Having long weekend plans ? Planning to Rent a car ** DONT CHOOSE THIS CENTER FOR RENTAL CAR (Johns creek, GA). Worst customer service and they dont care what plans you /we have **I have made a reservation for Car rental 2 months earlier through costco travel and selected Enterprise Rentals, for a family trip ( 2 senior citizens and 2 kids to flordia and to travel to Bahamas Carribean for a 6 night cruise. Planned well ahead. On the day i had to collect my car at 11 AM ( i did call 2 weeks prior and told them the about my trip and considering senior citizens and kids are there and how crucial is to have a minvanand i get a call from the Johns creek Enterprise rental at 7.44 AM stating they dont have the MInvans and they will have to cancel the reservation. I had requested them to arrange for a call and told that i had made plans to go on a cruise with senior citizens and kids and spent lot of money for this trip and it will go for a toss and all i got to hear from the customer care member is sorry they cant arrange the car and hence they will cancel the reservation and didnt even suggest for an alternate option and didnt care to arrange an alternative. This is my second experience with Enterprise and i will never going to go with Enterprise Rental cars. Pathetic customer care and No empathy towards customers. Dont care a damn for any travel plans we have.I had booked rental car for 7days for $900 . Since they said they will cancel reservation, i had to spend time to see which location has cars, and being a working day i had to travel to airport 40 miles to get a rental car and lost around 5 hours of work time and had to go on loss of pay for those 5 hours and then for the last minute booking i had to do i had to pay 1400$ for 7 days which is another $500 dollars extra. So much of mental stress last minute and waster of time of energy.

Worst customer service ever....booked a reservation. they called at 5:15 PM the night before I was scheduled to pick up my rental and left me a message..told me the vehicle would not be available until the following afternoon (maybeand to call them back . I called them right back and the office was closed for the day. I contacted them first thing the next morning and they did not have my truck or any other car avaiable for rental....total lack of care or customer service...if you dont like your job find another one...and if you dont have cars stop accepting reservations.
Cancelled a reservation on me saying that it was only a "tentative" reservation even though the app and online gave me the reservation details.

Every aspect of the rental process was seamless from the pickup to return. I am very pleased with the service that was provided.
I am not sure how and why this company is in business. Service by any standards does not deserve a single star - Here is my experience1. No one on this facility pick up the phone and all of them too busy for customer.2.Style of functioning is postpone issue resolution.3.Whatever discounted rates they have with state farm nothing comes under in that rate and they will charge additional.
I will start with the positive. Respectful and friendly staff. That is the only positive feedback I can give at this location.I reserved a vehicle a month ago. Car was unavailable after arriving early the day scheduled. Offered a pickup truck or minivan. Not the best option for a reservation of a compact vehicle. After 30mins I was able to look at van that was not clean yet . Then out of nowhere a compact car was available. Still had to wait for this to be clean. A customer before me was waiting as well for a reservation but someone gave their vehicle away to another customer. Staff could be a little more organized to ease the process. Vehicles should be ready and available if there is a reservation. I have rented from many competitors and this unfortunately was was a bad experience from Enterprise. It took me about an hour to get a vehicle from the time I arrived.When I returned the vehicle on time I still had to wait for someone to help at the front desk. This took about 15mins. Hand staff the keys and 2 days later get a call for final processing and receipt.Unacceptable and unfortunate because this location/rental company is very convenient.
Called on the day when I need to pick up, that car is not available. And cant find me an alternative. I have to change all my travel reservations which costed me a lot.

I have been renting vehicles from this Enterprise location for more than 10 years.. Recently rented about 5 times in a month.. Employees working here have been friendly and service oriented.. Especially Emilio has been consistently very professional and courteous. He truly represents the original Enterprise values as I have seen 20 years ago.. Thanks Emilio.
Everybody was cool but the manager with the dirty, foundation filled, reused Lashes. She was trying to be super stuck up but idk how when she came to work with Lashes like that and a poor attitude.
Its NOT Hertz -. Meaning you wont likely get falsely arrested like hundreds and hundreds of people having rented from Hertz have experienced. Enterprise has their head on straight.
I have to say, our last experience with Enterprise was nothing like this. Emilio, the manager has great customer service skills! When I was waiting in the lobby, I could see Emilio and his team working very well together and acknowledging everyone that was there! Great teamwork guys!

I go to this enterprise several times a month to rent they do a great job of getting me in and out of their quickly, always make sure I have a car with Android Play, and are accommodating with the after hours return.Oh also I like that the guy that rents me the car each week remembers my name:)
The vehicle was dirty inside when picked up. I realized this once I got the car back to my residence. There were finger prints on the touch screen, which would indicate that the vehicle was not cleaned or sanitized. There was dirt in the door packets and in the cupholders. I used the windshield wipers once on the trip out and was immediately out of wiper fluid. Enterprise gave me a deduct in my rental, but I am worried about their cleaning policies for other renters, especially during Covid.
Pro’s- Employees provide good, fast service.Cons-dealer isn’t open Saturday or Sunday so I’m charged until Monday even though I don’t need the car all those days. It’s essentially paying 4 days when you need 2 days.
I mostly use Enterprise Rental Car at their Johns Creek location and on occasion other places. I have always had a good experience. Polite and attentive employees and even got an upgrade once. I recommend Enterprise for your car rental needs.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car has been my home of rest a car since 2014 even when I was an employee to some employers. And now as a director of a Corp. I still need to enjoy my home of rent a car with outstanding opportunities....
Enterprise has been our go to rental company for years. They focus on customer satisfaction. Our cars are always clean and smoke free. Excellent company.
I had reserved a Hyundai Elantra, but they didnt have that car available. They gave me a Nissan Rogue instead, but I would have preferred the Elantra. Apparently one of their employees didnt show up for work so I had to wait about 20 minutes for my car. When I go it the side windows were dirty. They had only one person working who did his best and was running around. He let me return the car with less gas than it had as compensation for waiting for the car. Ive rented from Enterprise a few times and they are always helpful and usually have the best rates.
The Johns Creek team was amazing! I am always cared for when I visit that office. The staff is very friendly! I am so happy the young gentleman is back! I love working with him! Happy New Year to you all and all the best for 2020!
Enterprise is one of the most consistent companies I work with in my travels across the country. They have a great presence in both airports and neighborhoods, which makes them easily accessible on both ends of my trips. Their customer service is consistently fantastic across all locations, whether in Portland, Maine; Atlanta, Georgia; or Albuquerque, New Mexico. Not only that, but their loyalty program is the best in the car rental industry.
It was not an easy or smooth transaction. Made the reservation online and that seemed fine but the issue came when had to deal with office personnel. Lots of policy speak and very little ability to explain the policy. With each staff member another policy surprise and I was told to read the fine print. Not pleasant at all and this is the location we have always used since we moved to Johns Creek in 2001. We turned the car in and moved to Hertz off Windward.....very pleasant and easy to deal with, thats where we will go from now on.
Ive been renting vehicles once per month, for at least two years, from the Johns Creek Enterprise location. The customer service and professionalism are second to none! The staff treats me like family and they truly care about your overall experience, and safety! I highly recommend them!!
My first time renting a car from Enterprise. I will start by listing the pros.1Location was great very close to my house and was able to get their easily.2Management and staff very friendly3Clean locationNow onto the Negative1Car wasnt ready at my scheduled time2Checkout took more time than it should. I am technically not holding this against them as it was my first time renting with them and they needed to confirm my information. If it is the norm it should be. I have now verified my information and should be able to walk up verify who I am with ID and get the keys and go about my day. (Avis Preferred does it this way).3Big problem. Car was rinsed off not washed. Filthy! Interior was vacuumed but the windows were dirty, you know that film that needs to be wiped off every time you clean your car on the inside.4Smoked in. I dont smoke and I dont want to smell like it after I drive for 4 hours. If I wasnt in a hurry to get on the road, I would have given them the car back.Overall, I was happy with the staff and their establishment but, I was there to rent a car. Even though I may have made a couple new friends it wasnt my primary goal. The experience wasnt horrible until I got in the car. I did debate bringing it back and my wife insisted that I do. I suppose I should have to brought it back and given Enterprise a chance to make it right. It was like renting from the low budget rental agencies that havent updated their cars in a while. While this car was a newish 2018 it wasnt cared for.I dont know if I will give them another chance or not. Undecided.
Car was waiting for me. Sign in was quick and easy. Had never driven Kona before but I really enjoyed driving. Personal at Johns Creek location always pleasant and helpful. My favorite place to go for car rental.
I have been renting regularly from this Johns Creek location and the customer service keeps getting better and better! Paige, Cory and Brennan are wonderful! They are always professional, efficient and super personable! They are truly the reason I keep coming back. Compliments to management for instilling and emphasizing customer service at this location :)
Friendly and helpful staff. Car selection at this location is usually pretty good. Only complaint is that the cars are usually dirty every time I get them. They need to have someone wipe the doors, seats and dash down at least but almost every car/truck/suv I get needs a good quick wipedown. Overall I am satisfied with the experience just wish the cars were cleaner.
I reserved a 12 passenger High Roof van from the Johns Creek location near my home for a family trip. When i arrived to pick it up, they only had 15 passenger regular vans. The representative told me that they never have the high roof vans and he didnt know why i would be able to rent it online if they dont have it. This one incident wouldnt be too concerning except for the fact that i have rented from this location many times and in at least 70% of them they have had the incorrect class of vehicle, their were problems with the vehicle (broken seats. etc). I never have these problems at other locations (mostly airports). This incompetence and inability to meet the request of the clients has made me look for another rental car provider for both my personal and business use.
I travel all the time for work. I was training a new employee. They refused to accept her debit card (at this location you need utility bills). I put the car on my company credit card which was no big deal except they said I needed to put the car in my name. Im under 25 and they charged me the young driver fee enough though I wasnt driving! They then said they wont charge us an additional driver fee... they said the reservation and card have to be the same name. I know for a fact this is not true. I have put reservations on my bosses card that were in my name. The car wasnt ready and we had to wait a good 10 minutes. The staff was nice but dont lie to me, charge me fees unnecessarily and waste my time by not having a car ready when we had a reservation.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Totally unprofessional folks and totally unlike their ad’s. Didn’t hold my car despite a reservation. Didn’t call or email to reconfirm since I got a bit delayed (2.5 hrs). Just refused to give a car. Then after multiple calls they agreed to give me a car. I requested a pick up at 3.30 which a lady agreed to do in an hour. When I called at 5.15 to check status of pick up as no one had called, William flatly refused to honour the pick up. Given they close at 6 I had to make my way there. NEVER ENTERPRISE NEVER AGAIN....ever...
NEVER going to go back to this location. Bad customer experience. Ended up with intermediate car after booking full size car and no action was taken from the representative even after telling them politely that I dont like the car. The next day they asked me to switch to compact car if I dont like the car I had. I was telling them from the beginning I preferred a pickup truck. I had to book pickup truck in another location and drop this car off in the other location.
Good customer service. There was a fruity smell coming in one car that I rented. It was not a particularly bad smell but one could notice its presence. The guy at the help desk was understandable enough to simply give me another car at no extra cost.
I previously posted a complaint regarding lack of communication from Enterprise about an unexplained charge I received after renting a car. Finally I was put in contact with the district manager to help resolve the issue. She was very understanding and apologetic, and handled the situation with so much class and professionalism. A little bit of humanism goes a long way, and I greatly appreciate the way my complaint was taken seriously and resolved!
I had a pleasant experience. I needed a pick up and they were punctual. Staff had me on my way quickly. My only concern was that I didnt receive the size vehicle that I reserved which made my trip a bit tight. However, when I told the staff about it they adjusted my rate a bit and I was fine with that.
Car rental from Enterprise has proven to be just about a pure joy, if a business transaction can be considered joyful. Enterprise has taken the process to the next level with electronic tablets, so there is no paperwork involved. I rent from them for business travel and my wife rents mini-vans for her arts festival material transportation.I call up to reserve what I, or my wife, needs and the staff is pleasant and helpful. On the day of rental they pick me up, get my ID and CC and we walk out to the vehicle, perform the walk-around and I am gone in less than 10 minutes. Normally we drop the rental off after business hours and drop the keys in the drop-box in the locations door and I get an emailed receipt the next day. This is the way business should be done. The Enterprise staff at the Johns Creek location is always friendly, organized and efficient. The new General Manager is organized, very professional and keeps his staff focused on exceeding guest expectations. I rent from there 3-4 times a month for my consulting business. Convenient, courteous and efficient; the staff at our Johns Creek Branch are always helpful, the cars are always well turned out clean and good value for money. The "drive you home after rental return" service is very convenient. I recommend Enterprise Johns Creek to anyone who needs a car in our area.
The enterprise location I rented from (John Creek, Suwaneewas great. Had a couple cars I could choose from. Matt was extremely helpful, showed both the cars and even explained the new features on one. The staff was very polite. Good experience.
I love this enterprise location. I have always received the best customer service and quality cars. I travel monthly for several days and when I need a special car like a AWD I can always count on Leah Grant the branch manager to always go above and beyond to help. Everyone at the location is professional and as they say it begins from the top down.
Reserved a car in advance to pick up at noon. When I arrived there were no cars available and they asked me to come back in an hour. I did so and there was only one guy working. The two ladies who told me to come back were both gone. He was doing his best but there were three people there needing cars and he was the only one working. I had reserved a full size car but the only vehicle available was a Suburban. I needed to move along, so I took it. Of course, I only paid for the full size. Im giving two stars because he was trying to accommodate everyone and was pleasant.
This my second time I am renting a car from this location in the last month or so, but been renting enterprise very often from airport locations due to travel. I have never dealt any worse staff before, and this is second time in a row. I gave them the benefit of doubt the first time, but this time it was the same thing. I love enterprise and probably wont stop renting with them, but I must report that their staff sometimes dont have their head straight between their shoulders and does come out friendly and helpful, probably coz they are busy all the time and care less about customers!! But if this goes on, they wont say busy for long!! Its just a matter of time!
I would like to say first off that I have used enterprise and only enterprise for years including many sales and marketing trips with car rentals. And I have never been so disrespected in order to have to leave a comment. But this was completely and utterly disrespectful. When I first picked up the car everything was good explained to the gentleman that I was on my way to Kentucky for my uncles funeral. I had rented a full size because I had hurt my back and wanted to be able to stretch my legs. upon returning back to Georgia my back has gotten 5 times worse. And was told by the doctor to stay on the ground in a prone position to not further injure my back. I then proceeded to call the Johns Creek enterprise location to ask them if I could return the car at 3 oclock so that my roommate could bring it back so I did not have to get up. they told me that if I was to wait until 3 oclock to bring the car back that they would charge me for another day service. I would like to think that a place of business has a peace of mind to keep a customers health and wellbeing first priority.
It was an amazing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Service and Cars they provide are really good and well maintained. If you can provide the pick-up/drop until 6PM and over weekend, nothing will be like your service.
The young man that waited on us was very professional and personable. I actually got a great deal for the car through a travel site but this Enterprise office was spot on, gave me a newer, clean car which made me happy since I had my little grandsons with me. I would use them again if I needed another rental. The only complaint I had was the car I rented although a supposed mid-size car really didnt have enough room in the drivers seat for my legs and I am not short but I am not exceptionally tall either. Other than that, it was great!
