We had the most enjoyable evening trying multiple wines and delicious small plates. Ayoub was the so knowledgeable and helped guide us with our wine and food choices. We had such a wonderful experience, learning from Ayoub in such a comfortable atmosphere. An absolute “must do” at the Encore Boston Harbor.

It was my first time and my wifes to a charcuterie place. Our waiter was extremely polite. He was patient and made sure right down to our drinks to be paired nicely with our charcuterie board. We will definitely go back and will request Ayoub.

Took my girlfriend here and it was genuinely one of the best nights we’ve had together. Hospitality was amazing and the staff took care of us until after closing! Not to mention the food was some of the best we’ve had and the menu had amazing options! Peter was the best waiter you could possibly ask for.

My partner and I recently celebrated our anniversary at the Encore Boston. We had the pleasure of dining multiple times at Cheese Meet Wine. I want to spotlight the excellent service of both our servers, Peter and Ayoub. They each offered warm hospitality, excellent food/beverage recommendations, and handled the busy evening crowds with finesse. Their service was a highlight of our stay and I want to recognize their exceptional attitudes. The food and wine selections here are also some of the best on property.

This was an excellent find! We had a beautiful cheeseboard for 2 that was plenty of food for a late dinner paired with house wine. Ayoub’s service and recommendations were perfect. Had our visit to the Encore been longer, we would have gone to Cheese Meet Wine every day!

Ayoub as our host was amazing. We wanted to stop in for a quick bite to eat and drink prior to making the deadline for our water taxi to Long Wharf from Encore. The best ingredients paired with knowledge of craft and product is what Chef Richard is serving up. The attention to detail in his presentation was provoking “Oos” and “Ahhs” all night. And you’re gonna want to request Ayoub as your waiter - this is the cream of Boston service - an artist of hospitality, a true professional.

Upon arrival after waiting to be seated in Front of the wait to he seated sign for 10 minutes, me and my partner were told we could seat where we liked by one of the employees. Once we did and waited another 10 minutes to be acknowledged and get our menus. Literally once the lady handed us our menus a guy yelled at her across the restaurant that my seat was reserved and i had to move over even thought the seat had no sign she apologized and put a sign right after. This was so unprofessional we just said thank you and left; the guy had the audacity to say sorry come again.Save your time, we come to encore all the time and get great service everywhere we go, this was our first time and we were exited to try this place , witch was the only restaurant that has failed us at encore.

Before I went inside the restaurant, the staffs were very friendly and talkative as it was my first time dining inside. The food quality was absolutely divine and delicious, staff and service quality is very kind and caring with friendliness, and the place feels absolutely clean and atmospherically relaxing. I would definitely enjoy dining inside once more for how delicious it is. Furthermore, my server, Ayoub, is very well attentive and friendly when he was assisting me with his personal recommendations for my first meal. I enjoy my relaxation and enjoyable time dining in.

We visited Cheese and Wine for the first time and had Ayoub as our server. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Peter was fabulous. He was always there for anything we needed even before we knew we needed it. He offered to let us try tastes of any wine we wanted! He was so enthusiastic and happy to have us in as guests. Second time here and the first time was just as wonderful. Wish it was opened more days of the week but we will be back!!!

I have a severe nut allergy and they were extra accommodating!!! Everything was delicious and will be back again for sure! My mother and I loved it here!!! Pedro the chef made sure everything was separated and Barrett our waiter was absolutely astounding!!! He helped pick out which cheese and wine to get that would not have any nuts in it and was extremely pleased. They went above and beyond!!!

Cheese Meet Wine was exceptional! We were trying to decide between the different Blue Cheeses and the chef gave us a sample of each kind. Furthermore he was kind enough to give us a sample of the honeycomb which was delicious! Great experience and deal, as we got two glasses of wine and a charcuterie board for $29! Highly recommend but it can get busy so Id suggest making a reservation.

Benjamin (possibly a managertook care of us for most of the time, and he was GREAT, he suggested the $29 pairing deal to start which included wine. So we ended up with two meats and two cheeses plus the bread and extras that come with it and it was honestly such a great portioned board for two. Amazing quality, I found a delicious cheese I’ll have to find for at home. Would certainly recommend.

We arrived tonight at 9:15 and was seated at 9:30. The waiter came by to take our order at 9:45, the wine and food was excellent. But we waited another half hour after we were done to get the check and the waiter added an additional glass of wine to our bill, took another 15 minutes to correct the bill. We left at 11:10. A very long night for a quick bite.

We had such an incredible time here. It was pretty empty, later at night, midweek, pandemic…and so we were treated to individualized attention by our supreme waiter Barret and the gentleman who crafted our orders, Pedro, a real artist. They could tell we were foodies and the more little samples we got, the more we ordered. And it was all completely sensational. The midnight moon cheese was out of this world. Everything was extraordinary and it wasn’t all that expensive for the amount of food we got. The prosciutto Parma was enough to bring tears to our eyes. It was so much fun, an experience, an activity. It was really very reasonably priced. We got a lot of food and didn’t break the bank. We went with San Pellegrino water instead of wine. This was all about the charcuterie and it didn’t disappoint. Our board had so many little delights: nuts, olives, apricots, honey comb, quince, fig paste, pepper relish, French butter and yummy crusty bread.Love it! We will be back.

From start to finish the staff was attentive and informative. The experience couldn’t have been more positive and a total experience that everyone should try at least once. Barret and Torrie went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience went smoothly. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was so unique. I highly recommend trying cheese meets wine and the wonderful staff that works there.

This place is SERIOUSLY AMAZING! If you are looking for that perfect light meal of imported meats and cheese, along with a great variety of wine this is a stop at Encore you dont want to miss. Barrett was so helpful and great service with a smile. Torrie helped us choose the perfect board and displayed it so each item was presented beautifully! Highly recommended

The service and experience was excellent. Barrett gave excellent suggestions on wine and picks through the menu as well as attentive service throughout the meal (always offering refills and asking if we were okay). The charcuterie board presentation was a work of art created by Torrey and had bountiful and well thought out pairings to our cheese and meats. The quality/service and depth of knowledge towards cheese and meats was well worth the price.

I ordered the stag’s leap Cabernet and Serrano ham toast. The toast was perfectly balanced with a sweet bacon jam topped ribbons of cured ham sliced in house and finished with fresh thyme springs. The flavors were very complimentary with not one flavor overpowering another. The stags leap cab is worth the price as it pairs well with any good cheese dish. Barrett, our server, was timely and peppered in some spunk to make for a most enjoyable afternoon. Definitely a must-try in the new Encore casino.

Cheese Meet Wine! Extremely impressed!What a wonderful place to enjoy on a Sunday afternoon at Encore. I knew I would love it and was beyond happy with the choices that we were given. The staff that were so personable and clearly educated in all of the items that they have to offer.There is one REALLY reasonable choice: 2 glasses of wine and a nice board with bread and meat and cheese for $29.We were going to do that at first, but we wanted a little more and were led the way by both Kyle, the Chef, and Lindsay, our wonderful wait person.We ended up with a fantastic bottle of wine (Assyrtiko, Santorini, Greece 2007that went perfectly with our "World Tour" platter. With the "World Tour" platter we did add the Acorn Fed Bone In Shoulder (Jamon Iberico de Bellotabecause my husband was craving it, and our tinned fish choice was the Anchovies a la Basque.The blue cheese was unbelievably smooth, the prosciutto was amazing (and we watched them cut it right in front of us), and we had 2 other cheeses (oh my gosh, the Epoisses! its a brie-ish but different), 2 other meats, warm fresh bread with butter, cranberry pecan crisps, and lots of little pickled items.All in all...this is the perfect little spot to enjoy a nibble, or a feast, in an upscale atmosphere, without necessarily going beyond your budget.We will be back!My photo is of a World Tour" platter, but they can mix and match however you like.Thank you Lindsay, Kyle, and staff!
