I Use Elevated cleaning to clean all of my turns at my property & I just wanna say they do a great job! I am always so impressed when I go into these units after Jackie & the team leave. They do a wonderful job , everything is always so clean. They are easy to schedule with & very understanding. I would highly recommend this cleaning company !

Used this company for years

I will NEVER use this company again! I had them come clean my house and several things were missed. For example they dusted the tip of furniture but not the fronts, only dusted part of my bed, missed some blinds etc. They claim satisfaction guaranteed so I called and asked them to come back. They did and they still missed some things but I decided that I would just let it go this time. When I received my invoice for the second date of service it was more than the first one!! Literally have no idea how that was even possible so I called to speak to them. I spoke with Jackie first who was rude and basically told me too bad and that she doesn’t deal with the invoices so I asked to speak to the person who does. Jason then called me and I explained to him that I was confused on how dusting a few things of furniture and a couple of blinds, mopping the floors and dusting a tier tray could possibly take the same amount of time or longer as cleaning my entire house (minus the few things they missed). He claimed that they said they cleaned my bathrooms again to which I explained that I didn’t ask them to and I was sure that they didn’t as there was toothpaste in my kids sink and he told me that they still cleaned them so they needed to be paid. When discussing what needed to be done to make it better I told him that I felt I could’ve done what they did (minus the bathroomsin about an hour and a half to which he replied very sarcastically and rude “wow we’re hiring, do you need a job”.I have NEVER had anyone, in the service industry especially, talk to me and treat their customers the way I was treated today. As I stated before I will NEVER use them again and will be sure to tell everyone I know to run fast if they hear of Elevated Cleaning. I guess “satisfaction guaranteed” isn’t actually something they stand by.

I wasn’t thrilled with the cleaning. Many things were missed. Also, my sister who used them as well had a similar experience. She actually called and spoke with two of their employees, one of which was the owner, and they were extremely unprofessional and rude. There are too many other options available out there for cleaning companies to use besides this one. I will definitely not be using their services again.

Weve used Elevated Cleaning for over 4 years every 2-3 months at 2 different residences, in Layton and now Roy. It doesnt matter who they send, we always get top-notch service. Their crews are prompt, thorough and meticulous about making sure they give you the best service. I highly recommend them to everyone I talk to. Whether its for routine, periodic or move out cleanings,  they are my go-to. Extremely fair priced and always call the day before to verify your appointment is still going to work with your schedule, which has help me several times as my schedule is quite chaotic. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

On time, friendly workers. They use a spray cleaner, not soap and water. Top of the fridge, microwave were both dirty when they left. Kitchen sink was wiped down, not cleaned. Were not going to clean ceiling fans until asked to... Were asked to vacuum the stairs, but didnt. I wanted to like this service, but after 2nd cleaning they will be asked not to return. At $60 an hour I need more.

Place is a rip-off, the last price increase was 50%. They blamed the increase on the price of cleaning chemicals. I call bs. Plus the cleaning quality was terrible. The billing department is a horrible, had to call 4 times to try and resolve a problem. Would suggest to find another company.

Phones only answered during posted daytime office hours. Can arrange for evening or overnight (or anytimecleaning and janitorial services. Office is not wheelchair accessible. Best to call office to arrange cleaning times or to get bids and pricing.

I used Elevateds carpet cleaning service for the first time. The cleaners were courteous and professional. I liked my previous cleaners, but they usually needed to return to clean a line where dirt was dragged and remained. With Elevated, I didnt have the line of dirt. I felt like they did more than asked.

Extremely pleased with my experience with Elevated Cleaning. They were able to squeeze me in with short notice and their team did a phenomenal job cleaning the house, definitely exceeding my expectations. The ladies who cleaned were very friendly, thoughtful and accommodating. I will definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone!

These guys are amazing ! My rental has never been cleaner! I had them do a move out clean and I couldnt believe my eyes it was amazing . Dont go anywhere else, this is the place to call!

I am a real estate broker and utilize Elevated Cleaning for many of the homes that are being bought or sold. I always get the best service and they guarantee their work. They have always done a great job and I hand their name out to other agents that are in need of their services.

I have been utilizing the services from Elevated Cleaning once/twice a month since I moved to Layton, UT in August and they are top notch! Scheduling is a breeze and they can always work me in for a day that works best with my schedule and getting my dog out of the house. The bring all of their own equipment and leave the house looking like the day I moved in. The team that comes is always extremely friendly and quick. I would recommend Elevated to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

Elevated cleaning offers amazing services but phenomenal customer services. They are very professional and inviting. The women are always nice and easy to talk with. Jason Loftus is a very respectable and honest man and runs his business just the same. Great cleaning and at a great price! Well done!!

Incredible job!!!! I cant say enough how very impressed I am with Jason, Brittany and their employees. It can be a little nerve wracking trying to find a company you can trust to get the job done the 1st time. They went above and beyond what I though Id get. I dont know what magic you have in a bottle but Ive never been able to get some of the stains and marks off walls, sinks, microwave, etc. like your wonderful ladies did. Let me say the women cleaned nice. but never on time. Started out at 9:00 AM and sometimes they would show up at 2:00 PM. Very bad communication between owner and his employees. Also company get into customers business. Its like a soap opera. Also they use your belongings, like perfume. Also had somethings missing. Im not sure what happened to my things but they are gone. I called the owner and nothing was done about it. He basically told me have a nice day and thank you for your business. I would not recommend this company to anyone
