Epic Ford Service in Snohomish County

It was a horrible experience! It took over a week, it wasnt completed, there was damage to my vehicle that wasnt repaired and I wasnt notified. No one would return my calls and I was told that my warranty had expired when it hadnt. They only fixed one thing half way and told me I would need to take it elsewhere to get completed.

I bought a new 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid from this dealership. Just before the warranty expired the transmission failed. I booked an appointment for service but when I showed up they had lost their appointment records and had to reschedule. By the next appointment my warranty had expired but they said it was no problem and they would take care of it.THREE MONTHS LATER...These guys repeatedly assure me theyre taking care of it but its taking longer than expected. I have a rebuilt transmission ready to pick up, a tow truck driver on the way, and a mechanic ready to do the work. Epic Ford assures me they are taking care of it and just need time and refuses to return my car.ANOTHER THREE MONTHS LATER...Epic Ford calls to tell me they are not fixing my car and they are closing the dealership. I get my car back with a dead battery and covered in moss and mold.Never buy a Ford.

Dealer mechanic service options. When I need something more than just an oil change on my Ford I come here. The scheduling can be done either via the app on the website or simply giving them a call. I prefer to call to schedule, just to make sure its done. They can be pretty busy at times, but in general I have always gotten a same week appointment. They are always friendly when I work with them. Great service and they send detailed texts and emails for all work performed. Easy location to find right off Evergreen way in Everett.

my experience was great. Service manager Alan was the one to work with.This car meant lot for my family in many different way,, and I am sincerely thankful.
