Great people and food!!

Food was okay, honestly not that great or as hyped up to be. Waited over 40min until I finally decided to go ask and was told my food had been ready a while ago and they had paged me, but clearly the pager didn’t work because it never went off. The lady was pretty rude about it even though it was on them. I just let her know it never beeped and took my order. They could’ve called it out, or stepped outside. Instead they just had the order sitting there and assumed people will just walk up after waiting for so long. Ordered the Razorpasta and portion was small for the price. Customer service was bad from the start when I first placed my order.

This little place is a hidden gem.. first the service was amazing and they are so friendly and the food was excellent definitely will be coming back

We are big fans of the Alfredito Loco. Really nice people and really good food....... one of the best food trucks around.

They update their hours but when I go there during their normal business hours, they are never freaking open. What’s the point of having a business if your closed more then when you are open.

I was visible from the window! So. Not gonna say the food wasnt good. Because it was. Really good. But the pager they handed me didnt work. So I sat for like 30 minutes waiting for my food. :(

Unfortunately this place has issues with customer service. The lady is ok but the gentleman does not know how to talk to customers and is rude. Also, the hours of operation are not updated and many times they are not open when they say they are.

We love this place!! Razorback pasta is my go-to dinner here. The owners are super nice.

Wow! Best Italian food you will get in NWA! You can get with no spice or with spice. I typically get the veggie alfredito loco. Just say no protein if you are vegetarian. Bread is out of this world too! Delicious!

Do yourself a favor and stop by and give it a shot. Pro tip: try the mild first before going for the spicy. Either way, outstanding food and the service is great!

I just HAD to leave a review. Ive had some bad encounters with other places making Italian food, but El Italiano NAILED IT. 10/10 would STRONGLY recommend! I love Italian food, and I love mexican food. But to combine the two? ...GENIUS! My recommendation? Try the RazorPasta. Beware! When they say mild, its hot. And well...when they say spicy...they MEAN Spicy.

Amazing food, but 4/5 times I come, they’re not open during their business hours. I look on their instagram about the times as well, and doesn’t say that they are closed either. Wish they would stick to the times or atleast post when they are close.

We ordered 3 dishes. Each one tasted amazing, if youre thinking about eating here you wont be disappointed.

Oh, my!!! Delicious. Reasonably priced. Large portions. This is one food truck that I will definitely recommend and revisit again and again. The pic is of the Razorback pasta dish. It also can have some heat if you like it spicy hot.

Everything was great! That couple that runs the truck are very friendly. My only complaint is it was a little hard to find a menu online.

Delicious! I had the Razorpasta and my husband had bowtie pasta with chicken. I dont usually love red sauce but both dishes were amazing. The owners are friendly and fun. We will be back.

I had the summer pasta. Just the regular, not extra spicy. It was DELICIOUS! A little bit of spice to it, but no too much. It was perfect! You get so much food! I had it for lunch for 2 days. I definitely recommend.

We had El Italiano cater our wedding and they did an amazing job! The owners are super friendly, very accommodating, and worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted. We continue to get compliments on how delicious the food was. Highly recommended!

These people are amazing their service is fantastic. Their food is great and their bread sticks are almost like olive gardens, YUM.

I had ate lunch here a couple weeks ago with my sister and the food was awesome. My wife and I were debating where to eat on a Saturday evening when I suggested EL Italiano. We arrived a few minutes after 7pm and they were closing up. Alex and his assistant opened back up and made an extra effort to make my wife’s first visit very special. He took the time to wish her a happy Mother’s Day on the packaging and craft a “Rose” out of a small tomato in the center of her dish. He then left her another surprise with a “rose” cutout strawberry on a flan treat he dropped off on his way home for the day. He visited with us for a few minutes more and left a wonderful impression on us both. Needless to say, we both have a new favorite restaurant. Thank you ALEX

I have not eaten here yet but I have been here atleast 5 diffrent times at there supposedly work hours for them to be closed like come on post youre real hours it is a long drive from my house and Im inconvenienced every time I go.

My new go to food truck. Never a disappointment! And it couldn’t be run by a friendlier couple.

We seriously love this place! The food is unlike any other in the area. The owner and his wife are so friendly and go out of their way to make the customer happy. Also, the prices are great for all the food they give you. I highly recommend everyone try this place out, we will definitely be returning customers!

This place has the most delicious food!!! My favorite is the razorback plate..and you can look at it and see why right?!!....The staff is also super friendly and the prices do not hurt the pockets!!! Do yourself a favor and give them a try!!!

The attention to detail this place gives it astounding. The customer service is truly phenomenal, it was raining and they took the food to our car AND gave us two free water bottles. The food was delicious and the man who helped me with my order really made me feel like a valued customer. When they did give us our food, the gentleman ask one favor of us, to let him know if we did not like the food. He insisted that we called him if for whatever reason we were not satisfied. I was blown away with the whole experience, El Italiano has certainly made a life long customer. Thank you.
