Great customer service. Always a clean environment and a public restroom in the office, during hot weather they offer water bottles for the clients. The area has cameras that are always recording and it appears to be a safe place. I would recommend it as its also reasonably priced.

We rented 2 units for the span of 3 months. We noticed our second units lock was changed out. It was newer and our combination was not working. The employee working at that time said that was impossible and he was going to charge us $25, no $30, no; he finally said it was $50 to cut the lock off. We opted to just buy some bolt cutters from Home Depot for $15. When we opened our unit we noticed our tvs missing, paintings, and boxes of personal items missing. We had filed a police report but unfortunately we had no time frame in which this could have happened. We called the owner and he said he had reports of 2 other units that this had happened to and he was looking into it. We had to continue calling for updates, in which he was still "researching". Until finally, he said he couldnt find anything and the 2 other units that locks were changed, they didnt take anything from. Seems like the are trying to cover their tracks for what, in my opinion, looks like an inside job.
