Burger King quality at boutique prices. A Whopper has at least as much beef, the same paper-thin bacon, and the same fake cheese, but costs a good deal less than the $14.80 I just paid for a bacon cheeseburger here. Soliciting a 10+ percent tip when someone walks up to a register an places an order to go is cheeky at best. I feel a little sorry for folks who think this place offers a five star experience.
Great food every time. The fish and chips are always crispy and hot! Well seasoned. Burgers are great. Friendly owners and great food. Go here and eat now.
This used to be my favorite spot for a great burger. But now that it costs around $25 for a burger fries and shake, I will be taking my business somewhere else. Hopefully they lower prices back to what they were!!!!
Used to be my favorite burger place but last time I went it cost almost $30 just for myself. Hopefully they will adjust there pricing closer to what it used to be. Used to be able to spend $18-20.
I came here when I was visiting family about 3 weeks ago. And the staff was so amazing and kind, there service was amazing and fast. I got the Bacon cheeseburger and it was perfect, it wasn’t to expensive either. I 100% recommend this place!!
Really good bacon burger, no issues, and very timely. Great food! Definitly going back!
This place doesnt look like too much from the outside but once we got our.food I was surprised about how big and how good the burgers were. They have plenty of different styles of burgers from just your plain burger to California and even katsu burgers! They also have options for pork and chicken katsu burger. They do also have plenty of different add-ons to customize your burger! They also have the option to do a wrap instead of a bun if you want.
They make a good burger. Juicy and all the veggies are fresh. Fries have a delicious coating on them.
Great burgers and price includes great fries.
Delicious gyro with a LOT of gyro meat. I will be back.
Good food prices were more expensive than what Google says but I blame Google for that. Despite it being more expensive than I thought it would be it was still worth it.
Stellar dinner experience. Amazing food, outstanding service and you can tell they take great pride in their food.
Really tasty, my only complaint is the first time I got the katsu burger it didn’t have cheese and this time when I got it it came with cheese and I didn’t ask for it but they put it on and charged me $1 extra… hmm. Not cool.
We’ve eaten here several times and it is excellent. They make the best fries around here. The grilled chicken burger is one of my favorites.
Burger looked and tasted great!Sweet potato fries were crispy and perfect.
The Fish & Chips rocked, and my Sons Bacon Cheeseburger was delish, and the prices are more than fair. The Cashier/Server was also very attentive to all of the diners.
Quality food! I highly recommend it! Fresh ingredients and the BEST french fries. Get extra fry sauce, its so good.
I love EJs. My fav is the katsu salmon or cod burger! Delicious! And the fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Highly recommend!
Food was not good. We were hoping it would be like EJ Burger in Kent but sadly it wasn’t. We ordered burgers we’d normally like in Kent along with side options and stuff for the kids. The food made everyone semi-sick with upset stomachs after. Food tasted like undercooked and overcooked frozen food. Bread was soggy, lettuce was gross. We’re suffering through this bad decision now. Huge disappointment turned terrible night….
Its a decent hole in the wall space with a few tables and not much ambience. The burgers are well made and come with a lot of toppings. The drawback is their sloppiness. When I ordered the California burger, all the avocado slices slid out on the first couple of bites. Their french fries are not great but certainly edible. In a pinch, this burger place will satisfy you but I wouldnt go out of my way to look for it.
Freindly staff. My burger was good, lettuce and tomato was fresh.But...my boyfriend got the beef katsu burger and the meat was so hard he could not bit it. Could not even tear it with his fingers. Had to throw it away.
Update 2/01/22They hired new workers and the burgers are terrible. I will take a mcdonalds burger before coming back here again. Its really good. Their milkshakes are delicious. Very nice family owned burger restaurant. A bit pricey but the quality and cleanliness of the restaurant are worth it. Will be coming back soon.
Found this local burger place! All the burger comes with 🍟 fries and they are delicious! Wish they have ranch or other special sauce to go with fries but it was still good. They have about 5 tables so small but cozy; I think maximum of 6 people can sit on 1 Table but if youre party is over 6pp, you need to sit separately.
First as a person of color here in Everett I like the fact that my existence was acknowledged as I walked in. I ordered the spicy burger that came with fries. I also got a shake. I can honestly say it was enjoyable, filling, and the price was right!
Okay , this is the BEST of the rest in our county!! I hope they stay on top of this, so many burger places are off my list. Make a great product, keep it fresh, don’t use old oil!!! And give great customer service ❤️ Easy Peezy
I ended up eating from here 6/7 days the first week I found it. The gluten free bun is the best gluten free bun I’ve ever had.
The burger was really tasty just with the patty was thicker. I tried the onion rings and they were a little lack luster not much flavor. The milkshake was really good. So all in all Id eat there again
We ordered 3 Regular Hamburger meals, comes with Fries $33.00 The burgers were alright, but a bit dry as they are using an upscale thicker bun. The Bun over took the single patty burger as the bread to meat ratio was 85/15%. It did come with tomato, lettuce and onions tho.
Busy little place, but fast friendly staff and services. Great big burgers and a gluten-free bun option. You will not walk away hungry. So much food 😋
Craving deep fried food? You will definitely satisfy your greasy fix here. Neighborhood gem located off of 132nd St. SE & Seattle Hill Rd, this local burger establishment appears to be operated/owned by a friendly, hardworking Korean family. The menu has a good variety of burgers, fries, fish-n-chips, shakes, etc., but I ordered all five Katsu burger offerings: pork, beef, chicken, salmon & cod. Katsu is Japanese for crispy fried cutlet of meat. The katsu burgers are hearty in size and include a generous side of fries. I upgraded a few to onion rings 😋 and one sweet potato fries (excellent). The cod fish katsu burger in particular was enormous. No mini McDs filet-o-fish sandwhich here. The rectangular cod fillet was bigger than the round (potato?bun. Hoagie bun might have been a better geometric pairing. Delicious but the bbq sauce didnt really compliment the fish. Pork, beef & chicken cutlets were thin so that explained the double stack. Salmon cutlet was hefty & tender, not dry, so no shortcut in quality here 😃 The flaky Panko breadcrumb breading was deep fried to perfection. The crunchiness & texture were A+. Why the 4 star rating? Taste. The deep fried breading cloaked the taste of the meat. Sauce was on the sweet side and more cabbage/lettuce wouldve balanced the grease. Additional fresh condiments were available as add-ons however. Next time Ill try the hamburger varieties. Delivery is available via Google, Grubhub but didnt notice their own website. Clean, well maintained, friendly staff, following COVID protocols even after confused CDC (mis)guidelines, good quality 👍 Support your local neighborhood restaurants!
If you want a great quality burger, with a portion size that could feed two, come to EJ Burger. This is my go to spot when burgers are my craving. The milkshakes are made with real ice cream and made with creamy perfection. Ive also had the fish from here and also very pleased. Pricing is fair, customer service is always on point, and pickup is quick!
By far the best burgers and fries in town. Owners are great and food comes out hot and fresh everytime. I feel like we eat here way to often, because even kids love it and I love it. Very resonable priced meals.
Kind delicious honest and generous portion. I ordered extra fries but the owner lady told me all the meals comes with enough fries so you don’t have to order extra. She could have easily made that extra $$ but she didn’t. I tipped that amount anyways. Win win.
Ordered a lettuce wrap cheeseburger earlier this Sunday afternoon. Even though I ate it over half an hour later, the entire thing was just PERFECT. Some of the freshest lettuce Ive ever crunched into, hands down. The fries? Crispy. The burger itself? Delicious. You can tell these people really put effort into each order. It shows not just in the food, but in how well their restaurant interior is maintained as well. Definitely going back here again!
Used to go here every so often years ago with friends. Forgot about it after I moved away. Recently found out theyre partnered with doordash. Pretty awesome. Fantastic Gourmet Burgers at a reasonable price and very filling. Definitely recommend checking out this little known spot.
We picked up our Hawaiian burgers and fish and chips as well as banana shakes. Very disappointed. Fish was ok but no flavor. Fries and oinion rings ok. Burgers in the past have always been on a brioche type bun. This time it was a reg sesame bun, the burger was soupy, soggy and we couldnt eat it. It was put together poorly. The quality of the lettuce wasnt there. The place was not crowded. Weve eaten there many times and felt it was worth the high price. Shakes werent that thick. For 45 dollars very disappointed. Time to find a new place.
very good food and they have vegan burger alternatives.. i reccomend stop by today and have some great lunch.................
Stopped at EJ for the first time today and I’m happy we did. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and some curly fries- meat tasted fresh and veggies were crisp. Service was fast, owner was very friendly, and the restaurant is clean. Will definitely return.
Great local burger joint. Very clean place. Great service and burgers taste really good. Very good quality meat and ingredients. Burgers come with crunchy fries. The house sauce used in the burger and given as side for fries is good too. I would eat there again for sure. I would also try the katsu choices. They looked delicious.
I tried the Bulgogi burger, it was delicious and came with lots of fries. The patty was juicy and sauce was on point. It was not greasy or over sauced so the bun wasnt soggy and just perfect. The woman taking the order did not seem very nice when I placed my order. While I was eating my meal she yelled at a man using the restroom without ordering anything and it scared off another man who seemingly was deciding what to order.
Yes. Do it ! I tried this on a whim. I am new to the area and was craving a good burger. Like a realllllly good burger.I was immediately happy with the interior. It was bright clean and the menu was easy to read and informative. As a person who does not like Mayo on a burger (which they doits nice to know ahead of time (which not everyone does).I only had a few seconds to look at the menu. A line was behind me. I went for the California burger. You cant go wrong with bacon Swiss and avocado on a burger. I also added 2 onion rings to the burger. As Im waiting for my burger I finally get a chance to read the menu !!!! I regretted my choice. They have katsu burgers, katsu chicken, katsu salmon, fancier burgers than the California!!! Oh man SO many good options. AND ! Real ice cream shakes. Coffee, chocolate, vanilla, peanut butter, etcWhen I got my food !!!!!! I was floored. It was made TO PERFECTION. And here I thought I got the wrong choice!! There is not wrong choice at Ejs ! I will be back. Again and again. And I will bring my friends and family. Yumm. Also note - delicious crispy golden fries come with the sando. Great price for fantastic place!!! Thank you!!!!!Went back a second time to try the chicken katsu burger and a PB shake. SO good. 2 katsu patties on the burger. The fries were perfectly crispy, again. And the shake is real; therefore tastes real!!! I love E.J Burger
Really tasty burgers. I had a beef katsu burger and my wife had a cheeseburger. Everything tasted fresh, even the fries. Really good portions for the price. The space is nice and clean and the staff was polite.
Easily the best burger in the Mill Creek / South Everett area. My wife and I love this place and consider it a treat when we get food there. I always get takeout, but they have tables if you want to eat there. The burgers come with fries, and they have a large menu full of specialty burgers. Everything Ive had there is good, but the standard cheeseburger is my go-to. The bun is great, and all the ingredients are super fresh and high quality. I also love their fries, and the people who run it are always very friendly and polite. I like supporting small businesses like this, especially when theyre so friendly and the food is so good!
Burger was subpar- frozen chicken patty with processed unmelted cheese and an entire layer of chopped unions on the bottom bun. Fries were fresh and tasted alright. The lemonade from the fountain also had a weird flavor to it. Loud videos on employees phone mixed with baseball in the background created.
Fast friendly service. Open 6 days a week for lunch and dinner, closed on Mondays. Clean, pleasant dining area.Large burger selections including Katsu and vegetarian.Delicious milk shakes. We often come for burgers and fish and chips. They are always good! They have a kids menu also.
Good service, good burgers, and lots of food. All these food for under $30!
Best burgers Ive ever had! They couldnt make it more delicious and satisfying. Theyre not stingy when they make them and theres so much variety. Love the fast service and the good quality food. Would recommend to anyone.
I used to frequent this business. Quite a few months ago I think ownership changed. They used to have have the best burgers and fries. The ingredients were fresh. The restaurant was clean and friendly. Now their passion for the burger is gone. The floor was filthy. The table hadnt been cleaned. Probably since they opened that morning. The top level of fries were tasty until you get down the first layer, after that they were gross and soggy. The burger no longer looks like it was a piece of art made with love, but a sloppy rush job. The ingredients on the burger are no longer fresh like before. These new people are putting profit over quality. Almost wish I had went to McDonalds instead. It pains me to write this because I used to love this place.
So delicious! I had the katsu burger and my husband had the fish and chips. Everything was yummy, but the fries really take the cake. They are fresh cut and fried to order. Also the Oreo shake was devine!! The service was friendly and fast. Definitely will return!
My husband and I stumbled upon this place and wow, what a find! We both ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with fries to go. When we paid, we were notified that at lunch time on weekdays we got a $2 off each of our orders! $4 off! That made my whole week! Out our orders came in less than 5 minutes by the friendly lady working there. We opened our bag up to find _real_ home cut french fries that were cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. The bacon cheese burger was huge (advertised as 1/3 lb 100% natural Angus beef), packed full of fresh veggies, and an amazing house sauce. The burger was so full of juicy goodness, we just stopped, looked at each other and laughed! It was that good! We cant wait to return with our family for more yummy goodness at E.J. Burger!!
