On World Pharmacist’s Day just wanted to say thank you for the ongoing great service we receive at Eden Rise Pharmasave. Pete & Steven and all the pharmacists are professional and always willing to answer questions and provide information about medications. Knowing that it’s a stressful time for retail with staff absences etc I always endeavor to leave my scripts ahead of time so that I don’t have to wait. On occasions when I have needed a script promptly I have never waited more than 15-20 minutes. I appreciate the one on one time they take with me in an already busy environment. Thanks team please know that we appreciate you.

I am a customer who decided to take my scripts elsewhere, because of one pharmacist who could not give me the time of day to respond to my question. And is abrupt to staff working around him.

I only go here when Im absolutely desperate, even though I literally live across the road. In the dozen or so times Ive been theyve stuffed up most of them. Its never been a straightforward service and it always takes ages. Painful.

Pete is the best pharmacist I have dealt with... 10/10

More than 40 mins to prepare one hydrocortisone cream, useless service

Shout out to all the lovely staff working through this pandemic. I was in store this morning waiting for a script and some customers were huffy and impatient wanting sold out products. The staff were professional, courteous and flat out busy. Well done to you all👍

I was there earlier today (23/11/21). I handed over my script at around 7:40pm and the pharmacist told me that it would take approximately 15-20 min for them to prepare the script . I went back to the place at 7:57 and roller door on Aldi side was closed. I knocked a few times staff inside saw me then looked away . I knocked again , they looked at me again me but did not open the gate even though time was 7:57, and they close at 8:00 .At this point I was getting a bit anxious as I needed the medicine . A passer-by told me to try the other gate on parking lot side . I went there and got in.I asked why they did not let me in. The pharmacy staff told me that they did not see me. Which I know is not true as I saw them looking at me when I was knocking . Secondly the lady behind the counter told me that they could not hear me knocking as there were music playing, again not true as there were no music playing.I get that staff can be exhausted end of the day. And level of customer service can deteriorate. But this is a systematic failure . Reasons below .1 . If the trading hour is till 8:00pm gats should be open till 8:00pm.2. If they accept my script they should practice care to supply my medicine . Medicine is a necessity , and given they got my script I cant get the medicine from anywhere else .3. There is a culture of lying in that team which is concerning . They knew that they were lying as a group but persisted on that strategy .

The only pharmacy we choose for our family. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring. They want whats best for their customers and it shows.

Best Pharmacy I have been too. Been coming for many years for diabetes supplies and all other health requirements that come along and have found all the staff to be really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.Recommend coming here if you like good service and people that care.

i walked in today waited for like 10 min at the counter and still no service the lady behind the counter was rude and laughing at us.Never again using this place you are all rude and never help out avoid.

Great place if you want to stand there and be ignored by three members of staff when youre clearly waiting to put a script in.

Service is always really slow. Doesnt seem to make a difference if there is 10 customers or none.

I was there today making a purchase and the lady so served me, Sharon was rude. Asked her for bigger bag, coz I had other stuff I had purchased she bluntly said no we don’t have a bigger bag. The other kind lady who works at the pharmacy offered me a bigger bag and said it was 15c. I was more than happy to pay for it, would have been much easier if Sharon had offered it while I was paying for everything else instead of waiting to pay another 15c for the bag again. Rude or bad customer service, which one is it??

Visited the pharmacy today and found the pharmacist really helpful - was patient and answered questions I had while she was really busy.

I had a horrible experience at this pharmacy today, my partner had a prescription in the draw that the doctor who comes to your home gave him about 6 months ago for a toothache as he doesn’t really like taking tablets it just sat in our draw. The last two days he has had an intense toothache so I remembered he had the prescription in the draw so I took it to this pharmacy, they asked me all his details which I provided, I waited about 20 minutes when the female pharmacist asks me why he needs this pain killer, I explained the situation and she refused to give me the 10 tablets that the doctor saw fit to provide him. Her reasoning was she has a Judy of care which is fair enough but my partner has absolutely no history of abuse in any way, in fact the prescription had been there for so long because he would rather not take tablets. I was so annoyed that by this time they had wasted half an hour of my time whilst my partner is at home in intense pain and my time had been waisted and to top it off I over heard a conversation with another customer where the pharmacist was questioning him about his medication saying he still should have two weeks worth but she will take his word for it and to be careful with the medication as it’s highly addictive. So I don’t not understand why she over-rid a doctors prescription when as I said there is absolutely no history of abuse. I will never step back in this pharmacy again. Also I did notice a sign that said abuse won’t be tolerated, I did think that was odd as I have never seen a sign of that sort in any pharmacy before, now I understand. I went to a different pharmacy and got the prescription with no questions asked. With all due respect maybe this pharmacist should of stuck at school for a few more years and become a doctor because she clearly thinks she has more knowledge than a doctor.

First of all it takes ages to get any prescription filled here. I went to get a refill but they hadn’t sent me an escript text for this refill. So, I had to spend time while they sorted that out. The ladies working on the issue were courteous. After 10 minutes of them sorting out THEIR mistake, I was told it would be another 20 minutes before my refill would be ready. Mind you, this is a medicine that is literally boxed and sitting on the shelf. They do not have to count out anything but just put up the box and hand it to me. It took them 30+ minutes to take the box off the shelf and hand it to me! Imagine my shock when over two weeks later they call me up and accuse me of stealing the prescription! I am not talking about a bank breaking prescription but a $15 antacid prescription! I had to go back and pull up my credit card statement and tell that I have proof that I paid for my purchases that day. It is no wonder it takes ages for them to fill a prescription, they are too busy chasing down “stolen” paid for antacid prescriptions.They said they couldn’t find the transaction even after I gave them the exact amount listed on my credit card statement. After a few phone calls, they didn’t even bother to apologise for accusing me of theft and having me spend my time searching my credit card statement for proof of such a trivial amount. I am told that they “will just have to file this in the mystery box”. The only mystery is how they managed to stay open so long.I won’t be going back there again and I got my next refill at Chemist Warehouse. And guess what, they only charged me $7.99 for the same prescription that Eden Rise charged me $15.00. Yes, there is theft happening at Eden Rise and it is them fleecing us.

We have been using Eden Rise Pharmacy for over 10 years, we have always found the staff and pharmacist extremely friendly and courteous, always accommodating to our needs, with a family member with special needs all staff have always gone above and beyond to make our family feel welcomed and listened too.

Any chemist that puts face mask in a sandwich bag charging $5.00 for two is a disgrace and they should be ashamed ... your a disgrace for profiteering..... you can but them from Bunnings in bulk .... avoid these people they should be ashamed for taking advantage of a pandemic charging people for items they buy in bulk then split up into sandwich bags so they can rip you off when your desperate .... DISGUSTING

The slowest pharmacy ever! For medicine that was put aside and on shelf where it could be seen and it still took 20mins to "process". The reason I took all our scripts that we left with them was because of the same thing that kept occurring months ago. Unfortunately only chemist in area who had it stocked, otherwise avoid them!

Every-time i go in this pharmacy i feel so uncomfortable, i went last week to get simple script, it was about 30 minutes till close so i was the only person in store, took me more than 5 minutes to get served even though i was the only customer, 10 minutes to get my script, to it only being the wrong one saying they have run out of the medication i wanted, i told them sorry i dont want that one ill go somewhere else, they had to then go find my script and cancel it through the system, and i had to wait another 10 minutes for that. safe to say the pharmacists were very rude not one greeting or goodbye every-time i go in, extremely overpriced for a local pharmacy and made it look like i was inconveniencing them when i said i didnt want that medication. not the first time i have been treated so rudely there, im not going back.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and eager to help and give good advice in patient care. Everyone provides a much more personalised service than the big name chains which is exactly what you want from your neighbourhood pharmacy

As most of the customers complained, this pharmacy will rip you off, yes it is true, the other day I went to get Nervoderm medication patch and they asked $32.95 for it while it was only $19.95 at My Chemist.As if this was not enough one more bad experience today, I took my old parents to get their BP and sugar levels checked, the pharmacists checked without letting them know the cost involved, I even adviced the pharmacist that they were not told about the price but the lady ignored me while my poor parents had been forced to pay $15.Please be very careful with this pharmacy my dear neighbour hood.

Told 10 mins for a standard script, came back after 25 mins and it couldnt be found. They were only just filling it. Perhaps a bit of pace or urgency would benefit the industry. Pharmacists get paid enough to not work at a snails pace. Lady at register didnt stop her conversation for 30 seconds before even looking at me. Can get better prices at chemist warehouse.

Great Pharmacy - always keep my Insulin on hand so saves me coming back - other Chemists Ive gone to dont offer this. Staff are great and they have a app for your mobile that keeps tracks of your scripts so you can leave them at the shop and not worry about loosing them - which Ive done in the past - and when I did - the Pharmacists have helped me out to make sure i dont miss out on meds.

Another appalling experience with this pharmacy and yet another arrogant self serving pharmacist. Since when does a pharmacist know better than my pain specialist? On what authority does a pharmacist get to question and humiliate me about my pain medication dosage?This happens consistently with Eden rise pharmacy, where pharmacist are on a power trip and are never disciplined and pulled in line for their behaviour. Do us all a favour and close your doors.The local community have had enough.

Horable experience. I went there for my wife’s NDSS registration for Gestation Diabities. I was told to wait, as my form will take some time and there were 4 people in the queue after me. By this time it has already been more than 10 minutes. After the lady served the 4 people, she said can you wait another 5-10 minutes as she is busy and another lady will come and help us. What an experience. ....I usually go to Chemist Warehouse for our stuff, but this being local chemist I wanted to give it a go. But, not anymore.Update on 14 MarchThanks for getting back. After this we went to Chemist Warehouse, where the whole process took only 30 seconds. So, we are sure about all the fuss demonstrated by your staff. After which we purchased all the Lancets and test strips. Really happy with the experience at Chemist Warehouse.

The staff are friendly and are very helpful.The pharmacists are always willing to answer questions. I am very happy with the level of professionalism from this pharmacy.Just wish the owners werent shrinking the size of the pharmacy as the range of products is getting less and less. Lose one star for this.

I cannot speak highly enough of pharmacist Pete Tzimos and his highly qualified staff at pharmasave Eden Rise.He has always been able to answer any questions I have & always puts the customer first.He is polite, professional, courteous, caring and most helpful in all my dealings with him.I trust his advice and won’t go anywhere else.He was really helpful providing advice & support when I was caring for my dying mum at home in a palliative care situation.I will never forget the personalised care during this difficult time.Highly recommended.Mrs Chrissoula Robson.

I am a long time customer and i find staff lovely and approachable, the pharmacists are always on hand and very helpful and have given some good advice.

First time to this pharmacy after recently moving to the area. Outstanding professional service from the pharmacist for my chronic medical condition. The medicine was $1 more than the discount pharmacy I previously attended but I received health advice that I have never received before. Will be back again. Great atmosphere in store, staff were attentive.

Service is absolutely fantastic. Have found the shop staff very attentive to my needs and go out of their way to help me find what I am looking for. The Pharmacists are incredibly professional and knowledgeable - they take the time to really listen and I can trust that they will give me the best possible advice!Prices are really competitive as well.Will definitely keep supporting this local business!

most expencive pharmacy for prescribed and non prescribed , as well despite no customers I has to wait for my medication for more then 15 min and got generic despite been asked before do I prefer different brand -my answer was NO Will no go back

Dont bother with this chemist. The staff in general are great, however the actual pharmacist that I questioned about why my medication was double the price that it normally is everywhere else, he was incredibly rude. Wont be giving them my business again, I dont care if its to purchase a box of tissues, Im done with them. Theres no need for rudeness and arrogance.
