Have been going to EWC for awhile. I moved near this location recently and decided to go here for my wax instead of driving to my old location. I was badly burned by the wax, and you can clearly see the imprint from the wax in this picture. I was told “let me know if this is too hot” as the wax was being put on, so the damage was already done. I won’t see this waxer again. Not a great first impression at this location and will most likely find another, more cautious place.

I absolutely love European wax center and the Kildeer location is the best! If it is your first visit, definitely book with Valentina, she does such a thorough and amazing job! I can not believe how awful my experience was with Valentina. I understand they are timed, and to make up for that I usually have a great short convo with who ever is performing my wax. To start off, I got no introduction from Valentina, I felt like she was giving me the cold shoulder. Second, from jump I felt her aura was off so I told her I do not like big strips please. The first strip, she rips off a huge strip. I addressed that strip promptly and she continued with smaller sections. Third there was no conversating, Im not asking for your whole life story but some sort of small talk I think is standard. Waxing is a very intimate process and I am a paying customer at the end of the day. When addressing my experience with management, I got polite apologies but nothing done about it! No refund, gift card or anything for this horrible experience I felt. Needless to say I thought Id go back and try a different specialist but how management handled the situation, doing little to nothing to make the customer feel better. Ill choose to spend my money somewhere where the customer is valued.

Everyone here is lovely and provides great service, but especially Jacqui, my favorite, fast, clean, efficient, and will really get those ingrowns out for you if you ask. Will not be going anywhere else for my waxing needs.

Went there in June, had a full brazilian, under arms and legs done. Two days after my visit I had over 80% hair regrowth in all areas... needless to say I was not happy, I ended up still having to shave everyday of my vacation. I reached out to their costumer service, and was contacted by their manager of this location, she wasnt sure what she could really do for me, and had to check with her manager about what she could offer me. Also the girl who did my services couldnt recall our session,so they essentially acted like they didnt believe me. She called me back the next day and said she could only refund me half of my full brazilian... so only half of ONE out of THREE the defunked services... better than nothing right... except they never refunded me even the half. Its been over a month since they said they would. HIGHLY disappointing, honestly dont know how people have good experience with this company. An absolute waste of money, I literally grew hair back essentially immediately in every location I was "waxed". Thanks for nothing European wax center!

This was my first time booking a waxing service. I called several weeks ahead, and the young woman who took my call was very patient and kind.On the day of my appointment, the receptionist was also kind and informative. Furthermore, my Esthetician [LEXI] made me feel at ease the moment she called my name. The waxing room was clean, polished and comfortable. I will be back when Lexi is available - she made my experience superb and worth giving a 5-star review :)

I’ve given EWC many many tries. Unfortunately, every time I’ve gotten my Brazilian wax there I’ve had to go home and clean up many areas myself. I always have stray hairs left behind and it’s not just in one area. Being pregnant and growing, it’s getting harder to reach certain areas. I’m just frustrated, especially because EWC is on the pricier side for brazilian’s and they are even raising their prices by 5 dollars in February.

Super clean facility. Everything was sanitized and properly kept. The staff were beyond generous and kind. I felt overwhelmed and scared but my specialist Heather made the entire experience comfortable. I would highly recommend this place, by far the best place Ive been to and experienced.

For my first time doing this sort of thing I was scared as ever not knowing how Id react. Sure it was uncomfortable in some areas yet over a few times of having it done it feels better. I have not price compared at this point or have been to other places but they are very good at their work. All the staff are welcoming and really put you at ease. Try it to see for yourself

I was a bit skeptical about getting European wax done for the first time in my third trimester but Lexi made sure it was a pain free experience! The front desk staff were polite and professional and the salon was very clean. I’ll definitely go back again!!

Licensed esthetician here! Lexi and the Euro Wax team are absolutely amazing. I read reviews prior to going in and decided to give Lexi a shot. She is WORTH THE HYPE. I can do my own lower legs, but my upper leg hair grows in too many different directions and I can’t stomach doing my own bikini. Lexi was beyond professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The entire experience was as painless as it gets! I’ll be back at least another 1000 times.

Absolutely love this place. Very clean and friendly, professional staff. I have seen a few estheticians and every single one of them has made me feel very comfortable, but my most favorite is Rachel. The wax is amazing, it never gets my skin irritated, even some sensitive skin waxes at other places would irritate me, never had a problem here.

First time going to EWC, and let me just say it was one of the best experiences I ever had! Lexi, who took really good care was awesome! She really knows her stuff and answered any question I had. She slayed my eyebrows for the GODS! I extremely recommend coming here and having Lexi to take care of you. The staff was very friendly and very warm and welcoming and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was an hour drive from Lincoln Park to Kildeer and it was all worth the drive! Definitely recommend choosing this place to do your eyebrows. I had plants of bad experiences before. I had them waxed, treaded, and they all came out looking funny, but Lexi really did an amazing job fixing me up. Again, I implore anyone to try this place out. CHOOSE LEXI, she will definitely not disappoint. 🥰😃😃😃😃😃
