Great shop with great prices. I was totally expecting to pay a high price just because I was at the shore but their prices are very reasonable. The guy was helping 2 people decide on their first vapes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He got them excited to make the switch. He took a quick break to help me with what I needed. It was a very nice experience.

Walked in and was immediately greeted, the guy working lead me right to what I was looking for - had a huge selection of flavors in stock. Price was good and what Id expect to pay anywhere else. It’s very rare to have great customer service these days. My first time here and Ed was SO helpful and SO friendly. I’m new to the vape world and he made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions that I had. He also helped me with an issue I had with my coil. Yay Ed! Thank you very much!

I visited this location 2 or 3 weeks ago with my sister, and I debated on posting this, but after replaying the associate being incredibly rude and annoyed at our presence I just had to say something. The store front was nice and clean, I really liked how put together everything was, but the guy was really rude. He talked to me and my sister like we were stupid and talked to my sister like she was wasting his time. We wound up going to my preferred vape store and getting her a mod and juice there. I dont know if he thought we were tourists or what, but his attitude really sucked. Ill stick to Delmar Vapor in Milford, Ive never walked out of there feeling like I had just been judged unfairly and treated like an annoyance.

Every time Im here the guys, especially Brandon because i see him the most, are super helpful and friendly, answer all my questions and let me take my time. Even over the phone they are helpful and polite. Prices are really good, would never go anywhere else

If I cld give a -☆ I wld. Theres a guy Brandon that works there who is the rudest, fly off the handle dude Ive ever met....and Im not the first one who has noticed it. Good luck staying open with ppl working there like THAT!

We went there because we needed new vapes, we were shocked at the prices. What we pay back at home the price was almost $5 more. We will not go back.

The guy there seemed cool but sold me the wrong coils for a vape I bought from them then told me he cant exchange the coils for the correct ones even though he was wrong about the type of coils for my vape(a vape that I purchased from them at nearly double what it should of cost). So long story short I am out 21$ for coils i cant use and he was being a dbag about it. Prices are high they dont have much of a selection and they arent the only vape shop in the area.

Won’t be shopping here again, I purchased two slim vape pens, not knowing they had lengthy complex click on off starts. Returned 30 mins later asking if I could exchange, no signs posted for there strict no return or exchange policy. The clerk politely said that the policy was on the receipt, I said so I don’t find out that I can’t exchange it until I’ve purchased it.

Just came in today for the first time to buy some juice and coils. Long hair dude was working there (didnt get a name). He was super helpful and explained to me how the coils work and even tried to save me some money. Much better than my first experience in Middletown where I bought my first vape.

They are so knowledgeable and helpful. I go there first for my vaping needs. I have never walked away disappointed or empty handed..lol

Came in looking for a specific flavor and they did not sell it however the guys recommended me something else close to it which worked out great. I don’t live around the area so I can’t always stop in but I would say others should give them a try

Great service from the moment my boyfriend and I walked in the door. I was able to find a vape oil that tasted like fruity pebbles in milk! It smells really good.

Over-priced everything. Spouse got bamboozled and bought a $50 new tank and mod for their retail price of $89. I understand small businesses and minimal profit margins. But even given the fact the item was unused they wouldnt return it. Will never do business with them again.

My visit was quick and easy. I came in explained what I was looking for in a tank and the guy helped me right away. Only thing I would change is I wish this store would still carry Fivestar juices.

This place is fantastic for vape supplys. The gentleman there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. And they offer an online store that has what they dont carry in store. Deffinetly would recommend.

The selection is too limited and there juices are too expensive. I really enjoyed the juice that I bought but the atmosphere and juice selection wasnt the same as when I went there a couple of years ago. The guys there were friendly and helpful but the hardware and juice selection were sub-par compared to other vape shops. Gotta step up if they want to compete with online stores.

I have PTSD. I have been using the sublingual CBD drops for about a month now. I got them from a friend of mine that works for a pyramid company and I wasn’t too sure how I felt about it. I came into the shop tonight wanting to try a vape pen for my cbd and also get more oil. The staff couldn’t of been nicer. I will definitely be back when I need more oil.

Cant find a cheaper place to get juice with a massive selection. Staff can answer any question you throw at them. Very relaxed and friendly environment. 5 star rating hands down.

Every time I go in, I have an excellent experience. The staff is so well versed in the entire vaping industry. They are so friendly, sometimes, I go by just to hang out me say hello. The selection is massive, the staff is awesome, and even the customers are sociable. A definite five star experience every time.

I love this vape shop. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They have a vast selection of tasty juices one of my favs are NFK, tastes like Trix cereal, you know ,Trixs are for kids. NFX,=not for kids, Pretty clever and tasty. The one thing that separates this store versus other shops on Delmarva is that this group of young peoples attitude is contagious. The scene is reminiscent of that 90s television show Cheers. When i walk in i feel like Norm ! I grab a stool at the counter,there is usually a friendly vaporer to converse and vape with. The only thing lacking is a water cooler, That would be a corporate decision.I drink a lot of water while vaping.Best regards,Scott
