glasses from Eden Rise Optical on and I was so excited to see clearly again after so long, I jumped up and down and turned around in a circle, waving my arms in the air, shouting "I can see! I can see!"I will not be going anywhere else for glasses. They are brilliant!!Definitely go to Eden Rise Optical and tell them you read my (Sharonsreview and recommendation!!
