Used them to fix plumbing, I had made an appointment a month ahead of time, when the guy got there he was there all of 30 minutes and said he had to go onto his next call. Without doing what I have asked them to come out to do to start with. Had to wait a whole weekfor them to come back out to fix what I had set the appointment for to start with. When we were billed, the invoice included an hourly charge, starting with their drive time. not the actual work time. We were quoted a price for a kitchen faucet and reluctantly agreed to do it even though it was higher than we knew we could buy one for. Then the invoice charge was almost twice asmuch as what we were quoted when we agreed to it. I would definitely not use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I shouldve done my homework first and figured this out from the previous reviews.

I ended up not ordering the parts but they were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Came out fast to repair gas lines

Had them come out to give a quote on bringing a washer drain line up to code as well as the dishwasher. When the guys came out to work they asked my wife what they were there for so needless to say they did not have the right parts. They made several trips back to the shop to get things they needed. They had to cut up the floor which needed done but then learned they do not repair the floor so this adds another expense since they didn’t care to cut straight lines or cut on a joist for someone else to replace. They did pass inspection so they have that going for them but all said in done. They were not prepared, they did not think things though on materials needed so they left for the shop several times and they don’t care because they don’t repair or patch. Will never use again. I was an electrician for several years I never came across a contractor that didn’t patch what they tore apart.

They were on time, got the job done, fair price and dependable!

Work was done properly and all is in working order but labor cost was outrageous and was told they worked 6 hours and charged me $89/HR to setup a water heater! They showed up at 9am took an hour lunch and left around 2p. Basic math gives me about 4 hours for 2 professional plumbers to install a gas water heater... I am glad I didnt purchase their $1500 water heaters and got an $800 one at Home Depot (It is the same water heater). Its unfortunate that this had to happen and will not use them again.

Have had them out twice and John was an outstanding plumber very professional and efficient.

What a rip off, came to house for water heater removal. Every thing was drained and disconnected. Did not have right stuff to do job even though they were told what they were working with before they came. Cut and replaced water lines that had nothing wrong with them just to run up time and cost. Had to have some one bring him parts on lines he cut for no reason, had to wait on. Took the old parts with him without permission and cant gets the old parts back from them at this timeWould like to have old parts to take to small claims court. Did work that was not needed and played at the job to run up time. Would never use this company again. Will file bbb complaint and persue this in small claims court. What a tip off....

Gave the run around to fix a leaky pipe in ceiling. Said it would cost thousands and I should open up the ceiling. Said it would be a huge job. Glad I did saved thousands apparently and I fixed for 20 bucks.

I needed to have bathtub installed. I chose Ellyson as it was a local company. The old bathtub was out and area it was to be placed was down to the studs. Upon arriving the plumber stated, several times in 2 minutes that he was a union plumber, rambling on about he does not do this kind of work. Not sure what that meant. I was not on site, my contractor was working at my home that day and dealt with him, had I been he would have been told to leave. The work was done, seems ok, HOWEVER I was charged $552.00 labor!!! RIP OFF!!!!! I have other work to be done in my other bathroom and kitchen , they will not be called. Lesson learned.

3 and half hours too install and bath faucet . knobs came loose and all thread plastic were broke and too short $250 and back too were I started be fore I called them
