We no longer recommend E.S.P!After noticing that we had been charged for equipment we no longer owned or the equipment remained broken through our yearly certifications and/or repair requests.Dans constant need to lie his way to a paycheck is disgusting to say the least.The health industry depends on Bio Meds to insure you have a fully operational clinic. Dan is only there to cover his own companies expenses.Double check your cost on your equipment repair sheets!Odds are if your leaving reviews like everyone else, youve been charged more than expected.

Absolute worst biomed company Ive ever used and Ive been doing this type of work for half my life. Dan and Teri are very bad at lying. They always have different stories about our equipment and certifications.SilverReef is who we use now and I would hope anyone who cares about their patients would would switch to them. VERY professional!!

Dan and Terry are professional liars.Theyll do whatever they can to get your money then ignore you when you need them.This is far from a company! Its more of a Club house where rules are made up on the spot.We will NEVER use this company again!

I may not agree with all posts, but i can see where they anger comes from!Ive waited for over a month to get my office serviced. Multiple calls been ignored by the very rude manager and by Dan the owner. Very far from being a professional business.I decided to go with Silver Reef Biomedical Services, Inc. Located In sandy, UTyou can tell how serious they are by the way they check equipment to the true time it takes to do it the right way.Dan and his practices are very "thin", You start asking question about anything and Dans response is "I dont know".When having my equipment check i noticed the time difference. AND COST!-Silver Reef, was in my office for 4 hours with 3 guys.-Equipment Service, Dan by himself an hour?!?! and at times weve had to call him back because none of the equipment he "checked" ( and charged for each timeworked! Meaning i paid E.S.P three times for nothing.There is a huge price difference to the small clinics that cant afford one guy to come by once every other month to "fix" your problem.Wont be long before this company goes under.

Dan at Equipment Service Providers has done several projects for our team. His work ethic is stellar. He has gone above and beyond in being flexible and kind when time requirements were difficult. He has worked side by side with one of our engineers who had nothing but praise to say about Dan and his team. This is a company we will happily continue to do business with.

Probably the worst biomed/repair company in all of the US. (Dan bought the company he didnt build itIf you use Equipment Service Providers as your repair company . Just remember that he sends out all equipment to have it serviced. He just add money on top for himself just because you called him. Save more than half your money and send it in yourself!!!
