We redid the floors of our entire house a couple weeks ago. We wanted to go with a local place rather than a big box or a nationwide chain. So glad we did. The new vinyl plank and carpet make our house look brand new and up to date.Service and install was impeccable. Pricing was fair and reasonable with no surprises. From Chelsey at the front desk to Andy and team during install it was a great experience overall. The install team had attention to detail as well as care with the house. You can tell they truly care about their workmanship. Work was completed to schedule and I was kept in the loop the entire process.We are very happy with the work done and will use them again in the future.

Just had my floors done today and it wasnt just the finished project that I was amazed with, it was EVERYTHING! Tom, Chelsey, and the install crew were all incredibly nice, responsive, and provided excellent service. I have used Epic Floors in the past and I am so glad I went with them again. I just had new carpet installed last Friday and I couldnt be more happy with the results. Yes you lied to me.I called and asked if you moved furniture and told me yes.I came in and you told me a second time you move furniture.The estimate came and it stated you will not move furniture.So you wasted a lot of my time.You get 1 star only because I cannot give zero.Over the phone And in person I directly asked if you moved furniture.At no time did you quantify your response as you have now.Just admit you lied!

Awesome! We recently moved to the area and have worked with Epic Floors on a couple of projects. We needed a custom size area rug and worked with Chelsea to pick out the carpet and the custom binding. This turned out excellent. Next, we worked with Tom to pick out tile for a 3-season room. We had one thing in mind going into the meeting and thanks to Tom we left with another idea. The Epic Floors team installed the tile this week and its perfect! Thank you, Chelsea, Tom, and the rest of the crew there.

I was so pleased with The customer service I got from this company. They were very patient and kind when I was making decision on my carpet. If I had to pick 1 word to describe Epic Flooring….it would be EPIC! This just isn’t any standard flooring company that just arrives, lays flooring and then leaves…..Tom creates an EXPERIENCE. Starting day 1, Tom came out to our home to understand what we wanted. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable in helping us decide the type of flooring we needed. Within a couple of days we were in Tom’s showroom picking out colors! We ended up doing our entire first floor with laminate, carpet removal of stairs, and new carpeting in our living room. What blew our minds is that Tom custom matched our stairs’ stain with the new laminate…superb craftsmanship at it’s finest. The week of the install, we received a call from Chelsey to let us know exactly when the crew would be out to our home.The install was seamless. Andy, the “Doctor”, executed meticulous cuts with surgical precision. Andy was extremely friendly, professional, and ensured every day that tools were picked up and floors swept! Andy’s skills are excellent, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!Tom and his team are a top-notch bunch of incredibly skilled individuals. His keen knack for his trade is impeccable and there is no job Epic Flooring can’t complete with the highest quality of mastery and customer satisfaction. We are so pleased with the job, we will have Epic Flooring back for our upstairs!

Epic Floors install team just replaced my upstairs carpeting; four bedrooms, balcony and stairs. Beautiful job. They helped me move some of the larger pieces, were polite, on time, left the home spotless, and just generally very nice men. Price was perfect. Great experience all around. Highly recommend this company for your next flooring purchase.

What a pain just to get an estimate! Even after they know your measurements and exactly what floor you want! They don’t make any sense. Receptionist is extremely rude and apparently doesn’t care about getting business.

Waste of time . Very rude . I choose the floor. They came to measure my house and I can’t get an estimate . They told me to come choose floor again , when I asked why they said I can find another business . Wow . There was no reason to talk to costumer that way . Very unprofessional !

Epic floors was fabulous from day one. They went above and beyond with my flooring project. Several trips to my home until I FINALLY chose my flooring. Installers were friendly, prompt, professional, and very CLEAN!!! Highly recommended Epic floors for hardwood flooring. I would also request Andy as your installer!! Super guy!!

From start to finish Epic Floors was super professional and awesome to work with. Recently we have had a lot of trouble finding a contractor in any field to show up on time and do the job right. Epic Floors is not part of that group. I am very happy with our new floors! Pricing was amazing, the installers did a wonderful job and if I had any questions, the whole team was always ready to help. We priced out a few contractors to replace our worn out old carpet on the second floor. When we met Tom we knew right away we found our guy. He clearly knows his floors having done it for 20+ years. Tom talked the talk and his crew walked the walk. They did a great job and Chelsey ensured that everything from the order, delivery, and install timed out perfectly. It is so hard to find contractors that act like guests in your home and leave the job site in better condition than when they arrived. We look forward to having Epic do our new master bath walk-in shower next!

Epic Floors was recommended by a trusted friend after a protracted negative experience with another contractor. Tom and his crew were consistenly efficient and professional during the course of the three day installation, and their workmanship (e.g. tile cuts, grout work, etcwas, well... in a word, "epic"... as underscored by the accompanying photos of the new tile floors in the foyer and bathroom.

Everyone here is very nice and accommodating. Your business is very important to them.
