Ive never had any negative issues with Enterprise. The lady agent that went over the vehicle before I left (in Huntington INwas very nice & didnt mind answering questions.

I placed my reservation over two months ago. I rent from this business very often, so when I arrived to pick up the truck that I rented started to do the walk around, and you can clearly tell this 2019 Dodge Ram has been used hard, left on advertising sticker residue down the sides, ok not to big of a worry to me normal wear and tear not a big issue but when the lady walking around with me stated we just got it back from an oil and tire rotation job as I turn to look at the tires and found part of the front passages rim gone at the lip and bead (pics shown). And she was telling me that was not an issue. The guys from Mikess auto care said everything was fine. After explaining all the safety issues with this and that I will not be taking said truck as it is an accident in waiting. All she could do was offer me a significant downgrade with other trucks on the lot as she stated those are reserved for different customers. Her boss would not allow me to take a one of the other trucks, just the downgraded one they offered, so this says one customer is more important than the others. So make sure you triple-check when you do the walk around at Enterprise in Huntington and any work you have done at Mikess Car Car in the same town.

Had to have a rental due to our vehicle being in a body shop for repair and paint. We were given a Toyota Corolla which served our needs completely. Staff was helpful and professional. Easy in, easy out. Would recommend this business for car rental service.

Everybody that I have worked with here has been very kind and professional very easy to work with I got an accident and they were the rental car that my insurance company used during the time and my car was being fixed. They picked me up they also worked with me with getting the car back to them where I could leave it at the shop where my car got fixed and then they picked it up the next day. It has really been a headache free process.

I recently rented a car from the Huntington, IN Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. The transaction went smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend this business.

Scheduled a car for 3 days as I am between cars. Walked the 2 miles to pick up said car. The person working there told me they had no cars available. She claimed to have called me 6 times. I never received any calls and was not on my phone at all the day before. Checked and my phone works fine. This was a measure to get me to and back to work.

I would not rent from here again. I’ve rented from Enterprise many times, but this is my first time to do so in Huntington.I got there when they opened and when I opened the front door the lady put her hand out and told me rudely to step outside and she would be with me in a moment. I thought that perhaps there had been a sign on the door telling me to stay outside, but there wasn’t. I assume I got there early enough that they just hadn’t put it out yet, but regardless, there’s a nicer way of asking me to stay outside. I waited for about five minutes before she came outside and there were gnats and mosquitoes flying all around. I was just thankful it wasn’t raining.I had gotten an email asking me to choose what kind of car I wanted and telling me that Enterprise had changed the process so it would be a quick in and out. The lady told me they had a Chrysler Pacifica for me, when I had asked for an intermediate sized car. I explained that I had signed up for a car and would prefer that. She said they didn’t have a car ready for me, but a gentleman had come after me and was offered one of two cars to take, so that didn’t make sense. She said they were just pulling a Malibu in to clean, so if I didn’t mind waiting, I could have that. I had a very busy day, which is why I showed up right at their opening, and explained I didn’t have time to wait. She said the only other option was a Jeep and they would call me once they got a car. She kept trying to explain that since I had a SUV, they assumed I’d want a SUV to rent. I told her that I had requested a car, not a SUV. I agreed to take the Jeep and they could call me when the car was available. In a hurry, I got in the Jeep to leave and was bombarded by the smell of cigar smoke. I got back out of the car, opened the door to the store and told her the vehicle reeked of smoke so she would know I had not smoked in the vehicle. While driving to my office, I looked down and realized that not only had they given me a nasty smelling vehicle that I didn’t ask for, but they also gave me one with less than an eighth of a tank of gas....when I had a busy day driving from one place to the next.They did find a car for me to drive the next day and told me I didn’t need to bring it back with the fuel refilled. They also charged me the higher price for the vehicle that I didn’t ask for.If you need to rent a car, head to Fort Wayne instead of Huntington.

I rented a Jeep Cherokee and it drives like a pillow! the lady who helped me was so friendly and helpful because this was the first time i had a rental before and it was a great experience. I will be using Enterprise in the future,

I have rented a couple different vehicles from our local Enterprise, recently.The employees I dealt with were accommodating, cordial, and professional.Kimberly went out of her to make our trip as enjoyable and less costly as possible.I had worked with Kenny, a few months ago, after I had totaled my car. He, too, did all that he could to assist me.We rented a Mazda SUV for 5 weeks. They kept the vehicle clean and well cared for.After the experience weve had with Kimberly and Kenny, I will always call Enterprise first.Jeffrey Fuller

Very thorough, professional and friendly!

John did a great job. Found a vehicle for us while waiting on repairs. No cars we’re available 50 miles from us due to Hail storms. Thanks to John & Tom for a professional experience. On time, fast service, anything we can do to make this easier , their motto! Highly recommend.

Absolutely abysmal service. Booked a car, was called two hours later saying they may or may not have one for me that night. Told them to call me ASAP when they found out information either way. No call. Scrambling for another solution for my work trip now. Taking this one to corporate...unprofessional in every sense of the word.

This review has nothing to do with local branches. When u call they directly send u thru a reservation call center, in which case we were sent to 3 locations that were suppose to have vehicles that in turn did not have vehicles available. Very irritating, would not recommend anyone to rent here after my experience

I had scheduled a pick up for a van for a family mini vacation but I had the pick up day wrong. I had to cancel the reservation and try to get a van that morning for the next day to leave super early. The staff at Enterprise in Huntington was very understanding and helpful. They contacted another location and had a van brought down to me for pick up later that same day. They were not at fault for the mix up, it was totally my error, yet they went out of their way to make my vacation happen. Thanks so much for that we had a blast at Cedar Point Amusement Park for 2 days.
