MoreI wish to give 6 out of 5 stars review if possible. I have suffered chronic buttocks pain over prolonged sitting posture and visited Ergonomic Essentials to try to buy a right chair for me. Not only can the prices of their products beat many other ergonomic shops (including online shops), but also I am really impressed by their customer services. I speak highly of Marty Heasman for being very professional, patient, dedicated and supportive, he is a very nice, and friendly person in nature, knowing the complicated nature of my medical condition, he walked the extra mile to accommodate me with all the zig-zags of trying, buying, returning, and buying again etc. He even lent me a loan chair for me to try at home. With his exceptional support, I have finally found the right chair for me at a reasonable price. I can’t feel grateful enough to Marty and the entire Ergonomic Essentials shop. Moving forward, if I need any other ergonomic items, I will definitely come back to them. Highly recommended.

In the middle of covid lockdown, I ordered some arms for my dual monitors, such a great price, 40% off and delivery happend within a few days from time of purchase (NSW to QLDOrdered a sit stand platform for my desk on Monday and it was delivered today, TWO DAYS LATER! The sit stand platform was really easy to set up, is REALLY comfortable and a very solid piece of kit. GREAT service and your couriers should be commended as well. I will frequently not buy from a company if Ive had bad experiences with their courier service. I have reccommended you to many of my colleagues as we all keep working from home.

MoreMy partner ordered over $600 worth of equipment which ended up being left at our front door, the courier didnt even knock. The packaging was absolutely disgraceful, there was one little bit of paper and 3 empty sticky tape rolls and the two items where shipped in a large box so they were moving around everywhere.The keyboard we got looked second hand, the box was damaged and the keyboard had marks all over it like it had been used before, after one week of use its now not working at all.We contacted support 3 days ago and have not had a response yet. Not the type of support you would expect when spending so much money.

I received my order within two days which is outstanding under any circumstances but particularly during the Covid-19 crisis where deliveries from other online retailers are taking a lot longer than usual. And the quality of the footrest I ordered is fantastic. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for which in this instance included incredible service. What a breath of fresh air! Would definitely shop again.

I ordered a replacement Evoluent compact keyboard yesterday at around midday, after a tea accident rendered my previous one useless. :-( I work as a freelance writer so my keyboard is essential for my work. When I mentioned this to the team, they made sure my order was packed and sent yesterday via Express post. It arrived before 9am today - less than 24 hours after I placed my order. As I live in regional NSW, I didnt expect to receive the order for at least two days, so Im thoroughly impressed by your customer service and by Australia Posts speedy delivery. Thank you!

MoreI bought a chair to use when working at home. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable in store and gave me lots of time to try out different sizes and show me how to adjust the seats based on what I needed. When my chair arrived I was easily able set it up based on their advice and have felt a difference in how long I can sit working at my desk.
MoreI have dealt with Ergonomic Essentials for a number of years now and find them friendly and easy to deal with.They go out of their way to assist with any query I have and once a product is ordered, its delivered well within a week and 90% of the time, it arrives on my doorstep the following day.Cant say enough good things about this company - Ruth and Marty are always happy to help at the other end of the phone line!
MoreErgonomic Essentials go above and beyond in terms of customer service. They were able to help me by providing spare parts for a keyboard that was out of warranty. Whenever I deal with them the transaction is seamless and fast. We always receive our orders the next day. They are fantastic!!
MoreDon’t waste your time or money on this business. No customer service.When my expensive purchase was faulty I called to ask about returning it. I was told I have to pay the postage for returning a faulty item. I found the staff rude. I sent the faulty item back and waited nearly 2 weeks with no communication from anyone as to what’s happening with my replacement. I had to call them and was told they had to send off my purchase to the company that make it and they can’t find anything wrong with it but they got the OK to send me a replacement. Made me feel like I made up the issue. I now have my replacement and it’s perfect. I love it but not worth the effort or expense. There is a reason there are only 2 other reviews for this business that are both years old .

MoreIve suffered from a sore back for a while. Ive tried some cheap solutions and various ergonomic chairs, they were good at first, but didnt offer the pain relief or comfort in the long run.Ended up using Ergonomic Essentials a while ago to get a sit/stand desk and stool. After still using it and enjoying it months later, I ended up buying the rest of my staff sit/stand desks.I recommend you give Marty or John a call and see what they can do for you!
