I purchased a 2009 Audi A3 in April of 2021 as my sons first car. Unfortunately the car has had a host of issues: 1. Failed rear wiper motor, 2. Failed rear driver side door latch, 3. Oil Leaks (3 so far), 4. Failed Drivers Power Seat adjustment switches, 5. Failed Heater Blower, 6 Failed Alternator Belt, 7. Failed Ignition Coils. 8. Failed Manifold exhaust damper, 9. Unable to reset check engine light. 10. Broken windshield washer filler pipe. 11. Car loses anti-freeze and we are unable to figure out why.Those are the ones I can remember. As you might imagine, the experience has been quite frustrating given the car only had 69K when purchased. With all this said, Eric, the owner, has been great to work with. As stated in other reviews he is very honest and very fair. He has given me discounts on parts and labor and even taken full responsibility to cover the costs for some of these repairs. He did not need to do that, but did it because it was the right thing to do. Thats how Eric operates.I would recommend buying a car from him. The service he provides is worth its weight in gold. There are so many other dealers that would have not supported me the way he has and for that reason I give his business 4 stars. Go to Euro-k. You wont regret it.

Terrible service I paid 250$ for them to look at my car and their answer for my car fix was reseting the dash so the check engine light was gone and filling up 10$ worth of gas and the problem continued. I asked them several times before leaving “are you sure its fixed” and they said yes. I left the dealership and problem still occurred.

If it was possible to give no stars I absolutely would! Worst customer service ever and they will work on your vehicle and go above what they quote you and don’t even call! What a joke of a company and I will never recommend or go back as well as I will tell everyone I know how much of a bunch of crooks they are!

Just bought a jetta for my kid, seems like a great car at a good price. There was one small issue I noticed during test drive... and even tho they were backed up in the garage and shorthanded they still made time right then and there to take care of the issue and make a sale... the staff seemed very friendly and down to earth... i really liked the atmosphere there.. and of course theyre cute dog helped too... while i was sitting waiting i was throwing a ball for him. Overall a great experience, great service, and great people... highly recommend people go there for cars

Purchased 3 cars from this dealer and all 3 cars lasted no more than 6 months before the cars died. The cars look nice but have problems. They tell you anything you want to hear to take your money. When you try to question a potential problem with the car they just tell you everything is fine. Long story short all they care about is taking your money. Buyer beware.

Great service

Bought my wife a very nice 2009 VW Jetta with 117 thousand miles. The interior looks new. The price was great and the guys down there are awesome. Will definitely be going back when we need another. The car is very clean and in great condition. Runs perfect and my wife just loves it. First snow of the year and the Jetta had new snow tires already. Perfect timing because shes been driving a mustang gt. Anyway, Id say go down and see them for a great experience.

Wanted a newer car to build some credit and they had one that checked all my boxes. Didnt even require a down payment. 4 months later my fuel pump broke and I didnt have a warranty or anything regardless Eric gave me fuel pump at no cost. Saved my day. Wonderful service upfront and honest. Would recommend.

Dropped off car for alternator replacement. Didn’t call like he said. Waited a day , still no call. When I did call , Eric quoted double the price as downtown. I said I’ll bring it downtown and he got mad and said I couldn’t take it unless I paid $50+ for his estimate. When I questioned that he said he would charge $45 per day storage and yelled at me in front of customers and help.EuroK overcharges and very RUDE.Take your money elsewhere and save.

I Recently purchased a used audi from Euro K.The Car developed an issue shortly after getting it home, fearing the worst, i brought it back. Erick, the owner got my vehicle in immediately and remedied the problem so i could have my car. And when the part came in a few days later, the car was promptly fixed. All work was done free of charge,even after the purchase. It was a pleasure doing business with Euro-K, they are very reasonable to work with,and their service is prompt and thorough.
