Mickey was a gentleman throughout the process of selling my wife and I two insurance policies. But, that was as far as it went. I would strongly recommend you use another insurance agent. His knowledge of the industry is suspect and he works with third parties, who are and were horrible to deal with and whos attitude towards us was quite objectionable. If you can, select another agent and agency to do business with, do that. Select an agency that can recommend and suggest policies which make sense for you and your family, with an agent that is attentive to your needs and knows the industry. I would have given Elting one star, but he was and is a gentleman.
